I signed the log today and will follow up with a found log once I meet the requirements or confirm that I have already done so. Thanks for this challenge as this and other challenge caches always add to my to do list which adds another interesting aspect of geocaching. Were also carrying out maintenance along the way on behalf of the CO replacing many damaged containers and logs which the CO was happy to supply and for which we are very grateful.

NZ_B and I are on a road trip to the Geo Toroa Mega. I'm also hoping to get a multi everyday, so it is now titled the "Mega Multi Road Trip". Today is Day 3 and our second day in Christchurch. This cache was one on our journey. I don't yet qualify but am working on it right now, so I took the opportunity to sign the log while here today. End of the month should be a new log!

30the September, last day of my challenge month. I am very happy to sign this one today, as I had found a multi on a 30th sept another year. It concludes the mystery challenge. What a month, almost a multi and mystery everyday. There is no more easy ones accessible from home in less than 20 minutes biking. I will continue to aim for my year of multi and mystery, but will take a short break, as this was hard. Both container and logbook were in good condition. Thanks for placing this here!

Called by to do a check on behalf of Troodles. Paper log was wet, so replaced it with a write in the rain log sheet inside a new inner container.

I have just completed the full 366 (project-gc does not realise this yet), but this one was in a better position for me to collect this morning given my direction of travel. I am not sure the challenge was for me, really, because I did not use to be a cacher who enjoys multi caches - they did kind of grow on me in the process though! I'm in Christchurch for a few days for work so of course I have to get some geocaching in. I came down a day early so I could get a rental car for the day to target some specific caches in the surrounding area. When I saw this I still needed a lot of finds on my closest month and it was quite strategic to fill it in. Glad to finally sign this one off. And nice nashi pears at the start of the path, too!All good here and TFTC.Find #6412 at 25 February 2024 11:06 am

I am happy to report I can claim this find after finding the cache back in September SmileFinding multis in the Australian summer each day was probably not the wisest thing I have done - but I managed to do it. I do enjoy the "slow pace" of a multi - there should be more of them.A great little Challenge, that forced me to do some work. Sorry about the late logging but it took a few days for my statistics to be updated and by then I had forgotten about it. I had pre signed the log sheet on 18-12-23. It will be a few years before I fill the grid for the year challenge as multis I'm eligible are thin on the ground in Dunedin. I enjoy these doable challenges, even if they take many years.[i-gotit](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=i-gotit) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC9BVGV/65233 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.200 dates of 365 completed. Finally got around to signing the cache, had a month filled an age ago, just never got around to the find and sign of this challenge cache. Wowzers, i still need a good 120 odd multis to complete the calender year, to be honest, thats pretty unlikely to happen....just dont have the urge or inclination and i tend to forget the dates i need...and it just seems such a chore....Nice to tick this on off though. It's 6am. I have been up for an hour, the rest of the household is still asleep, so I am outta here! I thought I would grab a few challenges that I know that That Darn Bear doesn't qualify for, so that everything we do do together she can claim. If she ever wakes up that is. So I got here for a nice easy find.I have been working my multi dot days and only have about 27 remaining so I have a number of completed months. I have over 35 solved multis near home so it should not be much of a problem to get the rest. After doing a batch of challenge caches I got back tot he house at 8am. Everyone is still in bed!!I spent Christmas in Palmerston North, and New Year's will be at work, leaving this gap to visit That Darn Bear in Christchurch. Rainy yesterday, sunny and maybe 33 degrees. Phew, it's hot! But that was later in the day. Out caching this early in the morning it is already quite warm.[the Seagnoid](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=the%20Seagnoid) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC9BVGV/65233 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.339 dates of 365 completed. #21380 @1840In Christchurch for a few days before heading for Nelson for Christmas. Working remotely this week so not much time for caching. After work I headed out to find a few challenge caches. Cache easily found. TFTC.According to [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC9BVGV/65233 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") I qualified for this challenge with multi finds on every date of the month for 11 months of the year (1 needed).

I qualified for this cache last year but have been very slack in actually finding it. Not quite sure why it happened today, but it was a pleasant walk on a lovely sunny day. The month I have filled is April. Thanks for the cache and the challenge, Troodles.

I signed the notebook because I'm in the area. Next month I have four spots to fill in and I've got four multis local to home where I've sighted the actual cache container. I've also some others up my sleeve in case there is a problem. Hopefully I'll be done by the 15th.

5 February 2023 15:46 Thank you Troodles for creating a well-written challenge cache for me to enjoy, challenge caches are my favourite type of geocache, and they have kept me actively involved in the game since 2012!

I enjoy using them to plan my adventures, and 'cache smarter not harder '.

I sign them off whenever I can, and once I get back home and find I have qualified, I will submit a second log with the relevant supporting evidence. TFTC indeed!

I wasn't sure whether I would be able to complete this challenge, but a week's holiday in Otago plus a flurry of new multis in Christchurch meant it might be possible in September.
I stuck with it and managed to collect all the missing dates and was very pleased to get the green tick at the end of September.
TFTC and the challenge.

I've been picking away at this challenge since it was published, its not as easy as the mystery one, I've only got 2 left in Nelson and a lot more than that required to fill the full year. Didnt take long to find. Thanks for the challenge Troodles

This was a harder challenge for me (once I had discovered this challenge) as I didn’t have many multi’s left around home and needed 12 to complete the month of October. I had to put off finding multi caches throughout most of the year but managed to make it all work.
Quick find here. Cache nice and dry.
Thanks for the cache, Troodles

#11,836. I signed the logbook for this one when in Christchurch on 6 June. At the time I thought it might be ages before I managed to get a multi find on every day of a calendar month. But after returning to Wellington I saw October as a month needing just 10 more multi finds and targeted that month. It proved to be more challenging than expected with field trips to places without any caches thrown in the mix and having to grab a multi at dawn on one occasion. But finally I achieved the target. See project GC results below. Thanks Troodles for the fun idea for a challenge cache.

Well well well, unknowingly started working towards this challenge on July 1st 2011!
Knowingly finished on 31st July 2022!
Multi's are a very underrated type of a cache so I'm glad this challenge is making geocachers look into them more.
I have done 306 multi cache sso far, and filled 200 days on the calendar. Not planning to fill the 366 any time soon though...

I qualified for this one in April.Nosynel fulfills challenge Monthly Multi Challenge (GC9BVGV) according to https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC9BVGV/65233
Another glorious day winter's day . I enjoyed the afternoon sun. Thanks for hiding this cache Troodles I appreciate it.

06-Aug-22
When the challenge appeared we checked the calendar and worked out that April was the easiest month to fill, as we needed 11 more then but often quite a few more in other months. Thanks to new caches posted by Nosynel and busypaws, as well as StreetwalkerNZ's Suburbs series, it was not too difficult completing the challenge. Having just completed the nearby [Suburbs of Christchurch: Papanui](https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC9M80K), which brings our multi days total up to 162, we stopped by to sign the log. As it was raining, we took it back to the car to sign to keep it dry. List of qualifying caches attached. TFTC!

With just the 2 needed for December, 5th and 15th, I'm not as far away as I feared after seeing the recent logs of others chasing qualification. Work in progress then

I "located" the cache earlier this month and now, finally, I can 'find' it. I'm always up for a (reasonable) challenge and when I noticed this one, among a few others, I wondered how close I was to qualifying. Turned out I had quite a few gaps. The fortunate publication of a few new multi caches in Motueka meant that I could try to complete this in June 2022. Today I filled the final gap for the month. Thanks for the challenge and TFTC, Biggles.

I love finding challenge caches. And this would be a cool one to complete. This challenge and the nearby ones have got me thinking about how I need to spread out my mystery and multi cache finds to cover more dates. I also need to look more carefully at the maps on my phone as those on the GPS were out of date and a lot of unnecessary driving was done here. In the end we walked to all of them using the shared cycle and footpaths. This cache was quickly found thanks to the detailed hint. Signed the logbook and replaced the container where found. Thanks Troodles for hiding the challenge cache here.

05-Jun-22
While visiting Christchurch for the long weekend I had some time to go out and find a few caches. Found the cache and signed the log today. If I keep on track I should be able to 'find' the cache by the end of June 2022.

Happily completed Month of March.
busy paws fulfills challenge Monthly Multi Challenge (GC9BVGV) according to https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC9BVGV/65233
Nice easy find with great hint. All safe and dry, quite a network of walk/cycleways around here!
I don't think I will EVER get a year's worth of multi's, good luck with yours Troodles!! TFTH Cool

Down in Christchurch for a week and I had sorted out a few caches to pick up whilst I’m here. I haven’t fulfilled this challenge yet but was happy to pick this up while I’m here. Will log a smiley when the challenge is completed

30-Apr-22
Called past a couple of days ago and signed. Knocked off the last one needed today.

Mystery year I doubt. Need to fill a 100 spots.
Multi year is also a 100 spots.

Does make sense given I mostly cache on the weekend.

We picked up this Monthly Multi Challenge in late March on our trip around the South Island. At the time we had not qualified for the challenge, but were working on it. When we first saw this challenge we assumed we would not qualify, but we checked out our multi finds on the Project-GC checker. Seems we only missed out by a small margin. One date in January without a Multi find and one date in February. And the February date was the day before we checked! Typical!
We now qualify with Multi finds every day in April (and also May, but they are not all logged yet). Thanks for giving us a different sort of challenge to focus on.

25-Apr-22
A quick find and will add qualifying details when I get home

12-Apr-22
Whew! A new challenge to aim for - looks like it's going to be January 2023 before I can qualify for this one Wink

05-Apr-22
I thought while I was visiting this burg I decided to get the ebike out go for a blast down the Northern Corridor. It is a nice way to get from Kaiapoi to the City but who in their right minds would go any further than Cranford Rd. The local drivers need to resit their driving licence, this will be one way to get most of the drivers off the road. Luckily on this cycle/walk way we are safe from them.

Here is my list of qualifiers:-

27-Mar-22
We are spending the day caching around Christchurch to collect as many solved puzzles as we can.
Called by today to sign the log here. We do not quite qualify just yet, but will do by the end of April.

24-Mar-22
I have been through Christchurch twice since this set of challenges was published but on both those drives I still had a long way to go so left them for another day. That day just happens to be today! I only have 27 more multi dot days but actually only qualify with February and June. So I'm choosing February because it took additional thought and planning.
I thought I was heading in the right direction but before I knew it I was in a stream of traffic and back on the motorway itself and needed to make a very long way round the block before I could sign it off.
Love a good challenge thanks Troodles. TFTC # 18,188

13-Feb-22
After finding StreetwalkerNZ's Avonhead suburb multi - the last multicache I needed to find to complete this challenge - I was free to drive back home in the rain. But the skies appeared to be lightening a little so I changed my driving route so I could sign off this challenge. I parked up relatively near by and made the short walk to the cache in only light rain. Thanks for this challenge Troodles. Cheers.

19-Jan-22
For 2022 I have 3 months requiring just 3 each but sadly because of the mid-month publication date I missed the chance for the first multi this month. So I will just have to see what I may be able to get in either February or March. Unfortunately each month's required dates are well apart and only 2 are <50km of one-way travel, All the other closest ones require 100+km of one-way travel from home, and are scattered in all directions. Sadly, I don't think it will be possible to sign off this challenge this year.

16-Jan-22
I have 2 months with 9 to go and 4 with 10 to go. I look forward to claiming in the next year. ( It's always good to have geocaching aims️) Hopefully some more local multis get published. I wonder if the D /T rating is a little on the low side as multis are a lot of people's nemises.. but I look forward to completing the challenge ️

16-Jan-22
#20802 (FTF #238). Having completed filling the calendar with trads, and with puzzles, for the last year or two we have been trying to fill the calendar with multis. At the start of 2021 I think I still had 42 days to fill, and by the end of the year it was down to 16. All going well we'll fill the remaining days in 2022 (some new multi's in Christchurch wouldn't go amiss!). No trouble qualifying for this one (have 7 months filled in completely). Quick find on an afternoon bike ride. TFTC.

Hmm. This may take some time! Only just over halfway.
