I signed the log today and will follow up with a found log once I meet the requirements or confirm that I have already done so. Thanks for this challenge as this and other challenge caches always add to my to do list which adds another interesting aspect of geocaching. Were also carrying out maintenance along the way on behalf of the CO replacing many damaged containers and logs which the CO was happy to supply and for which we are very grateful.

NZ_B and I are on a road trip to the Geo Toroa Mega. I'm also hoping to get a multi everyday, so it is now titled the "Mega Multi Road Trip". Today is Day 3 and our second day in Christchurch. This cache was one on NZ_B's list. I don't yet qualify, but I will be working on it, so took the opportunity to sign the log while here.
When this challenge was first published, I had so many days where I had not found a mystery cache I didnt think I would ever complete this challenge. But over time more and more days were receiving a green tick. There were many days where I was driving up and down SH 2 in the Wairarapa. With the last day where I needed a mystery cache coming into view, what did I do? I took off over overseas five months. With lots of planning before I left, I was able to find mystery caches on all the blank days. PHEW.Thank you Troodles for a great challenge. A favourite given for an enjoyable challenge.[NZ_B](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=NZ_B) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC9BVFZ/61000 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did. 366 dates of 366 completed. This time its within New Zealand as Itchyfeet2020 and I are on our mega road trip to Dunedin. We are focussing on particular caches for various challenges, as well as having a great lot of fun and seeing the scenery in our wonderful land. -LET US HAVE A BLOCK PARTY!!!On May 3rd, 2025, we will be celebrating 25 years of geocaching in Rotorua, New Zealand with a special Block Party event. Sadly JDScout doesn't so he didn't sign it I'm not sure how the end of daylight savings made us both tired but we had a lazy start to our Sunday. Then I hatched a cycle plan. We parked at Robin Park and biked from there. It was a 15km return ride. With a head wind on the way back . Thank goodness for pedal assist.
Today is a day of challenges. I collected the CANZ South Island Semi-final, for todays final mystery dot day... Which means I now qualify for this cache. With two mysteries sorted, this is another day sorted for the 4-a-day challenge in Richmond!Thoroughly enjoyed this challenge, quite a few days were done by the Fresh Breath geoart, it was handy having that around, plus lots of mysteries around the South Island too, so thanks to all of the COs that assisted in this being a reality. +FP! There's the same challenge back home so I've already done the hard part. Today, I stopped by this cache and spotted it quickly enough.
At last I get to complete this Challenge. I had thought back on 16/01/2023 that I had completed the Challenge last year but then later in the year I became aware that the cache that I used for this day (4th March) didn't. qualify [B)] , so I had to withdraw my find log. Earlier today, I found a puzzle today and can now state the Challenge has been completed and verified by using the Project-GC checker. (I signed the logbook on 16/01/2023). Thanks for the Challenge Troodles.
I have been working on this challenge for a couple of years and I now finally qualify. Decided that today was a good day to find it
I'm in Christchurch for a few days for work so of course I have to get some geocaching in. I came down a day early so I could get a rental car for the day to target some specific caches in the surrounding area.I was glad to finally qualify for this one and could stop holding back on puzzle finds. All good here and TFTC.Find #6414 at 25 February 2024 11:17 am
My husband and i are on a 2 week vacation around the south island and today we made it to christ church from Dunedin and i came to sign some challenge caches i am so close to qualifying for this one with only 42 days to go. Signed and Looking forward to qualifying and thanks for the challenge
17:49 It's time to finally claim this one.I don't remember how many dates I was missing when this got published, but I think it was around 90, or a bit less.I started putting reminders in my calendar for the days I needed mystery finds. The challenge also most certainly motivated me to try and solve more puzzles. I was on good track with getting the calendar filled, however, end of 2022 we had a Mexico trip, and I had quite a few empty dates over that month. And there are not many caches there at all. I only ever had the chance of finding two mystery caches. So by mid-2023 I had almost all the calendar filled except 7 dates in Dec-Jan. Had to wait for quite some time until those came arpund again, and finally finished this challenge just a month ago, on Jan 17th.[ivss_xx](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=ivss_xx) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC9BVFZ/61000 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.366 dates of 366 completed. This challenge allows leap day to be skipped. Been fun! Now, the multi-a-day challenge, that's another story... Had 113 dates to do when that was published, and now still 87 to go.Kia ora! Paldies! Thanks for the cache, Troodles!#10240
Thank you Troodles for creating a well-written challenge cache for me to enjoy, challenge caches are my favourite type of geocache, and they have kept me actively involved in the game since 2012!I enjoy using them to plan my adventures, and 'cache smarter not harder '.It took me a fair few years to qualify for this one, which I found on a stinkingly hot day in the garden city. Almost walked right past it!
While Viv was out with her daughter exploring caves I decided to drive round the area and grab as many of the challenge caches that we have qualified for.[Deepdiggingmole](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=Deepdiggingmole) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC9BVFZ/61000 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.366 dates of 366 completed. busy paws fulfills challenge Mystery a Day 365 Challenge (GC9BVFZ) according to https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC9BVFZ/61000Happy to log this. Obtaining the one a day for this challenge wasn't too bad. My last one was Christmas day. Thanks for the challenge Troodles, the other one will be just about impossible unless some people put out about 130 multis!!
A summertime trip to the South Island, what could be better. Day four, and having flown to Christchurch and then driven to Timaru on day one, and cached around Timaru on day two, and back up to Christchurch on day three to see a band play, today I am off to Kaikoura for a couple of nights to see the same band play again. Along the way I'll be looking for Geocaches, and here's one I found. Recently there was a similar challenge published in Wellington, so I knew I qualified, and so made a point of stopping here as I passed through. Cache was found sage and well in the obvious spot. I have a few days between Christmas in Palmerston North and starting work again, so I headed to Christchurch, home of numerous challenge caches I now qualify for. The last time I was here tackling change caches was 2014!So I got up at 5am, (because I always get up at 5am) and headed out the door for a few hours caching while I wait for the rest of the household to wake up.In 2020 I left my job in Blenheim and moved to Lower Hutt for another job within the same company. This is largely virgin territory for me, so I started a streak. I had already been working on small and micro dot days, and was startign to tackle puzzle dot days as well. My friends understood puzzle dot days but could not understand why I wanted to work on smalls and micros. These two were finished when Project GC added to their BadgeGen stats with Add-ons (or Badgelets, as I prefer to call them). That just made it more important to finish the puzzle dot days! That is done now, naturally including the Feb 29. (Feb 29 required to be not required?? Just what are GC thinking?!?)Now working on my multi dot days. About 25 to go, with more than 25 solved multis out there. Hopefully not a problem! A bit of drizzle this morning getting the cache. Not bad though. Kinda better than the 32 degrees a few days later! And one of my favourite hide styles, so a very fast find.See images for qualifying data
#21378 @1830In Christchurch for a few days before heading for Nelson for Christmas. Working remotely this week so not much time for caching. After work I headed out to find a few challenge caches. Cache easily found. TFTC.According to [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC9BVFZ/61000 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") I qualified for this challenge with mystery caches found on 365 dates of the year (365 needed).
I signed the log book because I was in the area and took the opportunity. This is a work in progress and will probably take at least another five years unless I make special trips of several kms by car just to grab one Geocache. I enjoy the long term goal.
A quick trip to the area for a few more caches and some unfinished bissness.

Signed this 2023-08-31, and I log physical caches against the day I find them, so the visit date & distance travelled is accurate. At last, after a year of planning and diligently holding off on finding puzzles and strategic logging, I have now finally completed a full calendar of mystery caches (including 29 February). Not sure when I'll be down next to finally make the claim. TFTCC

This challenge has been consuming my life for weeks on end. It resulted in some pretty targeted trips especially when solved caches in CHCH were numbering in the handful.

Only 236/365 for us, not easy when we need to drive 3 hours to get a good spread of caches...
I have enjoyed completing this challenge. Watching the blue question marks fill the grid has been very satisfying.
Thank you for setting up this one. I will give it a favourite. TFTC.

This challenge has been my goal since it was first published. A year ago today I was gutted to be too ill to go out and find the needed puzzle. Today I did it. I had done every other date by early February this year and fulfilled the checker requirements then, but I really wanted to have 366 days as Feb 29 was not included really. Thanks, Troodles for giving me an achievable goal to work on. Multis will be a different story! Cache found quickly, in good condition during a lull in the rain.

#12,664. I signed the physical logbook back in June 2022 and have been diligently working my way through the mystery dot days. Finally the last one came up yesterday and it was with a big smile I logged my last mystery cache for this challenge. The project gc green tick was awarded today so I am now claiming the find. Thanks Troodles for this fun challenge. I can now find and sign mysteries without needing to save them for future use.

After logging the Write Note that I qualified on the 14th January I realised that I had qualified on the 6th January. It is a 365 day not a 366 day challenge. DUH!..
But I was nowhere near Christchurch on either of those dates to sign off the log which is why I'm doing it today.
Cheers for the Challenge, Toodles, it took a wee bit of planning to accomplish. Had fun though. Worth a fave.

The checker tells me I have completed this although I have not yet done March 22. I have done Feb 29, so have 365. To sign or not to sign? I think I will wait until March 22!
5 February 2023 15:59 Thank you Troodles for creating a well-written challenge cache for me to enjoy, challenge caches are my favourite type of geocache, and they have kept me actively involved in the game since 2012!
I enjoy using them to plan my adventures, and 'cache smarter not harder '.
I sign them off whenever I can, and once I get back home and find I have qualified, I will submit a second log with the relevant supporting evidence. TFTC indeed!
Think I am about 30 days still missing, will hopefully get these omissions rectified by the end of 2023!

We located the container and signed the log on 27 March last year at the same time as we found some other challenge caches in the area. Today we have qualified for this challenge after finding the Barry Curtis Park Ad lab bonus cache to complete our 366 days of puzzle / mystery cache finds. Thanks very much for the challenge.
I signed the log on this date, thinking at the time that I had qualified for the 365 Days of Mystery Cache Challenge. But I found out some 10 months later that one of the dates erroneously referenced a multicache. So I now will be marked the days til the 4th March 2024 to truely finish this Challenge.
Signed the logbook today during my ride home from the city, erroneously thinking I still had 1 day to go. But I see that rather than filing a Write Log I am entitled to log the Find as the Challenge was for 365 days not 366 days.*(My 366th day would have been 29th Jan. 2023*) My 365th find actually happened on the 7th January 2023. [^] What an enjoyable Challenge this has been. Thank you Troodles.
There was a stage back in March and April 2022 when I thought I would have had to travel multiple days of >200 kms trips through the winter months to visit mystery cache locations as I had already solved and found all the local puzzles. But then along came some saviour Adventure Lab Bonus caches plus some Busy Paws puzzles. These caches were all thankfully 'banked' and then frugally 'spent' during dot-day cycle rides. Eventually, my local 'savings' exceeded all possible 'expenditure' dot-days such that on the 7th January I still had 10 local caches in the 'bank'. [^] I am now free to go on a cache spending spree.

Eventually, my local 'savings' exceeded all possible 'expenditure' dot-days such that on the 7th January I still had 10 local caches in the 'bank'. [^] I am now free to go on a cache spending spree.
Yea! Yahoo!! I have finally qualified for this challenge.
The next challenge is to get to Christchurch so that I can sign the logbook.

I can now update my note to a found it log. Woohoo. It was a hot day tp make the find in Auckland, and it was in the first place we looked.

366 dates of 365 completed.
Thanks for placing your cache.
Ms_KR and I are off on our annual pilgrimage to Auckland to visit family. Cruising a wee bit around Auckland to get some specific types of caches. Wow it is so warm today.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. .

A note for this cache, signed today but I still need 4 finds to complete the challenge, which should be complete while I am away over Christmas. Fingers crossed.

In the area today to sign the [Monthly Mystery Challenge](https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC9BVGM_monthly-mystery-challenge), so we thought we would sign the log here as well, though we still have 124 to go; which may take a few years yet. We have over 200 solved and unclaimed geoart puzzles around Christchurch (smurfs, horses, ...) but those are too far to fill in on a daily basis! We look forward to completing the challenge before too many years.
I love finding challenge caches. And this would be a very cool one to complete. This challenge and the nearby ones have got me thinking about how I need to spread out my mystery and multi cache finds to cover more dates. I also need to look more carefully at the maps on my phone as those on the GPS were out of date and a lot of unnecessary driving was done here. In the end we walked to all of them using the shared cycle and footpaths. This cache was quickly found in a convenient spot. Signed the logbook and replaced the container where found. Thanks Troodles for hiding the challenge cache here. Dropped off a trackable which hopefully someone signing the book will find soon. On hindsight it wasn't the smartest choice due to the difficulty in achieving this one. I have about 40 dates to go but have created a list in my puzzle book and am ticking them off as the dates come up.
While visiting Christchurch for the long weekend I had some time to go out and find a few caches. I still have quite a few gaps before I can qualify for this cache. If I keep on track that will be in March 2023. Found cache and signed log today.
It just so turns out that everyday is a mystery to me! I love a good challenge and so set my own caching challenges/projects/goals each year. Last year one of those was to complete 366 mystery caches which I achieved so this challenge was a bit of a bonus for me thanks Troodles - well worth a favourite for all those amazing puzzles out there (including your own) that have got me over the line. It felt great to sign this one off today. TFTC # 18,190
Just counted up - I have 37 days to go. Completion won't happen in 2022, but will I manage it in 2023? )
At the moment I have 58 more dates to find puzzle caches. That might take me a year or two complete as there aren't many local, solvable puzzles but I will work away on it.
#20801 (FTF #237). Troodles and I spent some time working towards qualifying for a challenge of this type (GC9BVFZ) in Vancouver, not far from UBC. We were supposed to be there in June of 2020 (not sure whether we had completed the requirements by then, or still had one or two days to fill in). We had certainly qualified by the end of 2020.
Needless to say, COVID put paid to our Canada trip. However, qualifying for the cache has not been a wasted effort!
I figured there wouldn't be too much competition for an FTF (I checked some likely NZ suspects, and none qualified, and border restrictions are likely keeping out overseas cachers who might qualify). Troodles said she thought someone from the top of the south might qualify (she was right; but it would have been a long way to come for a FTF).
Went out an I bike ride this afternoon and quickly found this one (nice hide). After heading to another cache I realised I got the date wrong, so called by on the way back and changed the month number from 2 to 1 (hopefully I dated the log the 16th and not the 17th). TFTC.
According to the challenge checker, I qualify with "366 dates of 365 completed. "
