Thanks for the cache, lovely spot. Just take care parking. Theres not much space on the side if the road.
This one was a lot easier to find than I thought after reading the previous logs. I couldn't believe it has almost a year of unloved on it. It was so nice to be out in the sunshine today with the creek running due to the recent rain
Called past to check this one after a couple of DNFs. Lo and behold we found 2 caches here - the one from November last year and the one I left in March because the original couldn't be found. They were both in the same hiding place. How weird. Removed one so there is now only one to be found.
A flying visit to Wodonga for house inspections presented us with the chance to catch up with friends an complete a couple of Caches. A lovely place for a bit of a stroll.TNLN SL TFTC
After a great day out with Dazzpete cruising around the forest and the antique shops in Yack and Beechworth, it was time to head back into town.
With part of the road still closed we were detoured around this way which gave us a chance to revisit a couple of nemeses we had along this stretch. The cache was found straight away today after the CO replaced the missing cache, and we signed our lives away and then checked out the creek which was cracking after the recent rains.
Cheers

On the way to Beechworth turned off the main road to do these caches around Reid's Creek. A really nice creek and worth the deviation. TFTC.
Checked after the recent DNF. Goneski, how annoying - you can't trust newbies can you. Left new cache today.
Another “wheels falling off” event took place here, much like the previous one. We once again rocked up the GZ and started searching all over the shop, but still come up with zip.
We scrutinised previous finders photos and was amazed that we can’t find such a decent sized container…we found a bunch of potential hiding spots, but none of them had a sistema in them, and everywhere else is packed tight with floodwater trash.
Oh well, you get that.

Called past to check this one today. Dried out the container and left a new log book. All good to be found.
Day off today and with the day to myself decided to head up to Beechworth and complete a few caches in the drizzley rain.
Last 3 for the day. Quick find here. Nice peaceful spot. Tftc !

#4730 Decided to target this cluster of 4 caches this arvo. Parked near the bridge and walked back to this one with the geohounds on the lead. Cache found without any drama and we looked down on the lush long grass, shrubs and granite boulders in Streamside Reserve and thought that looks like a good haven for a good variety of amphibians and slithery reptiles. TFTC BB, we didn’t venture past gz for this one today.
After deciding Geojen wasn't too enthusiastic about caching today I thought I'd get these few and a mystery and head home. Just beat a huge thunderstorm when we did get home.
Thanks
Thanks
Had planned to come to Beechworth on my first opportunity to cross the border and so today was the day. Convinced the family to come up as well to visit the Magic Forest and also lunch in the middle at the Brewery. The weather wasn’t as sunny as I hoped for butterflies but it didn’t rain much so was a very pleasant day.
Last one for the day - was hoping to get these 4 on the way home but was later than I hoped snd I was actually feeling unwell. So stopped for this park and grab - first spot I looked.
TFTC BettyBoo3747 - will be back for mire when the next souvenir is available

A nice quick and easy find. Lovely soft light as the sun has just set.
Plenty of water flowing past here at the moment.

Out and about in the Beechworth area on a sunny Saturday. After a brief visit to the Beechworth Market we continued on to Reids Way to gather up these four newish caches. Found the wombat’s castle and the cache. SL at 12.52pm Left: pathtag #8239 TFTC BB
Quick park n grab here on our way home after grabbing a few more of the OCR series with Mrs Haveanez. Tftc BettyBoo3747.
Out an about for a girls afternoon with Mrs Wackyweedo, we grabbed a few scattered ones along the OCR before deciding to call it quits and return with the kids.
We found a suitable spot to park and Mrs W found the cache in no time. No wombat to be seen today. TFTC BB!

Plenty of evidence old mate wombat is about, but not lucky enough for a sighting today. Overshot this one by about 40mt because of a frozen screen kept telling me it was 23mt away in front of me. Nice easy find.
TNLN , TFTC , Cheers.

No wombats at the castle to say hello to today. Found with Bucrog52 & Matho64. TFTC

With lockdown done and the kids still not back at school we headed off to go for some exploring in the bush around beechworth. We realised somehow that these caches still hadn't been picked up yet, so went to find them.
This was a nice quick find, and a nice start to our trip along the creek, thanks

Great to see some new caches published on the first day out of lockdown!
After work I found a bunch on Reid’s way before taking the scenic route home via Old Coach road.
Loads of 2TFs and 3x FTF! I’ll take that!!
This took longer than it should have! GPS was pointing into the trees. Found after looking more closely at a spot I’d disregarded.

First day out of lockdown and the caches poured in!
BettyBoo3747 and I knew about several of them, and expected several more.
Shower, breakfast and we were off back to the Old Coach Road.
A mixed bag of finds and DNFs, but some lovely views along Clear Creek.
Seems to have been a bit of a rush for this little series this morning!
Popped in at third in place today.
No wombat's at home, and luckily the creek has dropped so no moat either.
Thanks, Robmc.
