Today, I came to check on the cache to find it out in the open, cracked, without a lid and without any contents. Looks like some of the trees have been cleared recently. Have replaced it with a more waterproof container (not Thor themed unfortunately) and replaced the clue inside. Be mindful of the blackberries, it's a pretty simple retrieval though! Cache on!

I think Ive found it, but it looks damaged

#19479 - 1:40:00 PM; Met up with my old partner in crime Sol de lune at Geobash Central this morning for a day of meeting, greeting and caching. After registering for the Mega, completing some adventure labs, swapping some pathtags and geobanter with other cachers, we set off towards the city and on to Fyshwick to refuel the geomobile and collect some newer caches along the way. All caches were found in good order and returned as found once signed. Nice to collect another in this series, although it's getting thorny around GZ! TFTC Toy Hunters Smile

Found with fitzy. Another day out and about enjoying the warmth and daylight savings while we can. All caches were found in good condition unless otherwise stated. A nice quick find here once at GZ. Thanks Toy Hunters. Nice to tick off another couple in this neat series.

34,241. Found with minniek during a quick caching run after work - making use of Daylight Savings while we still can.We have been a bit slack in collecting this series of caches. With 2 within striking range today we decided it was about time to grab them. Once again we got lucky with a car park nearby, and a short walk and jump over a ditch and we were at GZ for a quick find. Stamped the log (wrong date we realised later - forgot to change it from yesterday's adventure), replaced the cache, then continued on to the next one. Thanks Toy_Hunters !!

Out and about in Fyshwick finding caches today while everything is closed.Hiked from our parking spot for an easy find except for the rose bush! Blackberries I understand but why is there a rose bush here?! Nice hiding spot and cache is in great condition. Thanks for putting this series of caches together for us to enjoy Toy Hunters!

A trip to ACT with Chewinprickles - Day one traveling north.
Finished dinner and went for a short stroll.
This was the first cache in our loop.
Thanks, Robmc.

Staying in the nearby caravan park and we thought we'd take a walk and grab a few caches in the dark, by torchlight.
This was the first found

Second find in this series I’ve only recently stumbled across. Got up about 10 mins earlier than normal this morning to go and find this one before heading to the gym.

Parked fairly close to ground zero and realised…I don’t think I’ve ever been in here! Madness given I live barely 2km up the road.

Good thing it wasn’t quite as cold as yesterday morning, but it was still rather a bracing stroll to the cache. Quick find and recorded the necessary info before taking a quick snap of the sunrise. Might try and knock a few more of these off this weekend…thanks for the cache!

Needed a quck walk and a break from work.

Headed out with a newbie muggle, (Comrade Komko), who was keen to check out caching.

It was a little adventure for CK.

Nice little hide.

Always good to come out to this area on a weekend. No-one working, plenty of parking so an easy walk to GZ and a quick find.

Thanks for another on in the series TH.....only a few to go. Go Cats.

Thought I found the coolest cache container ever but it is the real thing ( photo attached).
Still a good cache in a good location, tftc.

With my car needing new tires I was in Beard and had some time on the way back.
Quick find, nice cache, all in good order. Another one down, notes the information and now will need to find two more I believe.

Thank you Toy Hunters for putting the cache out and maintaining it.

Out with my helpers today. A quick find at GZ.

Quick find after the event this morning, one stone to go now!

Today I had a little bit of time after the morning event, so I targeted some caches that required a little bit if walking.

Found with Injuryman this morning after the event. Signed dsd. Thanks for the cache and the adventure.

I cycled here to see if my newly serviced bicycle was running well. Yes, running very well. Much better than before. It's like a 'new' bike now...except for the pealing bicycle seat Big Grin.
The cache was located after a short search. Dry and good. I left a pair of new earrings in their packet.
Then I cycled back towards home, but delayed when I saw the photographic opportunities with the low setting sun. Wasn't expecting this photographic opportunity. Loved it! Took lots of pictures, and here are some. TFTC Toy Hunters.

The last of 3 caches today in this series! Another very familiar spot here, this location is almost Toy Hunters trademarked because I have so many memories of coming here and they seem to always be related to a Toy Hunters cache! Razz

Thanks! We came from the wrong angle first, should of read the hint before arriving! Fixed it up after that and made a good find, this one was well hidden!

Found with taytayy1! Big Grin

After finding caches #1 - #3 in this series, it was time to do the ones south of the lake!
We found #4 - #6 without issues today, all in familiar locations, but the one in O'Malley surprised us, cool spot!

Still missed the final puzzle unfortunately, drove to it, but failed to find a safe parking spot that wasn't a 1km return walk. Given I had a dinner that started at 6pm and we had to get back to Belconnen first, I decided we would have to save it for another time! Luckily too, because I only just made the dinner on time, phew! Next time...!

19-Feb-22
Finally had the chance to come back to this series! Traveled all the way down Southside with Loci612 to find the final three caches of the series.

We did it! We finally made it to the last cache! This series was so much fun. I loved how each cache was themed by its marvel character and how we were taken to different parts of Canberra. The description of each cache was so detailed, I can see how much time and effort has been put in. Thank you to Toy Hunters for this fabulous series! I can't wait to find more of your caches in the future.

After visiting Fyshwick I came over here for a quick find at gz. TFTC.

Another gym session with Nibletricecakes and DustyEartha and another cache. Great way to continue the daily streak.
Thank you

Out with onieferret and dustyeartha for a post gym cache. Lots of prickles and spikes out here today in the dry grass and blackberries, with quite a few plausible GZ’s close by. Thankfully we found a way in and after a few attempts had the cache in hand. Cache in great condition. Glad to have another one of this series in my collection. Thanks for the cache.

31-Jan-22
The last day of my extra long Australia day week off led me on a loop from Hall to Sutton to Queanbeyan and home via Fyshwick. I was keen to deal with a DNF and get a Where-i-go cache for today's date.

The last cache I did today was another one of these new endgame caches. I gathered the next number and I hope I will get the last two soon.

Thanks for the cache Toy Hunters

A quick and easy find here, accessing from the Canberra Ave side where it was a simple walk in along a gravel road. Cache and details in good condition - thanks, Toy Hunters!

Nice quick find and not to far to walk from the parking spot. Tftc!!!

I noticed my find numbers for the month are close to my best ever month, so with a few hours to spare I headed out to grab some of the newer caches to top up my find numbers for the month. While doing this series, I crossed paths with StarsAlign, so joined her to find the final. Then found this and one other of the series. Cache easily found. TFTC.

26-Jan-22
After the mornings event and kayaking with dty73 and Tankengine it was home as we had committments of various kinds. Roll on the afternoon and arrangements were made to meet back up for a caching outing together to find the remaining caches needed for end game.

Good sized containers and good coordinates led to quick finds quite convenient to get to. A careful crossing of the drainage channel and another quick walk to the cache were it was pleasing the grass wasn't too long and TE soon had cache in hand!

Thanks for the cache Toy Hunters.

26-Jan-22
A very quiet Australia Day worked out nicely for the early morning challenge.

Plenty of hiding spots around the location in this thickly tree lined area with high grasslands as well.
In the excitement ,looks like you have accidentally forgotten to put a log book in of any kind.

Made a temporary log sheet and signed the FTF position at 6.07 am , as per photo.

Thanks to The Toyhunters for the cache hide and nice location.

Far out, this is definitely muggle activity, damn. I’ll look to replace the logbook and laminated card today. If anyone finds the cache in the meantime and would like to know the number for the bonus cache, please feel free to message me. Sorry for the inconvenience, I will not look to move the cache just yet but I will if muggle activity continues.

26-Jan-22
Woohoo, Second To Find. First time I've podiumed! Signed the temporary log.

Find was a little tricker than expected given the number of potential spots and my GPS being on the fritz. For future finders - this is not a cache to find in your shorts!

TFTC

26-Jan-22
Logbook and number card for the bonus have been replaced. I’ve also moved the cache to the other side of the fallen log which may cover it from occasional muggles who pass. I also recommend accessing GZ from around and behind the forest. Happy caching!
