We tried all the benches and couldn't find a cache. Being from the other Toronto it was cool to visit the old train station. What a beautiful view from the train!
We definitely had a solid search for this and came up empty. If it's magnetic as it suggests there's only a limited area where it could have been and we ran our fingers over every surface where it was possible and never felt a cache. And it's not supposed to be small so we coulda/shoulda found it, but we didn't.
Thank you for this cache! I love how the cache was made, but unfortunately it has become waterlogged and will need some TLC.
The log is slightly damp due to water getting in through the non-existent lid. Lovely place to sit and contemplate. Ta
This was an opportunistic find when I spotted a cache on my geo-map while doing a nearby AL waypoint. Great location!! The station has such a great outlook and historic value that I would probably have thought about placing a SideTracked Series cache here if not for this cache. Thanks for placing this cache FireBlade800.
This particular spot I had not been to in a little while. Coming back gave me a flood of memories good and hard ones . This trail has started in the perfect spot. It was a great cache to start this cache adventure day I have planned with some other geocachers. Sat and took in the view for a while which was nice despite the wind blowing today. TFTC! Cant wait to find the rest of the trail.
What a magnificent train ride this would have been, right next to the lake. Gorgeous! Thanks for bringing me here!
Quick easy find whilst here for the screaming jets gig. Nice spot. TFTC!!! #2264
GAP YEAR BIG LAP - PART 2: THE ROAD TRIP - Day 13 Big day out around Lake Macquarie, camped at Olney Forest, closest spot we could get at a reasonable price. This was the only one of this trail we visited today of our 27 finds all up. Interesting train station, wish we had more time to explore the line further. Quick find under as described. Nice walk by the lake here & lunch at the cafe for a treat. We did manage to find a park just above gz.#3778 @ 1210hTFTC FireBlade800 ??
Find # 8,480 for me on 14 Jan 2024 at 2:27 pm. I'm staying at Fishing Point with friends in order to attend a cricket club reunion lunch, Since there were a few caches nearby, what's a chap to do. Found on a walk through Totonto with friends. Thanks FireBlade800, for giving back to the game. *Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*
Quick check on the cache and alls in good order. Added a scribble stick. Cache on.
Stopping here for a pub lunch with one muggle teenager, enroute somewhere else. Nice scenery and find. SLTNLN with TBs Canadian Flag, Pittiplatsc, Corona Express Cruise Ship, Bierkrug and USA Bear in tow.
Find #1781Helps when you look at the correct chair hahaha found after a quick recalibration. Beautiful views today. Good fun with 3ferrets. Container in good condition. Log book dry. TFTCSL Thanks for placing FireBlade800
Once we actually found the correct chair, we located the cache in seconds!! fun day out with PCE. Thanks for the hide.
TFTC JENPETEH, The H,s , South Africans living in Tassie GeoCaching our way around Australia and loving it
Love the old disused station and railway tracks, and the view from GZ. OCW MaxAdventurer. TFTC FireBlade800
I do like what they've done with the Fernleigh track, so it was interesting to find out about another old railway track. Lovely, interesting place. Took me longer than it should have to find this D1 cache, especially when it was larger than expected. +1 fave point. TFTC!
(4 of 12 today)
The Geowife is babysitting the Geograndson today, so I have the freedom to cache for the day - so long as I'm home by 7 or so.
Decided to target the caches around Toronto today - a few series and a number of unrelated but clustered caches means I can get some numbers - aah the Calendar Caching Gods will be happy today!
Highlight of the day was stumbling across brand new cachers on their first day. That day is almost 10 years ago for me now. Memories...
Got twelve, but my first series yielded 2 DNFs. Was it me or missing? Time will tell.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Always help if you walk ALL the way to GZ. Stopped about five metres short but at least it was a quick find when I relocated.
Signed, replaced and away.

Decided to get this one on our way home. Could not find the one we were aiming for for our cache of the day. This was a backup without going to far out of our way.

A two minute walk from home, easy find among some local history including Toronto Hotel directly above. I'd highly recommend you stop by if you've came from Fassifern station and have a feed or cold drink at The Mulberry.
Truthfully I never knew this existed. Thanks for bringing me here. What a nice little peaceful place. TFTC
Found today on a cache drive with my Dad and little brother, found 6 caches in total and had an amazing time caching around the Toronto area...

A few new publications overnight spurred us on to visit Toronto again, although these have been on our radar for ages....
No trouble, Samuel had it before I started looking! TFTC

Had to get out of the house for a bit and needed somewhere reasonably close to go. TFTC
After a day in the area grabbed this one on the way home. Luckily there was only one seat available and it revealed the cache for me to sign. Thanks FireBlade800 for the cache.
Find No: 8370. Good Friday lunch at my sister-in-law's place at Toronto West so I took the opportunity to go for the train trail, thanks for the cache !!
Wow, I had no idea this walking track existed, let alone a train station. Thanks for bringing me here. Hopefully I will have time to walk the entire trail next time. TFTC!
TFTC,
In the area having lunch with friends and when that finished, a check of the phone showed this nearby cache.
I can remember catching the train out here from Newcastle as a child.
Visited trackables.

We are staying at Morrisett for a couple of days visiting our grand daughter then it's off to Dubbo for morefamily visits.
Always time to do a couple of caches while in the area. We did a variety of types of cache types & hides tody in some great locations.
A quick stop on the way home just as it started sprinkling with rain.
Thankyou FireBlade800 for placing this cache.
