Parked car & a short walk to GZ. Seen some new cachers walking back to there car as we were driving down the road. They just found this cache I think. Getting gloomy hopefully some rain occurs soon for our farmers! TFTC!
808 - just Ja on her bike today and sadly she disturbed a pack of kangaroos at GZ to make the find. She made a quick find at the obvious location, and left the bush in peace - hopefully roos can return to their preferred location. Dropped Sara The Sci Fi trackable as I think this cache is exactly the kind of scifi adventure she seeks. We hope she continues on her journey with lots of similar fun. Thanks for bringing me here
Our last full day in Bendigo so before moving on we took the opportunity to make the most of the beautiful weather and got for a bike ride into town from our caravan park. We joined up with the O'Keefe Rail Trail and road past Lake Weeroona and onto the 'Bendigo' sign before returning via as many parks as possible, and a few caches, to be home in time for lunch. A great ride.In the afternoon we headed north out of town to pick up a few more caches. A good day!Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache GarthBane.**SKI Pair****
Found with Grubbs1337 and ITWimdy. ??A great day out with Dad and his mate. Thanks for the cache ??
On the hunt today to kill some boredom with the little geodudes. Had a lot of fun in some bush on a cloudy day. Thanks for the cool cache!
I seemed to spend as much time pushing the mtb as riding it but thankfully without further injury. Many thanks
An unusual situation for us instead of being in lovely warm Queensland we are hiding around cold old Victoria. Medical reasons and caravan repairs have us staying here and we will be looking forward to finding as many caches as possible while we are here. SL TFTC
After a frosty start the warmth is coming back olthough it could be just the smiles I'm getting from the caches,
What a great way to have time to do these caches on way to Holbrook
Cache us all fine
Thanks

Suscoe was out and about in the Bendigo area today.
It was a delightful day, cool but sunny and it turned out to be mild by the afternoon.
We saw a terrific range of caches and countryside today.
Thanks to GarthBane for this hide, we were enjoyuing the bushland out here.

I had been thinking about a trip to Bendigo for over a month so that I could find My centroid cache and with an event in town this weekend plans were made to do a few days caching with My good mate Omegaman1971.There are always plenty of laughs while we are turning caches into smiles.
This is one of the caches found today. Loved the ones we did in the series, will target the rest on or next visit. FAV from Me.

Find # 11358
In Bendigo for an appointment, after the cracking was done I was off to stretch n walk around.
Ive had my eyes on this little cluster of caches, out at Huntly, for a while now. So seeing as i was, kinda, close. I decided to tackle them this arvio. A couple of drive bys and a few walks and i had the collection sorted.
A cool little group for a pack of quick fire smileys.
A quick and simple find, once I got my bearings right, and started walking the correct way to GZ.

It kinda stands out. Think I managed to trap a couple of mozzies in the prison too
Following the nearby CITO, LeeLee teamed up with OzHockeyChick, RoamingHowie, chooknchunk, Geoturtle37 and Papi4506 to pick up some caches in the nearby area.
We had a great time exploring the tracks and finding all the caches we set out to get thanks to spot on co-ords.
Short walk in and accurate co-ords made for a quick find here.
Thanks GarthBane

Another nice stroll through the open bush to this hide.

Grabbing a few before the cito starts at 10.

After the tree planting CITO, Chook joined up with Geoturtle37, Papi4506, OzHockeyChick, Roaming Howie, NoWorries, nirgalagrin and Crack'n'LeeLee for a super fun afternoon of chasing caches in the backblocks and bush of the Huntly area. We remember seeing that first iconic StarWars movie when it first came out in the cinemas. Now that dates us. TFTC GarthBane.
A great group of cachers set off to find a few caches before we went our separate ways. This was a nice quick find. Thanks for the cache.
I haven’t spent much time caching in Bendigo, so with a couple of events on for the weekend I decided to team up with OzHockeyChick for some caching adventures. After swagging it overnight, it was a day of tree planting and caching before heading home.
A little further down the road and we soon had this cache in hand.
Thanks GarthBane for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to find.

Staying up at Castlemaine for the weekend and I mentioned to GemmaSistema that I would be staying up this way, so Gemma made a trip up to here and we met up in the morning and then spent a fantastic day around the outer suburbs of Bendigo.
Plenty of laughs, Bush tracks, a couple of Lab caches thrown in and of course lots of other caches found along the way, ending with a couple of pizzas for tea in the Castlemaine Botanical Gardens
A great day out was had.
I should say congrats on your first hide so I will, so well done but we have already found a few of yours today already so a job well done in putting the Star Wars Series out.

I dropped a TB off that I have had for aw hile.
Thanks GathBane TFTC.

What better way to learn about local history and happenings than spending a day around the Whipstick and Box Iron Bark forest areas north of Bendigo finding geocaches such as this.
Yes the force was with us and we made a quick find, of a very well stocked cache.
Discovered TB: DQRXQY 'Cockatoo Travel Bug' resting up for action.
Thanks GarthBane for placing interesting caches on the gameboard.

Found with Claybol as we knocked off a few Huntly caches together. Thanks to the CO for keeping the game alive.
Find #2484 for me. Found with jtnsilo at 12:45 pm. Again my daughter remained in the car when we set out on the short walk to the cache, and again my daughter missed out on another well-stocked container - the kind of one she normally loves to find. Pity. All was in excellent condition. Thanks for another fun cache GarthBane!
Another nice quick and easy find on a pleasant afternoon stroll around the area.
