Today was the last day of a great trip away with naughtybunny travelling all over the Fleurieu Peninsula. We visited many caches on the way home to Adelaide and many amazing places were discovered. This was another one. Enjoyed reading about Garnet Kelly and you have to admire how tough things were back then. RIP. TNLN. Cheers.
Driving home from a short stay down South, this was one of the caches we briefly stopped for.TFTC Kookacrew
Found on a trip down south after attending the Picnic in Willunga event. The main aim was to tackle the Fleurieu Beach series near Delamere but I used the opportunity to find caches along the way and on the return back home. Thanks for the cache Kookacrew!
A beautiful walk with gridge98 and courtneyrose and aspiring cachers Corby and Griff. TFTC
Today I headed south with gridge98 and nettieknows, a lovely walk from here up the trail to the end. All but one cache found for us today.TFTC
Arrived at GZ here and the search began, with 5 of us looking the cache was easily found Today I headed south with Nettieknows, Courtneyrose_ and some family friends for a day out, our main intention was to head to the CITO at rapid bay followed by the trail of caches near Normanville. A lovely day out dodging the weather. Thanks for the cache
Had a good hunt around but no find today, I am assuming this one is no longer here.
I'm making my way down the Fleurieu Peninsula to host the Rapid Bay CITO today.I am making a day of it, squeezing in as many caches as I can before CITO time.I'm aiming to go up a level on my "360 from home" badge on project-gc as well, as there's a lot of red areas down this way for me.This was the first DNF of the day for me. I spent a while searching but it was too good for me.I went to phone a friend but they were out of range on their own caching trip, so this will be a frowny until I can get back down this way. Thanks for bringing me to a cool spot regardless. I enjoyed reading about the soldier, I couldn't imagine receiving that letter as his parents...Lest We Forget.
Di insisted the kids wanted me to go caching for fathers' day, and beyond... so a full day and late night, early morning it was!
A quick stop and hunt around. Will return for the nearby walk asap!
Sincere appreciation for the cache hide and ongoing care and maintenance Kookacrew .

Country, Coast and City... Caches and crazy company!
On the roads again, with Jack, and Purrfect Di driving and caching along the way wherever we go

In a hazardous world filled with rusty old mint tins and solid objects falling from trees
- - - a cache a day keeps the boredom away
--------
Caches are logged using the resources of gsak, garmin, and androids, occasionally AI too! (And a little rubber stamp ) The skill and talent of some Zenior Zombies helps, and maybe a spot of luck too [:o)]
----------
Ensure Travel Bugs are the Only bugs you share and pass on
(Covid cancels caching! - Flu finished fun!))
Keep a safe distance - clean and cache the countryside
Special thanks to those placing quality caches out and about around our country areas,
in sensible safe places and containers especially! - it keeps our game fun, and interesting
Of course we do appreciate if you actually did read all this extra addition to the log word count! There's a challenge somewhere out there, or so we've been told! You win a virtual smiley for the effort and getting to the end of the log Maybe if I worked out where it is I could do it and go back to normal logs again ! If you find the challenge let me know and perhaps we can put an end to these long logs !!!
[:o)]
C'est fini... For now... ... until next time!

And don't forget to put the June Long Weekend in your diary for 2024 too... it'll be out of this world
With limited time available only had 5 mins to look. This one was way too good for me. TFTH
Cache is definitely there! If you see the rope in the tree ........ its the wrong tree , happy hunting
After a drive to Normanville for a FTF, spent the afternoon caching around the town and it’s surrounds. This cache is one that was found today. Spent a couple minutes looking around and eventually saw the cache. Cache is all good thanks to ongoing maintenance, cheers.

Two PaFs and a prior finder in tow still brought no luck. Either they were cache blind or recent rains have been an issue.
After sending a message to CO for a hint we located it before we got a reply after scratching around a bit more.

Wow we finally found this cache after a failed previous attempt. Well my husband actually found it, we read the logs for clues. I dont think we would have found it otherwise. Very tricky indeed. TFTC
with a little help from the co we managed to find this little bugger after a long time of searching, what cool a fp for this one!!!!!
All I’m saying is……. OMG what a tricky hide.
Off on another adventure. Heading overseas in the morning, for the night

The usual Wednesday Wander for members of Befuddled Puzzle solving group had us heading southwards once again but instead of solved puzzles we were in search of caches along walks. Today it was myself, Blackadders and Anymules. [:o)] Meeting at Myponga we zigzagged everywhere in search of caches. By the end of the day we had found a few but the legs were feeling it.
Whilst I was looking in all the wrong places, the mule found the cleverly hidden cache. Another great camo/hide worthy of a FP. [:X]
***Thanks Kookacrew for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***
Logs prepared and published through GSAK.

Another Wednesday wander of the Befuddled group with the Starfish, Adder and a Mule. The Rat was not able to join us.
Todays target area as down south around the Myponga area where a couple of high terrain hides were sought.
As always, all caches were visted and signed by all members of the group or each member had a part to play in retrieving the prize.
All caches were in good condition unless noted otherwise.
A sneaky hide discovered by the Mule.
Thank you for the cache %Cachename Kookacrew, found 11/05/2022

With my gps going mental and trying to throw us in the river, we messaged CO for some help. With a couple of extra hints we managed to get back here just as the sun was setting and found the sneaky little bugger. Thanks for help and TFTC Kookacrew
A lucky find, nearly missed it but after scratching around it was found. TFTC JenneG And Budgy Nth Nowra NSW
Nearly gave up but found just before walking off. A fun find, hint and past logs somewhat helpful. Thanks for the hunt with Hill2Sea this evening
Cache is still here. Mislead by the hint so had to phone a friend and success in the end. TFTC!
Met some cachers here! Then the CO showed up! Very sneaky!!!!!

Devilish Brilliant and Clever I like it Another one off the list TTBLNSL TFTC/TFTH/TFBUH - ?? Kookacrew ?? [^]
I had come down here with allister w for a FTF close by and as the rain looked like it had stopped we decided to come and find this one and the others in the gorge. [^]
Found our way to GZ and started looking...and looking...and looking! Read previous logs which didn't really help all that much so we continued looking and kept coming back to one spot. It was only when I had a much closer look that something was spotted that needed closer inspection and yay it was the cache...cool.
Thanks for the cache Kookacrew definitely a favourite for me.

Found with JJ52 after we got a FTF nearby. We searched around for awhile before JJ52 made the find. TFTC Kookacrew
After a nice wander up The Great (Big) Gorge had to have a look for this one before leaving the area. Found something interesting in the second place examined and it ended up being the cache.
Thanks to Kookacrew for putting this cache out here for me to find.

Out for a days caching down south with Freddo.
An early start meant a relatively early finish.
Cache was found in the first place we looked, after we searched many other spots.

I guess this is the hide that was archived last year in the middle of Coronavirus disease 2019 (SARS-2). Who ordered the pandemic? Never visited that cache. It was gone before I got a chance to find it. This time we stopped and looked. And looked some more. We considered the extensive logs and looked some more. We reread Hurtle's log. Massive hint. We applied Hurtle logic and the evil little cache was soon in hand. Tweezer time and the cache replace.
I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count.
The cache was found in the last place we looked, which as usual was not the first place we looked. Thanks for placing a fun cache guys. We do love your work. We signed the logbook. Of course we did that is way we play this game. Cache in pretty good condition for the cache age.
