A bit of exploring in the area today so I grabbed a few local caches. Thanks kryslazz.
I found this cache today in company of Pprass on our North East of Warragul Tour. We started our second caching loop of the day here and picked the closest but more difficult walk in. Thanks from D B-A
Found at 2:04 PM GAFF3 in the company of Rabbitto. We were looking at the low logical spot for us, but ended up 11 metres from GZ. This is a wonderful area to saunter along on a very still autumn day. We were last here doing a cache 17 year sago called "I'm Blue", which I am not sure whether it is within the guidelines anymore! Thanks to kryslazz
The plan for today was to go Hounding at Mt Baw Baw. But when I was almost there, I discovered that the road is closed, and I would have to detour to Moe and take the South Face. As such, I thought I'd start taking that route and see what geocaches caught my eye. The walk around sweet water creek was nice, but the highlight was Blue Rock Lake. This walk was the start of the day and turned out to be 1 of the highlights. Certainly a lovely area and not too many people here between 8 and 9 in the morning. Looked on the wrong side for too long before moving to the correct spot. Thanks for the cache, Krys Lazz.Hunter
Derek had been looking at this area for some time and invited me to join him. Fabulous afternoon exploring Willow Grove and Blue Rock Dam. Most easily found, had to widen our search for this one. Thanks for luring us here kryslazz.
I had noticed these caches quite some time ago, so today, as we were planning to search for a nearby night cache, I met Kbucky during the afternoon, and we rode our bikes around the loop. Most of these were found quite quickly, with Kylies eagle eyes working better than mine, but a couple took some extra time, as we had to widen our search area. Thanks for putting these out for our enjoyment, kryslazz. We had a good time.
Great day for a ride around after work. This one had us searching around a little but was a reasonably quick find. TFTC
Needed a cache for my caching calendar today so I came to Blue Rock Dam and grabbed a few caches. Stamped log thanks for the cache.
Found it on a nice peaceful night for a walk and the kids had fun finding it with a torch
Finally, there is a downhill section and almost back to the car. Thanks, kryslazz.
First time I have visited the Blue Rock Lake - what a lovely location with quite a number making the most of the location on a find Sunday. A quick and easy find with gwd.aussie while we enjoyed the stroll around the Blue Rock Lake Loop. Thanks kryslazz
We pick a great day to visit the area. The sun was out and not to many people area. Now to have lunch while sitting on the tail gate of the 4x4.Out caching with D@geoThank you for the hide kryslazz
It’s not in the fence side, which is where Our GPSR insisted.
Widened our search and Bingo, easy find.

Fantastic views to the lake

The remaining one for us to find in this series. A nice walk in beautiful scenery. Thank you CO's "kryslazz" for placing these caches. I doubt we would have come here and enjoyed the area without the lure of caches! The cache in itself isn't a favourite but the series is so I'll flag this one as a fave just to highlight that fact.

Out on this rare sunny Melbourne day with our caching friends for a walk, a BBQ and to see some sights. We had intended to stop here at the Blue Rock Lake for our BBQ lunch but with the crowd of people here we decided to walk to the two nearby caches then head off to find a quieter location for lunch. After finding the "Blue Rock Lake Loop #7" we walked over to this cache and the track was deserted. Once in the vicinity of GZ the GPS was directing us through the long grass towards the paddock. While three of us were pondering where the cache location maybe, Mr Pooky gave us the smirk to indicate that he had already made the find. Once we signed the log we headed back and on to find a quieter location for lunch. TFTC and bringing us to this great lake and the walking tracks.
Our day of caching started at the beautiful Blue Lake at Willow Grove. We parked at the recreation reserve and had a lovely anti clockwise stroll collecting the eight caches as we went. We spent some time at the Blue Lake Picnic Area/Boat Ramp searching unsuccessfully for the mystery cache before completing the circuit. All caches were reasonably easy finds with a few resulting in some minor scratches. Some logs were a bit wet but easily dried. Nice hides TFTC.

Coordinates here were pointing us towards the paddock so we split up and took a side each.
Cache found pretty quickly in the most logical spot.
Thanks

I had parrots in abundance as I started my walk back to the car...no they never offer assistance.
Lucky last and well worth the walk it was so nice and peaceful it just made us feel back at a lively enjoyment place. Once we made it back to the carpark. We relaxed and the kids had a play the newly build park area. It's a great series to do. Tftc
Quick easy find on an impromptu day of caching, Amazing vies and a great walk tftc
Our 5th one here today. Now have the excuse to come back another time for the remaining two or three
Woo Hoo! Out of lockdown. A great day for a drive in the country.
A trip out to Blue Rock Dam and a few caches along the way with +Wife at the wheel, me navigating and the GeoMutts in the back seat.
After finding the nearby old mystery cache we set about making a start on this loop.
A nice quick find here. All in good order.
Thanks for the caches kryslazz.

found this one along with the rest on the circuit during a walk around the lake. A beautiful spot, very different to when i grew up in the area as a child.
Today was a perfect day to get out of the house for some fresh air and exercise, and caching before the threatening rain this weekend.
We enjoyed a really pleasant walk starting in sunshine, ending with clouds and threatening storms. All the caches were found in great condition with accurate coordinates.
Thanks for a really enjoyable walking series of caches in a great location, our favourite kind of caching. A favourite from us for the series.

This was the last cache in the series for me to find, and I could see the rain was threatening. This cache did not want to be found for a little while but then I finally - thankfully! - caught sight of it, signed it, and started running for the car as the rain came down. Thank you!
Would make a good song doing the blue rock loop. Grabbed a couple
of caches while here this being one of them. Thanks kryslazz FTC.

Decided to come for a walk today since the weather was nice. I thought it was going to be raining, so was planning to stay home. Haven’t been caching since before Covid. I finally thought it was time to re-engage.
This was a quick and easy find, the walking trail being a quick and easy path to more caches. Thanks so much for putting some new caches around the area.

Tftc kryslazz. Another step closer to 600, just one to go and that's just 470 m away up the track. Yippee, go Dees!
Found by Rebel Acts
My good friends Ski Pair were finally back from their northern migration or should we just call it escape the lockdown state trip, anyway it was good to see them again and enjoy a day out caching, we started at Blue Rock dam and made our way to Moe and Morwell to clean up a few caches, the weather was finally nice and we had a great day out.
This is one of the caches I found today.
Thanks kryslazz for the cache.

We haven't rushed the walk here, instead we have taken time to enjoy the area and the sun and the caching. Another straight forward find.
A lovely day after the past few miserable, wet, windy and earthquaky days, so we decided to team up again with Rebel Acts again and do a few local caches we hadn’t got to. Many of the logs are signed RASP because the alliance is back in action!

The last cache of the series was quickly found, with the keen eyes of Daddy Long Legs spying a distinctively striped, danger noodle basking in the weak sun. This left me a little shaken after tackling the under growth to find the nearby cache! TFTC and the series, kryslazz.
A relatively quick find followed up by another, unexpected, quick and unwanted find. There's a tiger wriggle stick about 20m north of this cache. Take care future finders! TFTC kryslazz
We drove to this location on the the way out of the reserve, finding an off road park so I could safely get out to find the cache 60 metres away. A well made track led me to the vicinity the cache was in and I soon found it - a little high up for shortie me, but reachable with a stretch. Unfortunately I dropped the outer part of the bison tube again. This time I had to find it without help. It took ages, but eventually it was found on the other side of the tree. They can jump in all sorts of unexpected directions!
FTF while the weather is good and not much else to do after work l thought l would do a ftf run and luckily for me this is number two for the day thanks again kryslazz for placing these caches
