TFTC Thank you for hiding this cache. You have shown us a new place and have helped make geocaching an enjoyable activity. Most excellent hint.
I love exploring and climbing so enjoyed finding this one. This is one of my favourite caches I have ever done so I put a fave point on. Also my 25th cache!TFTCTilly rose and mum
TFTC from the Kayakviking! Log to wet to sign so photo attached and drained container.
Luckily I didnt get COVID nearby (aka no find), time to redeem myself with a positive find. This was my second traditional cache of the day, aka 5 finds and 2 DNF. TFTC
A nice walk with Wazza9 and NanaNel. Lots of turkeys and dragons around here! Log was pretty wet but we managed to sign it. TFTCCheers,The Hancock Clan
THC quickly spotted but a lizard was in the way for a quick find. Log very wet. Stamped log and replaced. Needs some TLC. Thanks to CO.
Day 5: Bradleys Head - Cremorne Point - Darling Harbour
Another day in Sydney, and today’s focus was on ferries. The partner wanted to visit Taronga Zoo, and I needed to find the virtual on Bradleys Head so there was a nice convergence on where we needed to be. After that, it was off the Darling Harbour for a couple more caches to round the day off.
(end of the cut and paste bit)
I suppose this is SideTracked, Ferry Edition? Well, luckily, I had some time to spare before the ferry came, so I looked for this one. Not sure how far off the path I needed to go, and consulted some photos. Ooh, quite a few steps - and after that, I saw the cache peeking out. Ah, great. Had to be careful getting down, logging the cache, and getting up again. TFTC!

Nice walk around Cremorne Pt and took Trackable Dory to see more of Sydney (GRGH8T).
left metal puzzle, but log is saturated and needs replacing.

OCW JennyFromTheFarm, followed the hint instructions and had CIH. Although we spied the container from the path, nice to have another smiley
OCW Marting Cousins to clear up this area of the harbour.
Found fairly quickly and logged.

Delighted to be here from Guernsey, Channel Islands and to have found another cache. TYVM
Tftc! Walked on the safe part for a bit and then spotted it!
Watch out for the big hole! You could get stuck in there. Everywhere around seems stable enough.
Great to see a trackable! Would have taken it if was going on another fun adventure.
Found with wadigal and my dog (who jumped up on a big rock to try to join me.

If anyone is looking for this right now I have had to take with me on a quick walk as just too many muggles to return it. Will do today though on my way back!
I’m visiting from Brisbane and decided to do a walk from Milson’s Point to Bradley’s Head, finding caches along the way.
Definitely watch out for the hole. Found during a gap between muggles. Tftc

I initially overshot the GZ but returned and could see the cache on approach. Indeed watch out for the hole.

Had to be quick in between stream of muggles! Yes, watch out for the hole. TFTC
First day of end-of-year leave and what a day to spend it walking around the harbour with Sharanyaexpress. We walked from The Rocks to Taronga Zoo and picked up five geocaches.
Really relied on previous logs to find this one without getting injured. Thanks for this. It really is such a cute public transport stop.

This one was one of the harder caches to find. There are many different places that the cache could have been. After moving a bush away, i saw what looked to be a yellow lid, and after sliding to the location and being very careful ( And Avoiding the hole) I pulled out the cahe.

Found after a little digging around. Luckily it's a little off the track so not too conspicuous while searching.
Went down to the wharf initially, but then headed back on land, followed the hint, looked in a few spots but then made the find shortly after - TFTC
A lovely day to be about geocaching - especially in such a pleasant area as this.
I didn’t see the “big drop” until on the way back after signing the log.

Thanks to the eagle eyes of my muggle friend who spotted this one. I climbed down and signed log. TFTC pigeoncam.
Great place, never knew this walk existed! Easily avoided the hole everyone was so concerned about. Just a small step off the path. Happened to have some spare paper with me so started a new log sheet (left the old one in there too). Tftc!
A quick find, thanks, but this cache needs a replacement log, unfortunately we had no spares with us today.
In the area so with no muggles around at night headed over. Used the hint and soon spotted the container and avoided the big drop. The tissue log is damp so won’t last. We signed what we could. TFTC.
Quick trip over and back on the ferry today. Cache quickly found, container probably not appropriate. Added a 'napkin' log, not sure how long it will last, but better than the mush in there. Much talked about 'hole' is pretty visible in the daylight, beware at night time! TFTC pigeoncam #1440
Log is pretty much non existent so I couldn’t sign. Beautiful day for it and as mentioned in previous logs WATCH OUT FOR THE HOLE! TFTC
Nice find. Log too wet to sign. Beware the large hole in the ground in between path and cache!!
Found on a Sunday evening in between passing muggles before catching a ferry.
An easy find, spotted the hide from the path.
As others have said, the log is wet but I managed to sign.

Didn’t realise how un-water tight the container was. will place a waterproof log. Thanks all
OCW morty8888. This was the penultimate cache for the day and it was morty8888 who wandered off the track to make the find, although the log was too wet to sign.
Thanks for placing this cache.
Thanks for placing this cache.
OCW Oldmorty and with the hint we were soon holding the container. Unfortunately the log was sopping and unsignable. TFTC!

OCW Everest High, walking around Cremorne Point. A nice stroll along the water. Chatting away we were soon at GZ where the cache was quickly found. The logsheet was too wet to be written upon.

#8783 (2 of 5 today - including 2 Adventure Labs)
I am terribly behind in my logging. It's getting close to two months since I regularly reported on the caches I've found. YIKES!
In this time only the Adventure Labs found and my First2Finds have been written up - don't want people racing out when it's already been snaffled.
But I've been busy finally getting ready to move into our new house - now in and I'm still coming to terms with the extra room/rooms!
But I did still try to find time to cache on the days that my 2022 goal of 16 finds per caching day demanded I find something. In fact, for the most part my modus operandi has been to actually aim for 20. So far I've only failed on that a few times, and only by 1 find. Amazingly I'm on track for 19 finds per day, but somehow I expect that will eventually prove too hard as I have to travel a good distance if I want more than a cache a day.
Anyway. thanks to all the CO's who are getting short shrift from my generic logs. I hope to eventually get back to them and flesh them out, but no promises.
I've found some fun Traditionals and solved some interesting, but not impossible puzzles. And Multis and other cache types have been grabbed where possible.
###END OF GENERIC ABJECT GROVELLING SECTION###
Anything interesting from my day will be added here - don't hold your breath.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Anything specific to this find will be added here - really, DO NOT hold your breath.

After making the find here I finished the nearby AL. I grabbed the final two locations, which were:

#8785 Little Light

Nice and easy and a great spot thank you, covered it a bit more as was quite exposed
Warning, warning! Treacherous approach to GZ. We were out on a sunny Friday afternoon for a caching walk. We’d just found Boats at the Bay down the way and had come across a big water dragon - so big that when he jumped off a stump he gave a big thud. We poked around a bit and Mrs Gaztek had a hunch about where the container would be. She pointed it out to Mr G and turned to put her bag down when she heard a grunt and a really big thud. Mr Gaztek was on the ground and looking a bit stunned. He had stepped on what looked like solid ground when his whole leg went straight through and down he went. The recent rains had probably caused this wash-away.
He got himself upright and was gushing blood from his lower leg. Check out the photo. Once we established that nothing was broken, we did the right thing and grabbed the container and signed the log. I guess more caching was out of the question??
We headed back to the car but stopped a resident on the way looking to use a garden hose to rinse the leg off. He was very accommodating. Oh my, there was a lot of blood running down the leg and into Mr G’s sock. We cleaned it up and continued to our car and the first aid kit. All good now.
The CO might consider moving the container until the area around GZ is a bit more stable. Definitely memorable! SL TFTC Cheers… Gaztek

We needed at least one find today, to fill a single find day on our “found date” matrix on it’s second time around (loop), but was hoping for two finds to help with a third loop in the future. So we headed across The Spit Bridge to the Mosman area for a previously solved Puzzle/Mystery cache and then a traditional cache at Cremorne Point. This was the 2nd of 2 finds for today.
Parked the geomobile out near Cremorne Point Wharf, then followed the pathway around to Old Cremorne Wharf and to the cache. Quickly uncovered the hide and had the "Official Kan Tong Geocache" in hand. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found.
We once had a nasty experience with one of these types of geocache container, which was being used in a hide on a steel constructed bridge. It was hidden inside a piece of open ended PVC pipe, so when we picked up the pipe it slid out and hit the bridge's metalwork and made a terrible mess that we spent ages cleaning up. At least here it would be a nice soft landing. TFTC pigeoncam.

One of my old stamping grounds. Took some time to survey from the path and chose the right spot. Thanks pigeoncam, very tasty.
Nice walk along the water to find this cache. OCW Brewmaker. Met up with Bibliophillip at GZ. TFTC pigeoncam
I went out with EverestHigh to grab this new one when we ran into bibliophilip searching as well on approach. With GPS floating around by the water, and many options, we eventually located the well hidden cache. I hope the glass doesn't break. This is the first time I have found an Official KanTong Geocache! Replaced with some leafy camo. I feel like caching tonight! TFTC
After getting my covid booster shot i decided to head out to grab a cache.
Ive visited this area several times and knew generally where id be looking.
After reaching the GZ i began my search only to turn around and spot a familiar face. Its been a while since i last ran into Brewmaker and it was good to catch up again and finally meet EverestHigh.
While i checked a spot a little further on Brewmaker spotted the hiding spot.
Thanks.

PDG wanted a break from work so we headed over the bridge for a short walk.
I overlooked the cache thinking it was trash but PDG wasn’t fooled.

Well that was unexpected!
I had dedicated today to watching the cricket, then it rained, really heavily, too wet for cricket and for cache hunting.
This afternoon when it rained again and no one had found this I thought heck its only water and drove over here. It's not far and this is a great walk for dogs which I found once I arrived near GZ as it seemed every local dog owning muggle was out walking their dog along this path. The GPS did not like it here, said GZ was 146m away but the hint suggested a particular spot to me and I was near Old Cremorne Wharf so with a small break in the foot traffic I decided to have a look. Soon spotted the cache, maybe not the best container for safety but with a blank log.
Signed as FTF at 4.12pm then headed home.
