Quick drive by grab by Gav after a morning diving on the wreck HMAS Hobart.Love the cache - favourite point from me TFTC
Beats a nano every time!Love a good-sized cache in plain sight and this one fits the billInfo collected, substitutions made, and cache locatedLog signed and returned as foundMany thanx to Kookacrew. Fav point added
Today was the last day of a great trip away with naughtybunny travelling all over the Fleurieu Peninsula. Did this multi as it was convenient. Wow. Loved the final and we both had a laugh. Great. TNLN. Cheers.
Driving home from a short stay down South, this was one of the caches we briefly stopped for. This was my cache of the day. This was actually my cache of the weekend!I snorted with laughter and bemusement and mirth and all the other funny things.Really well done, I'd give it a FP if I wasn't a scabby non-premium cacher!I took the bookmark and left some lego.TFTC Kookacrew
Soooooo cool. On a weekend away thanks to Carers SA and quickly scoped out the caches in the area. Awesome addition to my break TFTC
Cant resist a large cache just up the road from your accomodation! The church looks beautiful, and with some quick number substitution we walked up to the GZ. Very surprised! TFTC
Paddle Chick myself are heading to Victor Harbour area as she is going for a paddle tomorrow. Getting caches along the way
Nice easy multi and very cool cache container. Bullertrout and I are now making our way towards the Coorong so that I can kayak there tomorrow. TFTC Azzo#16599
This was a stop for me. The guys know I am a sucker for a multi and a large cache, and this was both! Just a quick stop and find as we continued north to Adelaide. Thanks Kookacrew, this deserves a fav point! The usual trio of myself, stainless steel rat and Budgietas was joined by Tassie Trekkers for The Great Leap Forward trip. We decided to cache down south around Goolwa, Victor Harbour and extended reaches for a few days, before basing ourselves in Glenelg for the second half of the trip where we cached around the city, the hills and the Barossa Valley with a highlight being a couple of hours on Adventure Island. Many thanks to the Mega Committee, all the helpers and many local COs who kept up busy and entertained. Most logs were stamped with Team Tassie.
We found this on our drive North back to ADL.This was the first trip to the mainland for this group of Tasmanians in a while, we flew over on the 24th and left early on the 3rd. With 4 days in Goolwa followed by 4 in Glenelg we managed to get some caching done in different areas and pull in a select list of caches we all almost all needed, old caches were on the list as normal but also some different D/Ts with some high fav pointed cache making up the remainder. The trip didn't start well with Qantus losing a bag which made us rearrange a couple of days but we got some 4WDing in and a even some driving on the beach to get a couple of different caches, boat trip to Adventure Island was a great start on the day of the Mega too.All caches were stamped "Team Tassie" which consisted of myself, gooseandegg, Budgietas and Tassie TrekkersFound on 28/02/2024 at 15:26:00 thanks to Kookacrew for placing this cache for me to find. This cache had us a little confused about the favourite points until we found the final. What a cool cache containerA long days drive toward from goolwa overnight to Glenelg via quite a few caches down towards kangaroo island. Some brilliant caches for the day including a walk through a cave at the cache surrender the booty and walk around the oldest EarthCache in South Australia at sugarloaf. It was a very pleasant day including a number of beach walks. Luckily it was a perfect day for these walks. Tftc
Today is day 5 of our SA Great Leap Forward Mega adventure. Based at Goolwa, Mr T, Gooseandegg , Stainless-Steel-Rat and Budgietas concentrated on finding caches with appropriate D/T 's to fill their Fizzy Grids and this was one of them. We signed the log Team Tassie. We found a variety of hides with varying degrees of difficulty.Enjoyed caching in this area, cache and contents were in good condition. Many thanks to all CO's for your cache placement.
A multi at a cemetery that wasnt a cemetery multi with a letterbox final. This was something different!
After doing the sums a quick find of one of the biggest cache containers I have seenT4TC
I didnt notice the cache size rating on the listing until oh there it is! A nice easy find, which I was sent in to claim. Found with rumpuslabs and Moxie__, TFTC
Very interesting final hide.Did the CO just happen to have a spare one in the shed?TFTC
irishalan, Jolly0 and myself are on an adventure down to the Fleurieu Peninsula area and then Victor Harbor on a day trip.
We are helping irishalan get a few caches that he needs for his Jasmer grid, ones he hasn't been able to get in Ireland.
We are also targeting high D/T combos and some caches needed to qualify for challenges back in Ireland. Ultimately though just grabbing whatever we come across along the way.
Was an awesome day with Aussie food and Aussie slang. As well as discussing the differences between our two countries.
We were coming down this way and Jolly0 suggested we stopped as the cache was a good one.
The cache did not disappoint. A very cool cache.
Allocating a favourite.
Thanks Kookacrew for this multi cache, which brings Goldy's total find count to 3405 on the 18th of August 2023.
CITO's are a brilliant way to help keep our community area's clean. The Earth is our playing field and we need to protect it!
Always be sure to cache the "leave no trace" way!

Container chewed badly, needs replacing, perhaps a milo tin, not more edible plastic.
Totally awesome, audacious and amazing. Quick find not far from where we gathered the clues. Take another favourite.
Makes it easy being small to get to a cache like this. Found with Csaba! and SupaOrange. Turtle Out
After a drive to Normanville for a FTF, spent the afternoon caching around the town and it’s surrounds. This cache is one that was found today. Another of the Kookacrews finest. Dunno how you got this in here but nice hide and multi. FP.

Flew into Adelaide today to pick up a car from Victor Harbour and drive it back to Canberra. With some spare time on my hands, I stopped for a few caches as well. This was the next stop and what a cache. Loved he GZ and the effort gone to here. Log was signed and all was good.
Thanks for the multi kookacrew...fav point for the fun and boldness of GZ.

#16458 - 7:07:00 AM; Last day in South Australia, so I headed out on a quick mission around Normanville to add some of the local caches to the found tally for the trip, before we pack up and head towards home. This was the first stop and after a quick calculation I was on my way to GZ. A quick find once there and adding a fave for the effort with this one! TFTC Kookacrew
Found by Olga and with Luna at 4:55 pm

Was out visiting some friends in Normy and had time so thought we could grab some caches while over here.
This one was an easy one to solve with the puzzle, we loved the cache container at GZ.
Signed the log and grabbed a trackable to move along.

Oh dear. I stuffed this up so
Many times. I was about to go home and sulk when I had yet another go. What I thought was kitty litter wasn’t but something is nibbling it. I need large caches for a challenge I’m working on and wrapped to have one today. The monkey and I stayed at Links Lady Bay when it first opened. It was also a lovely sunny but bit wintery day. Fave point from us
Thank you for placing it for us to find. Thank you for contributing to the geo map and maintaining when required. TFTC

When Peas&CarrotsForever heard I was heading down south they suggested I stop for a couple of certain caches. This was one of them.
I was not disappointed .
What a cool find. A FP was given for this one.
Off on another adventure. Heading overseas in the morning, for the night

The usual Wednesday Wander for members of Befuddled Puzzle solving group had us heading southwards once again but instead of solved puzzles we were in search of caches along walks. Today it was myself, Blackadders and Anymules. [:o)] Meeting at Myponga we zigzagged everywhere in search of caches. By the end of the day we had found a few but the legs were feeling it.
We stopped and gathered some numbers. [^] Worked out GZ. Cool just a walk. I reckon it will be there. Yep. Great camo that deserves a FP. [:X]
***Thanks Kookacrew for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***
Logs prepared and published through GSAK.

Another Wednesday wander of the Befuddled group with the Starfish, Adder and a Mule. The Rat was not able to join us.
Todays target area as down south around the Myponga area where a couple of high terrain hides were sought.
As always, all caches were visted and signed by all members of the group or each member had a part to play in retrieving the prize.
All caches were in good condition unless noted otherwise.
A number of calculations done and GZ revealed itself, A favourite for the effort.
Thank you for the cache %Cachename Kookacrew, found 11/05/2022

Found on a trip south with EsromL. Our main aim was to head down to Deep Creek Conservation Park for a couple of days of camping and walking. However, we took the opportunity to grab a few caches on the way down and back as well as a few along the trails.
Thanks Kookacrew for the cache.

Have I seen that cache before? Somewhere in the south east?
Thanks for placing a fun cache guys. We do love your work. We signed the logbook. Of course we did that is way we play this game. Cache in pretty good condition for the cache age.
I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count.
This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and a Samsung S8. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs...
Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun.

Drove south for a seachange caching day with Sebastbat and Jack, not a big numbers day but thinning out the little boxes on our maps. A nice change of scenery and a little cooler down here than back home.
Peter literally means "rock". When Jesus called Simon, Peter, he was mostly likely giving him a nickname... "Rocky", "ya blockhead" or something like that. Then there was all that "foundation" stuff...
we soon posted a cache note and moved on

Looking around every day finding and signing using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Whereyougo, Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S20+, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or often with just plain old dumb luck Plenty of that actually!!!
*Logs are composed and published using GSAK of course.*

Please do stay as safe as possible when caching.
Keep a lookout for bogs, snakes, surprise cliffs, boxing roos, wombats, bulldust, and floods,
try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins and don't fall out of trees...
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- but especially lookout for bugs from alpha to omega !!! . [xx(]
Try to keep Travel Bugs as the only bugs you share and pass on
Now our borders are open - even more important to sanitise and safely distance!!!
Much appreciation of all those placing quality caches out and about around the countryside areas,
in sensible safe places especially! - it keeps our game safe, fun, and interesting

I was sitting at home nice and warm while a storm was raging when Allister messaged me to ask if I would like to come fro a drive down to Normanville for a FTF. There might be a bit of rain but we wouldn't be out in it for long he said... So of course I said yes, I'm a cacher after all.
I looked at the weather map and the huge front that was passing over the whole of the Fleurieu looked like it might have passed by the time we got down there...and we were very lucky and only had a few spots when we arrived...that was good.
Gathered the info we needed then it was only a short distance to GZ where we immediately spotted something that needed investigation. Soon after that we had our names in the very blank log book..
Thanks for the cache Kookacrew a favourite for me.
