Stayed at Encounter Bay till Sunday. Here's one to find today.Thank you for placing the cache CharismaEmma.
Excellent spot I was looking through bushes before realising an un-natural object on the fence ftc
Down this way for a short break Quick find as I've encountered this type before TFTC. Handy little street library close by too
I have seen these before and they make for a clever hide. They also appear to make for a (not so clever) home for the little Gecko living under it.... they scuttled off quickly once I lifted it, but keep an eye out for little toes..... TFTC
TFTC guys. Was in muggle territory for ages pretending like I had lost something. One more look before giving up and I found it loved this one.
We camped here just over a week ago and just had another 2 nights and it was only while relaxing after a big day yesterday I realised that this was only about 60 metres away. Was too tired to find then so it's the first cache of the day as we start heading for Strathalbyn. TFTC CharismaEmma#16646
Paddle Chick and myself are heading to Murray Bridge area. Getting caches along the way and very hot today
Ive headed to SA to attend the Great Leap Forward mega in Adelaide. So far our journey has found us in Bendigo, St Arnaud, Halls Gap and Mount Gambier and now Millicent and lots of places in between. Ive particularly targeted some geo art in SA so far including the GV2020 and crayfish series, wine glass and wine bottle and challenge series. After a lovely few days caching with Contesta, we are going our separate ways on our way towards the Mega in Adelaide. We stayed the night in Victor Harbour last night at the caravan park, and this was the closest cache to me when I went for a walk this morning.
After a morning bike ride I swooped on what is now a familiar type of hide. tftc
Great, we have placed one of these ourselvesLog extremely wet, unable to signTFTC
In all our travels we would not have even thought to travel to this location.
(HaHa). In your dreams, these cachers do.
[:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort.

Brilliant and Clever
I like it

Not at co-ords but saw it on my way to GZ. Have found several of these before so knew exactly what it was. Log book is soaked but still managed to sign DL & GL. Tftc
Found during a trip down to Victor Harbor for the day. Completely invisible to general muggledom but once seen you can't unsee it! Thanks for the cache CharismaEmma!
This was a bit sneaky! I hadn't seen this sort of hide before, but had seen similar ones. Didn't take too long. TFTC
Veni. Vidi. Vici. Scripsi.
Staying in the adjacent park so this morning it was the prime objective to take a 100m or so wander to GZ and make the find. Arrived at GZ immediately spotted the cache. Seen many of these. Extracted the log and signed, then replaced it as found. Great start to the day.

Today I headed down to VH for the CITO. Came out early to beat the heat and was off walking before 8.30am well proud of myself.
I had a rather ambitious target for the day but will definitely come up short just a bit too hot for caching and also without a ladder for some of the higher T rated caches.
Great day out and enjoyed caching in a different part of the state made a nice change. Was good to catch up with lots of cachers at the CITO.
Thanks to all the hiders for placing and maintaining.

Day 2 of our holiday in Victor Harbor. Out doing some geocaches while exploring the area with Geokid 1.
This one took a bit of hunting due to my poor gps lock but eventually found it!
Didn’t sign as a family of ants have moved in and weren’t happy to be disturbed! Replaced as found though.

Over from Melbourne, staying in Adelaide, we are down in Victor Harbor for a day trip. After a lovely wander over to Granite Island and back, we set off for Encounter Bay and this one was on the way. Nice easy find at GZ. Log book was wet but signable

Well had to get at least one today and it was the closest to our place of stay. Took me a few minutes but soon spotted the cache. Luckily for me I’d seen others like it.
Thanks indeed

Always enjoy the ones we find, with a-ha moment, right after we all give up. Tftc
We are finally able to travel interstate without heaps of loops to jump through. We thought we would take it easy and have a look around South Australia and grab a few more LGA's while we were here.
Out for a morning run while staying at the nearby caravan park. I spent a minute or two searching for this one before I spotted it. These are becoming common around here.
This was find number 4 for the day.

Found when walked far enough along the fence line. We have found several like this before but in my opinion should be classes as Other.. my Gps was our by 4 m. But hubbies more accurate. Tftc
Out exploring with friends. Having a great day. Log book has been wet at some stage, currently functioning.

Lovely quick find. I like how you have secured the log book. Thank you, CharismaEmma; cache #4038.
First one of these we’ve found. A fabulous cache. Easy once you know what you’re looking for.
2nd time trying to spot this one haha! Was about to give up when I got my redemption, cool hide tftc!
Fairly easy find, mostly because we have found a few of this type. Still pretty cool. Tftc
Perfect Fit, definitely, great spot for this cache. Wow the caravan park has some awesome water slide and water play stuff for the kids, gone are the days when there is just a swing and a slippery dip to amuse the kids. No wonder the caravan parks charge so much now! When we saw the name of the cache we guessed it would be over near the fitness centre, doh no where near it haha.
Parking was a bit rare today so we parked down a side street and took the dog for a walk back up toward GZ, good co ordinates helped look less suspicious as we made a quick grab for the cache between passer bys.
Thanks CharismaEmma for yet another cache as we cruise around Victor Harbour picking off the stray caches we havent done. TNLNSL

Gremlinkid #1 found it! Was easy for her. TFTC. Stayed on Hindmarsh Island for two nights and spent a lot of time sightseeing this beautiful area. We are touring SA with our camper trailer and grabbing some GCs along the way.
Out and about today picking up some local caches in this area while on holidays. A nice quick Christmas Day find, cache blends in well!

I have definitely lost my caching mojo recently as Friday resulted in 4 DNF's, and this cache was an almost embarrassing 5th DNF, as I walked up and down the fence about 3 times before my eyes (which must on holiday) eventually spotted this hide. Log signed.

Quick find while holidaying in the area. It was tough to know what to look for on first pass but then something caught my eye!

Another caching day with Doctor Owl was organised this time heading to Victor Harbor to start with and then just getting stray caches while completing a big circuit. [^] The sky looked threatening but we only had a few spots on our nice drive on some roads we both had not been on before. A successful day finding all the caches we looked for.
I think this one has been moved since it was first placed as it was an easy find for us...we saw it as we walked towards GZ. Some previous logs suggests it was much harder to retrieve.
Thanks for the cache CharismaEmma.

Was expecting a tricky find, given past reports, but JJ spitted this one on approach.
The weekly wander of the Befuddled with a rare occassion of a Mule joining us. The target was more hides in and around Victor Harbour and anything else we needed on the way. Our last attempt at Victor was thwarted by the news of the state going into a 5 day lockdown which meant we had to return home to stock up on supplies. Thank you for the placement of the The Perfect Fit cache CharismaEmma find number 8644 on 10 November 2021 at 3:19 pm
Another Wednesday Wandering for some members of the Befuddled Puzzle Solving Group. We gathered at Willunga for a trip to Victor and myself, Blackadders, AnyMules and S.A. Sewer Rats headed out for a day of caching in and around God's Waiting Room. Except for the obligatory DNF (Damn the list is growing again) we managed to find all we looked for. The last time we came were with AnyMules we had to leave at lunchtime after a snap lockdown was announced. This time we managed to eat our fish'n'chips and cache afterwards [B)]
Having seen a few of these before made for a quick find.
Only one of the three goals from last year achieved. So once again trying and fill my calendar with multi-caches and complete loop 11 again this year. [^] For my third goal I will try and get my DNF numbers from over fifty to single digits. That should keep me busy again this year! [:o)]
***Thanks CharismaEmma for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***

Time for a Wednesday Wander, the weather was delightful.
A quartet of Geo animals went a caching.
The quartet consisted of a Rat. a Starfish, an Adder and a Mule.
We met at Willunga, the days plan to cache our way to and around Victor Harbor.
A quick and easy find for the quartet of Geo animals.
We had a great day, lots of finds, laughter and fun. Tftc

Having a few days in Goolwa and thought an outing to Victor was in order to see the new causeway. Disaapointinly the old causeway was closed today, so no visit to Granite Island. So off to some nearby caches. An easy find when you know what you are looking for. Have discovered this type of cache previously. TFTC

Found this while having a few days R&R in Goolwa with my wonderful long suffering muggle husband. He knows that I expect to find a few caches while away and this was one of two today. Then I can always get another couple tomorrow. Easy find because I have found these before. A Favourite Point for your effort of putting out a more interesting cache. A clever way of deploying this type of cache container. Thanks CharismaEmma.
Drove down this way with Purrfect Di & Jack.
Combined a relaxing spa getaway with a bit of caching fun
Found your cache along the way.
Certainly was a good fit, although rather a strange place for one of those.....
Appreciation goes to CharismaEmma for placing and maintaining this one

This cache was found and logged using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S20+, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or sometimes with just plain old dumb luck!
---
Stay safe when caching. Watch for snakes, random cliffs, wild goats, bulldust, and lightning,
try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins... but especially lookout for bugs. [xx(]
Make sure Travel Bugs are the only ones you share and pass on
2020 turned into 2020won, and 2020too is on the way! 2020free should see us through
Still important to observe social distancing when possible, (150 nano caches apart should do it)
Still important to wash your hands (always has been really [:o)]
Still very important to look after each other and take precautions & get checked out for even the tiniest sniffle or cough, or unexpected headache! [8)] [B)]
Still even more important to get some fresh air and exercise while we can, so get out and cache the country!
Thanks so much to all those placing caches out and about away from the city crowds,
keeps our game safe and interesting

I have seen this type of hide before, the best one i have seen was in Mildura and it was cammoed like a vent, hidden in plain sight in a high muggle area ( that had about 30 fav points ) . quick find. happy the last finder didn't ram it in the hole.
Found with clare007 ...................... well .......... finding it was one thing... getting it out another!! Eventually we got it. Thanks for the challenge.
Grabbing a few more caches with CPwanderer, before heading to our favourite cafe for lunch.
It ended up being a busy road & I really needed my hat as the sun was getting hot.
It took a bit to find gz & even longer to 'get the cache' out of its hidey hole.
Clever, but I can see this area getting trashed, thanks for the hide CharismaEmma.
