For such a well kept park, we were quite surprised to find it empty on such a lovely day

Took two attempts, came back when it’s a little lighter- hidden pretty well ️
Owl was out and about and decided to make a detour to collect a cache that appeared on her map a while ago. Lots of options but she eventually managed the right one.

The cache was found in the last place we looked, which as usual was not the first place we looked. Thanks for placing a fun cache guys. We do love your work. We signed the logbook. Of course we did that is way we play this game. Cache in pretty good condition for the cache age.

Easter 2020 was supposed to see South Australia Geocaching hosting the next Easter big MEGA event, GeoVenture 2020 at Millicent. GC82DAN. Due to COVID restrictions the event is now postponed to early October 2021. Check out the event page and our website for new details. We would love to see you at this four day event. Mega event sponsored by Wattle Range Council, Geocaching.com and many other supporters. Lots of caches to find with two classic geo art trails including the famous animated bottle and glass.

This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and a Samsung S8. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs...

Finally, someone else hiding caches in this area. Nice. But being 200km away when published does not help. So when I returned, fiding these caches, which are very close to home, was a must. Heading out on some errands and made a detour, and after a search that was a little longer than it should have been, discovered a nice little hiding spot which had a cache. Extracted the log, stamped, and then reassembled and replaced as found.

This afternoon I had a few hours spare so decided to head up to anstey hill to collect a few caches. On the way home so this new cache so made the slight detour. No one around which made for the quick and easy find. Cache and contents are all good

Was just about to start logging the day's finds when this one came out. At less than 5K away it wasn't long before I was at GZ. The hint helped for a quick find of a still virgin log.
Now to head home with even more logging to do
