Quick find on a day out BMCC Family Day, All the logs are full, had none with me Sorry, Thanks TNLNSL
Away for the June Long Weekend with TheWhiteDogGang. We based ourselves at Orroroo and travelled far and wide over 4 days. We managed 1,500 kms during our travels. We managed to find some really old caches, one from 2001, and even managed to get all 9 terrain ratings. Not bad for 2 old farts with no coordination. The weather was dry if not cold on occasions.A good way to spend 4 days.Cache reached no problem.TFTC

WA Big Trip Winter 2024. Day 7 - Jamestown to Whyalla via Caltowie , Melrose, Wilmington and Pt Augusta. I spent the morning doing a caching lap of Jamestown, including a previous DNF. Then I was on the road. I managed to stop regularly and in each of the small towns I passed though to do some of the caches along the way. As I went further west it began to warm up. I was very cold In Jamestown last night. I did some Labs in Melrose and in Whyalla before getting set up for the night and going on a short tour around town. This cache was found in a nice traditional location without any problems. Thanks for the cache loopy197246488.3 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & 2010 Halloween A#185**Albida**

Full time Nomads since March 2014.
Having been in Perth to visit family our stay has come to an end and we are on our way to Broken Hill for the Mundi Mundi Bash.
Stopping in Jamestown to catch up with Sylken. Luckily we were also able to catch up with Chrispy89 and Honeysucker. [^] Today we headed out between loads of washing to convert as many local caches as possible.

Quick find here today, not many places could be
With a few days off back in Adelaide I decided to head to the mid north again after still having some caches to find up this way from my last visit 2 weeks ago, nice to be driving around on the back roads exploring new places and seeing the country side.
Thanks for the cache

Peterborough to Jamestown
While towing the caravan we stopped along the highway where it is safe to pull over.
Once we had dropped our caravan at the camping ground we did a tour of town following the geocache trail. This was a good way to visit town for our 1st time.

Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun.

The Non Wangaratta Event Tour 2021!
Covid has postponed the Mega in Victoria until January but leave had been granted for AnyMules to attend with me and Bushfire. So Anymules and I went on a tour to Eyre Peninsular and mid north South Australia instead whilst Bushfire joined us in spirit only as covid meant he couldn't come here either. Not needing anything for my yearly goals I hoped I didn't add too many to the DNFs [B)]
DAY 5: Exploring some mid north towns.
Another quick park and grab for us.
Only one of the three goals from last year achieved. So once again trying and fill my calendar with multi-caches and complete loop 11 again this year. [^] For my third goal I will try and get my DNF numbers from over fifty to single digits. That should keep me busy again this year! [:o)]
***Thanks loopy1972 for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***
Logs prepared and published through GSAK.

It's great to be able to travel and see so many quaint little country towns.
As we meander down towards GeoVenture 2020 (in 2021), Millicent, we stopped to put a smiley here.
It's wonderful to explore SA through the eyes of a Geocacher,
especially when it takes us to such interesting places.
We found your cache and with signing duties done and dusted,
we replace the cache as found.
Thanks for sharing this interesting location.
Which way now?
On to GeoVenture 2020.

After a morning with froghoppin and kellygang doing what cachers do... had to go find some more
Mr Frog kept me company while I cleaned up Jamestown - again !!!
Much appreciation to loopy1972 for hiding this cache on our SA geo map game board
---
Geocaches are located and logged using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S20+, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or often with just plain old dumb luck!
---
Please do stay safe when caching.
Lookout for mud, snakes, surprise cliffs, wild goats, wombats, bulldust, and lightning,
try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins... but especially lookout for bugs. [xx(]
Make sure Travel Bugs are the only bugs you share and pass on
We really appreciate all those placing quality caches out and about especially away from the city crowds,
it keeps our game safe, fun, and interesting
