### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there Josh72683,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **MAY** need some attention.
You may recall having received an automated email from Geocaching HQ which explained what you needed to do.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so the cache is being temporarily disable - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713)
**You do need to respond to this enquiry in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache to check, repair, replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log:-** Reviewers are not mind readers (more's the pity), so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, you have been in hospital, the area is in flood, or some other reason that has prevented attending to the cache, they can't tell what is going on.
You need to post a note to the page (within 14 days) explaining the situation and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
Be sure to indicate **the actual date that you expect to have it fixed** so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please **post a Write Note log every 4 to 6 weeks,** so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another Geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of the above. Well, when the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned and processed accordingly.
Honestly, it's better for you to decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
Thanks for your cooperation,
Bunjil

no luck finding this one. Reading some logs it looks as if a cacher found the broken lid about a month ago so needs a check up from the CO.
While I had planned to do the mega event in Whittlesea, I had also planned to include a couple of extra days either side for some caching. Then I get a call to come earlier and stay with a mate. Well, as things have changed a little personally it seemed like a great way to chill and have some catch up time with them.
So I Have arrived at the house and the first thing is to check what caches are in the area. ok we have a couple just a short walk away. After the hellos and check ins we got to go for a walk, I suggested caching, Oh are you one of those people? I’ve heard about it and done a couple, but never really gotten in to it.
So off on our walk and the first was a DNF, the next was a super soaked log and the last was a little off target but we managed t still find the cache, All in all a fun walk. all were replaced as found, thank you for the fun times here today.

Didn't find it but did find this lid. Was it the right type for the geocache? Have taken the lid away as rubbish.
Team Autumn killing some time before dropping the geokid to camp. Quick find by Autumncs

Not been out for a while and today being the last day of winter and with the sunshine I thought today is going to be a good day. Never know this park was even here. Nice little find in a nice spot. TFTC
#1291 - After a DNF, this was a quick find after a brisk walk through the reserve.

Couldn't find, looks like box not there anymore as lose items were there. Lovely little bush walk.
A straightforward search and find. The cache was a little exposed and could be seen from the path. We left it with a little more cover in place. We haven't been to this park before and it was good to explore somewhere new. Thanks to Josh72683 for the cache.

*Cache find # 12792.*
As I had found #1, I had to continue on to this one, as I was approaching GZ, the cache was spotted from a distance as it was very exposed, after the log was signed I tried to replace it so it had a bit more cover.
**Thanks to Josh72683 for placing this cache.**

Found it I was distracted cause there was a big pile of sticks but then I found it it was fun and also my first ever cashe but I forgot to bring a pen so I couldn’t log my name into it
I had an errand to run in Templestowe today, and had time to find a few caches on the way towards home.
It took me a minute or two to locate this one, as I couldn't work out why one would stray so far from the path to perform the action in the hint.
Found in good condition, and well endowed with natural camo.

I like a nice sized cache. I spotted this one on approach. This is a beautiful bushy area, it would be a peaceful place to live.
A nice park and spotted soon after arrival.
Thanks to Josh72683 for the placement, fun and adventure.

Found the cache quite exposed. Signed the log and hid it a little bit better out of the sight of muggles. Returned to the track just in time as a dog-walking muggle approached.
Thanks for bringing me here today by placing this cache, Josh72683

Just an easy Saturday bike ride from home. Yet I have never been to this park before. Easy find and in good condition. Lorikeets everywhere. Thanks.

A nice size cache in a standard hiding spot. I had to wait for some muggles to pass by before returning the container. Dropped a few swaps.

Out and about with echidna44 and a lovely day discovering this beautiful green space. Lovely walk along the area quick easy find. Please cachers do not leave any food in caches it encourages ants etc. Thanks for bringing us to this lovely walk josh72683
Found. GPS keep jumping around. Probably not a good idea to leave lollipops in it though.
A lovely area for a stroll. I don’t think I have ever been here before so thanks for showing the area to me with your cache.
I found this cache today on my Monday Morning Croydon Cache Caper. Now that was a much nicer spot than our last visit and way away from Mr Barko. Thanks from D B-A

A nice sunny day to be out caching with Omegaman1971, we noticed Bernie H had been busy placing some new caches in an area we both knew well, we had a good time revisiting areas we had been to previously over the years.
Got it this time.
Thanks Josh72683 for the cache.

That timing was weird as I post the owner Maintenance the disable by a reviewer gets posted at the same time.
I came here and had read the logs regarding the dog so I quietly went in and searched the main spots till I trod on a stick and the dog came down barking like mad. With the balcony of the house looking over the park, there was nothing to do but walk away. I completed the original Lake Cache and came back for a second look. I got away with it for twice as long this time before the dog once again heard me so I walked straight off. Caches against back fences with dogs are not too much fun for geocachers and annoy the neighbours. I only spotted GJMMelb's note about the cache being 24m out after I had returned home. I had gotten out to about 8m each way.
We wanted to find a quiet place to catch up with GMelb’s family for arvo tea for his birthday. We had recently been here to get the Lake 1 cache and saw there was a new one published so decided this would be a nice spot. We decided to look for the cache first so headed here where GMelb’s brother and sister in law stayed with the dogs whilst we searched … and searched …. and searched …. and searched …..along to the chorus of the neighbours dogs barking. We expanded and expanded the search till GMelb found the cache **24** metres from GZ. Think the co-ords need updating Off to have arvo tea by the lake now

There are heaps of good spots to hide a cache here, but sadly this ones at someones back fence that has a barking dog.
