Logs
Found together with goingplaces2 on a fun caching day out. All is good here and the legals were soon done. TFTC.
No problem in finding this cache with ilook4geo, as the wind blew us from cache to cache. It was a quick and easy find and both names were soon noted on the log to mark our visit. Thanks for this cache hide.
Parked illegally, but only had 22 metres to get to it. Signed quickly and got the hell out of Dodge! TFTC
Filling a hole in my caching calender. Found in good shape. Had trouble with the QR. Thanks for placing.
For some reason this took longer than it should have.We signed the log and took nothing and left nothing. The cache was a little bit further north than our GPS suggested
I have completed a cache check and all is good with the cache. Its in its place ready to be found. Cache on . . . .
Took the old road on the way to the Central Coast this morning and managed to find a few caches along the way. TFTC!
Completed a Cache Maintenance check today.I have replaced the log and checked th QR code. Cache and QR code are all good. Cache on. . . . .
Grabbing the last few in this series today. Thanks for the cache tnln replaced as found sl
TFTC and a nice find. It’s been a long time since I travelled this road, about 8 years ago when there was an accident on the M1 and I knew I would be held up for hours so came this way. Now off to get another one in the series.
ON my way from meeting an old lady, to some higher DT;s which were the target for today, and i was passing, so stopped by to grab this one. Dont like sticking hands in holes, but after a thourough search, a sacrifice had o be made. TFTC.
Found it with geofriends during the cold and wet weather! Thank you Rama497 for bringing us to all TGHTH.

Today is the day of our 7000th find, hopefully. We’re grabbing whatever we can solve and find around Turramurra/Hornsby before meeting Mighty Minions, barefootjeff and GeoIan down at Berowra Waters for some kayaking!
Quick find here, all in good condition. TNLN SL
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache Rama497!

We were coming down to Berowra today for some kayaking, and figured a good kayaking trip was a fine way to ring up a milestone, so diverted further down into Sydney to pre-position ourself for our 7000th find on the water.
We were on a schedule, so stopped for some roadside hides on our way up to Berowra.

(2 of 2 today)
Was hoping for three in a quick raid to the north today, but the first target was AWOL - or else invisible to me - so I ended up with just the two.
My goodness, the heat was sapping out there this afternoon!
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Not an easy one to access - especially when you drive past it. Ended up in the side street and braved crossing the highway opposite GZ.
Like last time I just missed it - but I was sure where it had to be, although a few interesting spots nearby also called their siren's song.
Finally braved the cobwebs (with a stick) and located the blighter.
Snaffled code, signed the log, replaced and then... Oh look, there's a police car just the other side of the lights - someone's been a leadfoot!
Decided discretion was in order, so walked along the cycle track - cyclists sensibly not using it in the heat - and crossed at the walk sign.
Time to head back.

So many cyclists out today! No issues crossing the road from a car perspective, but playing dodge the cycles.
Quick search before CIH.

I don’t love the locations of these. Some spideys and many vehicles. Easy finds though
Interesting series which I brought me to interesting places I didn't know about. That's why I love geocaching.

Parked 10m from GZ but still a tad awkward to grab from speeding bikes. Grabbed the scan me too
Taking advantage of the break in the weather we continued our drive around the area and collected some traditionals for a challenge cache. With the cache in hand, we signed the log then replaced everything as found. Cache container and contents are in good condition. Thanks for the cache Rama497.

OCW frazeydaze who was after a cache to help her qualify for an "Old School NSW Challenge" cache. To appease my caching appetite frasey agreed to add some more caches to the days activities ie the TGHTH Series. All caches in this series were quickly found thanks to the generous hints. Thanks Rama497 for the series.
Out caching with oldmorty finding caches from the TGHTH series.
Quick park and grab.
Log signed and QRcode scanned.

Parked just before the cache and nearly steppes into deep mud.
We took a while to find this one as we couldn't see it at first and the spider webs deterred us from having a feel around.
Luckily there are plenty of sticks in the area.
Thanks for the cache.

I stopped here in case it had been fixed and found it in good condition except for the QR of course, which I will have to revisit later to complete the series. Thanks for the hide.
The cache has been refreshed with a new QR code and log book.
It is already to be found again.

Continuing on my ill-conceived clockwise loop of these caches, I managed to park on a bit of slightly boggy verge just before the cache and continued on foot to make a quick find this time. With the log signed as BFJ, I tried to scan the QR code for the treasure clue but the bottom right corner has been scraped away and it wouldn't read. I've added an NM log with a photo of the problem.
Many thanks for the hide and the series.

Third stop for the morning.
Parked the geomobile in a side street and walked to GZ. There was a surprising amount of traffic going in both directions while I waited to cross, probably should have used the lights!
Found the cache, signed the log and collected the information then replaced the cache and waited (again) to cross the road. Where is everyone going this morning?
While I was waiting two trains passed, a freighter going south and a city passenger type heading north.

Heading north to Maitland to attend the GCNSW Hunter Expedition over the weekend. I targeted this new series of The Great Hornsby Treasure Hunt.
All were found easily, though the crazy weather meant I got soaked sometimes or stayed dry. I grabbed the QR codes, the Treasure Codes and saved the details for the bonus. Once I was out on the Pacific Hwy the drive through the rural suburbs was pleasant despite the occasional downpour.
Another quick and easy find. TFTC

Rain, thunder and spider webs tried to deter me but found little feller and signed and returned.

Grabbed this as the second find required for the 22.2.22 souvenir. I would have got the one at Mt Colah, but when I arrived there was a post accident cleanup in progress. Thankfully it didn't look like anyone was injured. TFTC.
Stopped here tonight on the way home from my weekly visit to Windsor, and was able to make a quick find in the rain. Thanks for the hide Rama497.

I was in the area jogging, so afterwards stopped off here. The traffic was light, so I was able to successfully play crossy-road. Once at GZ I made a quick find - TNLNSLSQ (scanned QR), TFTC

Last for the day on a little loop gathering 5 of these. Cowan and Brooklyn can wait for another day. There was a truck parked there but I pulled in behind him and the driver didn't seem to take any notice as I made the find. Thanks Rama497.
