I started hiding containers in covid as a means of getting outdoors - now unable to maintain
Found it, well only half of it. No log, no spare but did find it and maintenance is required please. TFTC.
Needs maintenance
After a lovely Father’s Day breakfast with family the wife suggested I head out and enjoy an afternoon of caching whilst she and the kids knock up a meal for dinner.
She didn’t have to suggest twice and I was soon in the car and off. After a big day of yakking yesterday I was keen for a more gentle day today so it was off to the Ipswich LGA to pick up a few more caches to complete a challenge I’m working on.
Found a safe place to park the geowagon, and slipped off to locate the prize.
I soon spied the prize and had it in hand, log signed and returned safely to its place of origin. Back in the car and off to the next adventure.
A big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available for fellow cachers to find
Cheers

Possibly the easiest cache ever. Hardest part was squeezing my name on the log. TFTC!
I made a quick circuit of the area and quickly spotted it. Thanks k.dunn and happy caching
Diverting back through here to dip in my Abbottsford Geotour Coin that started it's journey at GeoWoodstock XVIII - GWXVIII.
As a frequent domestic traveler, I like to dip my trackables into caches as I bounce around the country. While that is often easy enough, there comes a time when the caches closer to home are not...err...as close to home as they used to be.
Out and about ticking a couple of things off this morning, I needed a cache while back in Brisbane and this one showed as unfound on the map. [^]
A little damp underfoot as I approached GZ but the cache was very quickly spotted on approach and I soon had the log out for business. My name was added, everything tucked away and I hit the road.
Cheers k.dunn.

Out to snag a smile for earthcache day. Parked at the Miners Memorial and had a pedal around the neighbourhood to find a few more.
Despite my number of finds I am actually hopeless at looking for them. No trouble with this one though.

TFTC My Geo-step-daughter almost needed my go-go gadget arms for this hide. After I suffered from cache blindness. Cheers from the Jester-kiwi and the Princess
Tuftc. A nice easy one on my way home. If my geostepdad looked up, he would have found it sooner. It was almost out of my reach. Also thank you to whoever left the pen.
Honestly had a lot of fun with this one very open very green and the hint was nice
Back in Ipswich for medical appointments and waiting for other campgrounds to dry out after the recent rain events.
A very cold start to a fantastic winters day. Great to be able to get out and about tackling some caches.

Oh wow looked carefully and located the wasp nest first, then I was happy to keep a careful eye on them while I spied the cache. All good, no stings! Tftc, lovely find
The only remaining icon on the map for miles around.
Thanks to a previous finder for the heads up about the wasps!
I got stung at home recently and blew up, so I need to be careful. That meant it took about three goes to remove the log, trying to hide behind the tree as I did it. But I made it without getting zapped.
TFTC where all is good.

Quick find here today. Almost too high for me but reached it ok. Be careful of wasp nest in tree, I backed into it and copped a few stings on my shoulder. Ouch, not the best start to the year. Oh well if it's the worst thing that happens this year, I'll be fine. Tftc
Out for our morning walk to get this one, pyro69 munching on some pizza as a quick snack to line her tummy for some tablets, found this super easy enough, although us both being short we struggled to get the log and then return it almost needed a step ladder!
But tftc!!

A caching day with RoddyC, Hatsoff, Snickersallan, GrannySmith1947 and Echocage1. This was an easy one to find, log signed and cache replaced as found. Nice to cache in a different area to the usual, hardly ever manage to get to Springfield and surrounding areas. We took a little stepper as the last finder said it was too high but we had no problems without the stepper. TFTC
A change of scenery today around the Camira-Springfield area, hoping the rains stay away. It did.
Easy find - can't understand how it can be logged without signing the sheet!
Log signed and cache replaced as found at 5:44 PM on October 23, 2021. TFTC, k.dunn

After collecting some ALs in the general area, followed by a fail at a multi which was supposed to finish my required caches for the new Reach the Peak souvenirs all in one day, I took a detour to collect a couple of traditionals nearby.
I was expecting a tough hide here, as I am not a fan of searching for micros in the bush! However I looked up and there it was. Not too much of a stretch. TFTC, k.dunn.

A quick find out with geokid_madison and geoDaisy dog. It was a bit of a stretch as I'm vertically challenged!
After hydrotherapy my daughter Pinkypie05 and myself decided to do this cache. Nice easy find. TFTC!
Your cache is just as you described, thank you for creating a cache that was a delight to do. SL TFTC
One of my goals for 2021 is to find more caches in Ipswich, set out this morning to grab a few.
Quick find as expected
Thank you for hiding this geocache and keeping me entertained k.dunn

Micros.... gggrrrrrr indeed... it was here that my phone decided it had had enough.... and it’s brand new...tftc...
Luckily it was only a short walk to this cache as it was 33° and I didn't want to spent too much time in the sun. However, I did struggle to find the cache until I read the description a bit closer and then soon had the cache in hand.

Saw this pop up the other night so thought I’d head out nice and easy although I almost couldn’t reach it due to being vertically challenged haha! But I got it TFTC!
In the middle of organising a 'State of Origin' dinner when this one was published. "Go Qld". A great night with lots of celebrating. This morning thought I had better check this one out. Never noticed this park before and didn't realise it was so big. A quick find and all good here. I hope it lasts being a little in there open. Thanks k.dunn
