Found the hide and saw the cache but it had a feisty cache guardian attached to it so didn't try to wrest it off it. Little possum's new home is a bit too close to the ground for its safety so wondering if anyone would put a possum box a bit higher up for it??TFTC
***WARNING***There is a young possum snuggled up with this cache. Not sure whether it's just moved in or just using the hollow as a temporary camp.*Advise leaving the cache if it is there when you visit as it's well equipped with sharp teeth and claws.
A quick easy find for me this morning while heading towards Kedron Brook Creek for a bike ride.TFTC
Waiting for a local shop to open, thought I'd go cache hunting. My arm was just long enough!
Tftc. Despite a lot of muggle activity at the library and playground , I managed a stealthy find.
Nice hide, luckily not many people around so I could retrieve it without suspicion. Thanks Scouts for hiding and maintaining this cache!
Thanks for the find. How much wood can a wood chuck chuck if a wood chuck could chuck wood
Very nice hide. Awesome spot.Scouts galore on this one. I'm a Scout leader, finding a geocache at and owned by a Scout Group, while in Brisbane for a Rover Scout event. And I even deposited a Scout trackable who's looking for its Scout Leader! Best of luck making your way to Mt Gambier Scout Group!TFTC
I was passing the area today so I went back to have another look and no construction fence this time so it was a nice quick find. Thanks for the cache JeremyBenjiRoger, and for the updates on the construction work.
Temporarily enclosed in a construction fence. Available again in July/August.
29/4/2024 Find #7022A solo wandering today, I decided to grab some of the still outstanding audio and drum beat caches, with the odd other cache or two thrown in for good measure. Parking the car I wander over for a nice quick find. All was quiet here today. Thanks for the cache JeremyBenjiRoger and Wilston Scouts.
It wasn't where my 5yr old son was thinking but we kept looking ( in the rain ) and he eventually found it.We had a great time
Thought we were going to get bitten by a snake so it took us a while to muster up the courage to grab the cache
The way that things panned out, this was the very last cache of the visit to Brisbane. Might seem like a strange choice, but there was some reminiscing done nearby. I arrived at GZ without any TOTTs of any kind, so a bit of a reach of faith here, with a happy ending. Last time I did this I put my hand on a sleeping possum. Thanks to Wilston Scouts and congratulations on your first hide. Cachers like me appreciate larger sized caches hidden in the suburbs. Have another Favourite Point. Library caches are cool too, maybe that could be your project for this year.
12/01/2024 - 17:21Quick and easy park and grab. Another one where the name doesnt lie!marcussjd9#156TFTC
Down in Brisbane for a Christmas party and we had some time to get some caches beforehand. Our last find of the day and a quick one to finish off.Tftc JeremyBenjiRoger
Pretty good find, fairly easy. If you are struggling, heres a hint: the grass is greener in the inside.
Love a quick stop and grab. Not so in love with the magpie that swooped me and drew blood on the bike track here. TFTC
With an appointment nearby, I thought I’d look at this one. Made fir a quick find.

Found it with my 7 year old cousin (it was his first one) and he loved it! Was a bit hard to get out the tree though.
Having been sucked in by these damn monthly souvenirs, I currently have a mini daily streak of finds going and may as well continue for now.
After work this afternoon I pulled in the Scout carpark and made the very quick find. The streak survives for another 24 hours. Many thanks WilstonScouts

An unexpected trip to Brisbane. With the need for a dose of Vitamin GC it was time to go caching. Great spot to hide a cache. TFTC
