Hi southy1,
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Day 5 of our escape into NSW. Another day touring around the area. This time a trip from Barellan to Griffith and back again. Started the day with a DNF and almost ended the day the same way but went on to find one more cache. Managed to find 13 and have 2 DNFs.
First DNF for the day. Spent a bit of time searching before noting several DNF logs. It should be an easy find at 1.5/1.5 so I think it is time for a CO check up.

Day five of setting off north with BettyBoo3747 and geodoggies.
The weather in Beechworth has been far too damp and cold for caching!
Today we started in Barellen, drove to Griffith for a few caches, and returned to where we started.
A lovely blue sky, sunny day.
Nice spot for a rest, and not a muggle to be seen, unfortunately, not a cache to be seen either.
A DNF for us here today.
Thanks, Robmc.

After spending a great day in Griffith, when JohnoMawbs picked me up to go home, we decided to grab this cache on the way home.
After spending about 15 mins searching around the area, we concluded our search, hoping to find it the next time we go passed this spot.
P.S. A very nice spot to stop and have a break for a little while.

With a day off and only needing to pick up Swimmagurl from Griffith around 5pm, I decided on going the long way to find some caches. Many of these have been on the to-find-list for quite some time now, including the 2001 cache GC2F6F. I started the day by doing a maintenance run on my Different trail. Next I headed off to the Mid-Western Hwy to find the lone caches I haven’t found just yet out that way. When I got into Griffith, I attempted a few other caches that have been on the to-find-list. I found a mixture of both GC and GCA caches today with only one DNF which was on the last cache I attempted. TB visit on all found caches. I would like to thank all CO’s of the caches I found for allowing them to bring enjoyment to the Geocaching Community. TFTC’s
Swimmagurl and I spent about 15 minutes searching here for this cache and had to leave with a DNF. Hopefully next time, we will find it.

Made a slight detour on the way from Leeton to the Good Old Days festival at Barellan.
Followed the geotrail to GZ for a quick find.

TFTC southy1. Today was a travel day from West Eyalong to Griffith. Our rig is around 14metres long so not always convenient to pull over on the side of the road. WE stopped where we could to make some finds. All in good order. Stopping a few days at Lake Wyangan before crossing into Victoria.

A quick trip south west for a short break and some caching.
A quick find and a red skin lollie removed from the container.
Thanks southy1 for placing this cache

We had planned a road trip to Queensland to visit family in 2021, but our travel plans were stalled due to border closures during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now that the world was trying to get back to a semi normal state, we decided to have another go at getting away from the cold and head up north for some sunshine and warmth. Day 1 of our trip took us through many regions of NSW where we picked up some caches on our way through, and this was one of them. Apologies for the generic log, but thank you to all the cache owners for the placements.
Found It!
A quick find here but it looks like someone has used this spot as a toilet.

Once I navigated through the myriad of spiderwebs the cache was an easy find
Griffiths Trip Day 2. I packed up my car for a two day drive out to Griffiths and back. Today I continued from near Narrandera to Leeton, Griffiths, Yanga and then Temora for a roadside camp after running out of day light. I visited a wide collection of caches plus a very rough run up to a hilltop cache.
Thanks for the cache southy1

Very quick easy find...tftc.
As per previous comment this cache would benefit having cover to protect it.....yes, definitely a stick needed for the spider webs !!

Found with Loci612!
Heading from Canberra to Griffith and we were happy to discover this cache. Added bonus was that it was a FTF (my first one at that). TFTC

Found with taytayy1!
We were heading between Canberra - Griffith this afternoon and I did a quick cache search, assuming nothing had changed as a cache hasn't been placed anywhere near here since mid 2020!
I was shocked to see a brand new cache listing, only published the day before! Right on the highway too at a rest area! How good!
So we parked up and made the short walk to GZ. The spiders were in abundance here, so take care and bring a stick!
We quickly spotted the cache, it is a bit exposed and will probably suffer sun damage quickly I tried to find something to cover it over with, but there wasn't much around at all, so had to leave it uncovered / how I found it. Hopefully the plastic withstands the harsh sun!
MASSIVE thanks to southy1 for this cache hide! Super awesome to have a new cache here after so many years! I hope you keep it up and place another one for my next visit
