This was a fun easy climb and find and sign and return. Looks a lot harder than it is. Just give it a go. I see that you have to sign the log to claim the find but it seems some people don't. I am over 50 and was able to do this.
Found this cache with Dora the Explorer!. When the cache was spotted we decided that we should have no trouble climbing to it. Dora the Explorer! scampered up the tree and quickly had the log signed and returned to its little hiding spot.TFTC.
2nd attempt. Up in the tree. Spotted cache but couldn't reach. Thanks for the hunt.
Yikes that’s high! Got up high enough to touch the cache, but too spooked to use two hands to open. MrESCR took a photo from ground support for CO who gave the to ️

After attending the event today, we followed the CO to this cache for a maintenance run.
Once at gz, davewazza made the climb to replace the cache as per CO's direction. Happy to have my name in the log.

I had been around the area upon past trips, but I seem to recall that a few DNFs had put me off a visit here. With a recent replacement, as well as plans for many of the group to visit here, I joined the crowed, and we arrived shortly after the nearby birthday event. I elected to make the climb, and we soon found the replacement cache taped to the tree (a tethered option that I admit, is a first for me). Nevertheless, the cache container and logbook were in good shape, and the clan signed their names in accordingly. With a few new replacement parts, and at the direction of the CO team, I climbed higher, and the cache was placed with proper tethering supplies. Thanks [Dfc_jlk2019](https://coord.info/PR11AR1N) for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. Favourite Point for the fun tree climb (as well as the ground support cheers)!

This morning, it was a planned visit to South Brisbane Cemetery in Dutton Park for the CITO event to clean and scrub graves, and perform a tidy-up and TLC.
Then after a morning tea with family, a last-minute plan to head to Lawnton to partake in a celebration birthday event. I then joined a small group to a tree climb geocache in the area followed by the use of a fishing TOTT, before grabbing a targeted difficult puzzle cache. It was then a few last stops in Warner around the lake, and at a couple of parks and reserves as I headed home south.

After an afternoon of celebrations, came by to do some maintenance, and luckily had materials needed with me, now has my sign in log, Thanks, Dfc jlk2019, MummaBear66 and Princess1005
I had work this morning and then T-Tech did some more reno work in the bathroom so it was well after 3pm before we headed out for some geocaching.
It was getting on for 5pm when we arrived at this one, which meant the car park was pretty empty. There was about 8 blokes playing touch footie near GZ, but they didn't care about us. Some searching happened from the ground but eventually T-Tech wanted a closer view so began his climb. He certainly had to do some big hauling at first, and that was when I spied the container and was able to guide him towards it. Then we realised he didn't have the pen in hand so great hilarity ensued as I tried many times to toss it up to him! Very glad to get my name in his one! We found the cache but sadly we’re unable to monkey too it in fear of falling down and breaking my 30+ year old body. Great hide and will have to bring niece back to help secure the package
Found it but couldn’t reach it due to injuries. Great hide! Glad we finally found it after a few months of walking by
Great cache thanks

Good hiding spot. Found pretty easily, but it helped to have a monkey on hand to sign the log.
Found today while in town seeing my family, was there with the Cache Owner doing a maintenance run.
Despite help fr the cache owner, we were unable to locate this one. Thanks for taking our call!
Out for an afternoon of caching with Dfc_jlk2019 and crew as I finally have some down time on holidays from work and after all the Christmas/New Year hullabaloo. Had to visit a friend in the area and noticed that there were many caches around here that I had not yet found, so decided to tackle a few.
Luckily I had the crew with me to manage this tree climb as my injured should would not have held up on this one. Didn't take too long for the tree to be scaled and the log found, signed and replaced. Great little cache in good condition.
Thanks for the adventure to this local place.

Tftc Jess & Dylan, needed this one as it's a strange D/T
After a morning of paddling we only needed 2 more caches to finish the next loop of our D/T grid. Headed out this afternoon for some tree climbs and tree fishing. Messaged Jess & Dylan (Dfc_jlk2019)and they came out to have a catch up chat
They then accompanied us to the next one further down the road, as it always happens we had to stop for a few challenges and a couple of multis too.
Nice company to spend the afternoon with

After posting our DNF, we were immediately contacted by cache owner, Dfc_jlk2019 who came out to help! I was then quickly able to make the (very) high climb up and secure the cache! She also gave us some really great advice and hints. Thanks you so much!!
after several unsuccessful visits - we use the nearby courts to rollerblade - we finally spotted this and Mr Seizer dashed up to get it
Thanks fr all the fun

After finding a nearby puzzle I saw this one was close by.
When I saw the tree climbing attribute I said "Yep definately finding this one".
Couldn't see the container from the ground so I eargerly climbed up and not too long after with a different angle spotted it.
No sports to view early this morning, just the man on the mower.

We were in north Brisbane today so put this cache on the list as it helps with another silly challenge I keep seeming to find.
With the park pretty much empty, we wandered over to the tree and began our search from the ground without any disturbance. We had 3 pairs of eyes searching, but it wasn’t until I got off the ground that I spotted the little blighter. There was some discussion as the best way to reach it and with some coaching I got to a spot where I could reach it.
I was holding on with my legs as tightly as I could as I felt the tree sway beneath me in the wind. With shaky hands I scribbled our name in the log but just as I was trying to reattach the log I dropped it along with the bottom of the cache!
JDavs managed to throw throw the cache and log up to me and I caught it on the second attempt! This time I made sure it went back where it belonged and I steadily made my way back down to the ground.
Happy to be back on solid ground, the others pointed out the cherry picker about 30m away, that would have been easier! Tftc

Well, that was a bit of a climb! Fun, but with an inelegant dismount, witnessed by Shazzar66. And serenaded by a piper at the end. TFTC
This cache was checked by MummaBear66 today and is in the correct place

Out caching with E_Smiley, this one was on our list.
Being a week day, all seemed to be quiet in the area except for a few devout grounds people. They were actively mowing and trimming everywhere.
One of them came to say hello, and spent a good five minutes with us on the ground looking up into the tree trying to spot something… anything!?
Eventually he decided he should head back to work and so left us to the task.
Mrs Domsky headed up, and despite a good search could see nothing. It was then E_Smiley’s turn, and after a minute or two she could see where we needed to be.
Cautiously, she made her way across the branches to GZ.
Log signed. This was a fun climb, but quite difficult to spot from the ground.
Thanks Dfc_jlk2019

D 2.5 T 4.5 Micro Traditional Cache
A very enjoyable day with Domsky Dou chasing 6 multis in a day for a challenge they have signed while they attended a Mega down south, while I was trying to complete my 6th loop. The Young's Crossing was closed today as they released water from the dam. Traffic was aweful at Petrie with all the diversion and road improvement but we still managed to have a good time.
Thanks for the cache and taking us here Dfc_jlk2019 and Leathebowler.

Chief spotter duties this afternoon. I managed to spot the little beasty after a good search. Conversation about pathways ensured and before long it was another successful mission for the day.
I figure a T4.5 tree climb needs a spotter for when I fall... Had met JACS for another cache and suggested we made our way here too. We spotted from the ground and with some climbing suggestions I made my way to the cache. Not too hard of a climb in the end, but I would not like it much harder! TFTC.
Nice easy climb today just as the rain and storm clouds started to form. Beautiful sunset. Not a hard climb and didn't need a ladder.
Thanks for a cool cache!

Out finding a few caches with Mr CuriousQuest. Between events, we headed off to find a few caches. My caching buddy had previously found this cache but even he had problems spotting it again. As my stomach was still churning after completing a couple of tree climbs earlier in the afternoon, he kindly offered to do the honours here and added my name to the log. TFTC
With a ladder in the car, and a teenager with a penchant for heights we’re targeting tree climbs today… using all the tools at my disposal…
It took us awhile, even with three of us on the ground and Catboy67 up the tree… once found we made our marks and set off again….

With Catboy67 practically running up the tree the rest or the crew started searching from down below. Tiny little hide took us a while to spot but eventually Catboy67 just beat us to it. Log signed with Peppa and Tangothief. Thanks for the cache
This is an area I have never been to before and what a great sports area it is. When you bring tools of the trade with you and someone that’s very good at climbing this makes this retrieval not so hard. Took a bit to spy the cache from the ground but once found it wasn’t too long till my name was in the log. TFTC Dfc_jlk2019
Quickly up the tree while BM75 spotted it from the ground, having lost my pen we had to do a bit of cache throwing

Muggle65 and l decided to go for this one today. Well, one of us had to go for it and his feet were firmly planted on terra firma. Glad he doesn't like climbing - it would spoil all my fun if he did. Great cache - thank you so much
I heard this cache was the creme da la Creme to find .... And so Green Geckos & I went to try our luck. Having a Gecko helps when it comes to tree climbing. I just have a portable neck brace from all the looking up.
Nice quick climb. It was quickly located a nice quick climb and i soon adding my name to the log. TFTC
Out to keep my little personal challenge alive and I just need a couple for today. Seems the closest caches are getting further and further away, lucky the day is getting longer.
After my final success at a nearby cache, I thought I could have a look for this one. I was here yesterday but there were too many people around for a look. Nobody here today yet it was a little windy. I could not see the cache from below so it meant climbing up for a better look. Up and up I went until I reached a very sketchy area and then saw the cache. Oh my in this wind the tree was moving a fair bit and holding on was a challenge, grabbing the cache was another challenge. I had to go higher and find a better and more secure position. Finally I had the cache and log in hand, now to sign it. Then all was done and I managed to get the cache back and get down without incident.
Thank you for the hide and the fun at this one.

Found with TeamOzAllens, who didn't even give me a chance to ask who was going for the cache.
This cache has been replaced and rehidden and in slightly different position within the same tree have altered the d&t rating accordingly
I was in the area today, but it wasn't until I had pulled up at the cache that I read the last OM...
Perhaps this cache could be disabled until it's been replaced, that way it doesn't appear on the app... Another day then...

This container is definitely missing come to check this cache today. I’m now off to Bunnings to gather some materials will be back during the week to replace container
My grandson climbed the tree for me but could only find a cable tie attached to a branch without anything else
CO ask for some help with this one. It needed to be move higher. Ok let go and have a look. Oh that is nice climb to get there. Right up the top.
But at least my name in the log now. Thanks CO.

Needed a cache for the day so I decided to head out and grab one that’s close to home.
Nice quick climb, although I had to be wary of some workers close to GZ, it looks like they’re laying some fresh turf.
The logs a little ripped up, but still usable. Thanks for giving me a reason to visit.

We were heading out today to locate the rockwall cache in the Industrial Estate near Kremzow Road, when this sport ground hit our eyes with 4 caches! Wow...
We found the two caches before and continued our walk.
This was the third cache which we found. A nice little climb.

Found with Hallysgirl. The eldest geokid wants to continue her tree climbing adventures so we stopped here after everyone had finished their usual sporting activities. A leg up to the first branch and she was one her way. A quick up and down for the retrieval and then another quick climb up and back to replace it once the log was signed. TFTC. Another cool tree adventure.
Certainly worth its 3.5 terrain rating. Glad we had a small box in the car to help with that first step up. It was La Kedi who made the climb here today. Cache was found safe and dry.
Bit too much effort just to view sports from this one! I think I would just use the grandstand. Had to search the back of the car for a useful item to assist here. An old box from Lego, now holding a tool kit, turned out to be exactly what we needed. TFTC Dfc_jlk2019
You would have to be pretty desperate for a good view to attempt to watch sports from up here! We had to use a bucket from the car for the initial leg up before I was able to reach a branch that allowed me to wriggle my way awkwardly into the tree. Once I managed to reach the geocache, I promptly dropped the lid, as I had expected it to be attached! Luckily, I had friends on the ground who could retrieve it. Perched awkwardly to sign the very slightly damp log, before squishing it into the oversized plastic bag and back into the container and replacing the lid. Wiggled down, managed not to twist any ankles as I dropped onto the uneven roots below, and let’s call that another one done and dusted. I do think I’d rather sit in the grandstand!

Lots of new caches popping up in our old stomping grounds. This was found quickly as part of our target mission in Lawnton and surrounds today.
Seems to be the day for tree climbing ... this was the third. Thankfully this one wasn't as high as the others, so I could relax a little.
Arriving at the cache, I was concerned at how tight the cache was fixed to the tree, I didn't have anything with me to change it, maybe this could be checked.
With the log signed, all was replaced as found.
Thanks Dfc_jlk2019, Leathebowler

Saw this one a little too late for the FTF run, but was happy to have a reason to get out of the house. Just a few people training on the ovals today, so no trouble with muggles.

I decided today to take a bike ride around Led Hughes sporting complex and I dropped off on the way when a notification of a new cache came through. What . Only 500 metres away . Wow. I was sure I would be there first but when I got to gz there was Radar 1959 climbing up the tree and stephyy and the CO watching. Wow they were super quick. It was great to meet them and I loved the placement of this cache. Such a nice park. Thankyou for all the fun
Glad I didn’t have to do the climb for this one because that would have be interesting in my moon boot.
Thanks for the cache.
Got to meet radar1959, que sera and cache owner.
