Your caches have been some of the best Ive ever found in the city. Carefully hidden. Creative. Not just mint tins. Highlighting interesting places. Thanks for your kindness in making this enjoyable for others. I appreciate it
**Total find count: 1426**With some annual leave, the geokids in school, and @Crzymelly off on work training, with magnificent weather, Trads, Multis, Mysteries and Virtuals at my beck and call, what more could one do but go Geocaching in our great city of Sydney. After grabbing the clue from the bridge as required, a relatively quick find with the help of the clue, the exposed location, or the slighty secluded one, take your pick.
Back in Sydney and with accommodation close to home I ran across the bridge for the first time, not resisting this cache whilst I was at it. tftc
I didnt get a chance to look for it the other day when I was up this way as there were workmen all over gz. But I was walking past today, had a minute and managed to sign and replace quickly. An easy find on a warm and cloudy afternoonThe cache was exposed upon arrival, retrieved, stamped, replaced in its position. Thanks for a creative hide! TFTC
We enjoyed our walk across Newcastle-upon-Tyne's bridges big brother and made our way to the new GZ for a nice easy find. TFTC
(1 of 6 today - including 4 Adventure Labs)This morning we (along with a Geoson) met up with our grandkids and their parents to see the *Lite-Bright* show at Luna Park. We all had a great time and there was a little extra for Coney Island afterwards, not to mention lunch.Of course, there are caches around and I managed to grab two of them. Started with a Multi and then moved onto a Traditional - via some ALs.###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###Decided to grab this off the train. The codeword had been snaffled on a previous BridgeWalk, so we went straight to it.Took advantage of the biggest break in the passing muggles I saw and made the grab. Took it away for us both to sign it, and then the replace. Now down to that famous face!SLTNLNTFTC
Such a beautiful spring day to be outside with the harbour as a backdrop. With Gatherer Hade on our way to Luna Park for some family fun; tftc
Loving the totally findable tourist caches as trying to get the teenagers back into caching and they need some easy finds . Alas not this one!Found the first cache with the best view in the world, got our certitude co-ords but just no luck at the second site - lots of muggles, lots of rubbish, not enough patience. Maybe next time! J
Cache n. 3565Found it during todays lunch walk in Sydney. Very good weather, so it was a very nice trip and we really enjoyed it. Greetings from the Czech Republic. Thank you for the cache, nice and simple multi. +FP
In the city and after checking out the new Metro stop we walked up to find this cache whilst here. After having teo false starts, it was in the third spot we checked. After signing the log replaced as found. Both the cache and log are in excellent condition. Thanks for the cache TFTC_Sydney.The following TBs came through for the mileage: Bob geoMinion, Dave geoMinion, Evil geoMinion, Jerry geoMinion, Larry geoMinion, Mary Hyde's Treasure, Stuart geoMinion, teamMerlin's 7 Deadly Ducks Tag (Lust), Vanlith The Youngling, Hidden Creatures Geocoin TB, teamMerlin's Football, Berliner Schnauze mit Herz , Oberpflzer Globetrotter, MELINDA ALIVENTI, Capital GeoBash 2024 - Canberra Australia, Sam the Clam, An Unexpected Journey, Wonders of the World Tag- Red, Dwa Misie Chameleon Volunteer Tag, Des Alten Schweden altes GPS (S), Entendame Schnatti 6 Geocoin, Emeritus-BALKAN TOUR, Grandads Padlock, Heartbeat (NYPL)
And another quick solve and find with TD99 after crossing the bridge. I love this hide and am impressed with the attachment technique. Deserving of a FP. TFTC
I'm in Sydney for two days, primarily to go with my daughter for her birthday to see Sunset Boulevard at the Opera house which is a real treat. However I had to arrive earlier to go geocaching. This cache was just the excuse that I needed to walk across the bridge. Wandering along the bridge I enjoyed all the sights of the ferries on this beautiful, blue-sky day as well as,of course, the Opera House and the cruise ships that were moored nearby. I found the information that I needed. I wasn't quite in the right place however I was able to search with my hands and find the disk which I then replaced where it should've been. Then I continued my walk along the bridge down the stairs and to where I needed to be to find the cache. Interestingly the top was open and I could see the tether, however the cache was still hidden and in good condition.I signed the log and replaced the cache, making sure that it was secured before I left now Off to another nearby cache before I head to Sydney's oldest cache at Lane Cove. Thank you for bringing me here to this part of Sydney that I've never been to before.
Found myself on the Bridge this morning, finishing off an AL, Sydney Sightseer pt2, and found this multi and a virtual in the same spot (bonus).I'm so glad the cache was on the same side of the bridge I'd parked the car. Thanks to the CO for creating this multi.
Got the code 2 days ago while walking from north to south. Did not think I woild have the chance to pick up the final anytime soon. But here I am, up north for other business and having a moment to spare. Tftc Sydney!

After previous failed attempts to be able to get the keyword at WP1 today was the day to achieve a positive outcome. Once Certitude was happy it was off to GZ . A few minutes searching the hide was discovered to produce the well place cache . TFTC TFTC_Sydney it was fun
Very cool multi! In my area multi caches arent this clever but I can see that the CO put a lot of hard work into this multi so Im giving this a favorite point! Staying here in Sydney because of a layover so I saw this one and went to grab it!TO DO LIST-go through security at the airport -hang out at airport lounge -drop off bags- GO GEOCACHING!!!!!GREETINGS FROM GEORGIA R@95
Tftc. Landed 05:55 at SYD , got all our luggage , picked up the rental car and headed towards downtown. We could not check in to the hotell before 1pm so had some time to kill. Decided to drive over Sydney Harbour Bridge and take some pictures of the Opera house and the bridge from that side. Did walk out on the bridge as well and solved the multi that we logged on our way back to the car.
First day in Australia and just a few hours after landing and already had to start geocachingTftc from Norway
We solved the first part whilst walking over the bridge yesterday. Today we were in the final coordinates area so headed off for a quick find. We love these easy hints that help us tourists to a quick find rather than hanging around searching. Favourite point. TFTC
I'm finally logging a multi in Australia? Woohoo! I can't thank you enough for making these tourist friendly. TFT fun!
I got to spend the afternoon wandering around Inner Sydney finding some of the great caches here while M was occupied with a catch-up with friends. It was probably good he was busy since I walked more than 8km all up. I had no trouble locating the disc by stopping to retie my shoelace but when I arrived at GZ, I almost decided to not bother since I couldn't see a way to discretely retrieve the container without alerting every muggle in view. Then I noticed a path into the shrubbery and soon had this clever cache in hand. Awesome!A favorite point for the effort gone to create this enjoyable hide! Thanks for find #6194TNLN
Got out today all around Sydney walking and exploring the city and finding some caches and completing some adventure labs along the way. Very appreciative to the TFTC Sydney for putting so many caches out in so many highly trafficked spots. It really added to our exploration of the city today and helped us stop and enjoy some of the best spots in Sydney! All caches were is excellent condition. I wish more big cities had caches like these! Thanks for sharing!
Found whilst doing Bondi to Manly walk with my geohiking buddies. TFTC TNLNSL.
Sooo loved this whole series and big kuddos to whoever created it. This was a lovely way to learn multi caches with phenomenal views!
Today I was lucky before the rain and/or between the rain showers and crossed the bridge dry and reached the final dry. Many thanks for the beautiful view Don Paul
Took a walk over the bridge today to check on the disc magnet.I found it right where it should be. Come find me.
A check on GZ revealed all is well with the cache however the pencil was missing. I decided to add a new log as well as a new pencil while I'm here.
#7512Headed to the city a little early on ANZAC day to watch the annual Roosters v Dragons game (Go the chooks!). Found the magnet with no problems while also taking some snaps for the coat hanger virtual. No problems at all at GZ. Found in first place that I looked thanks to the generous hint. Unfortunately, I ran out of time to complete the virtual requirements and the Chocalatey letterbox.TFTC TFTC_Sydney
Hmmm, two DNFs! That's not good. I'll check this one out on my next maintenance visit.
#1993This was the first of nine finds for today. I had previously found the information at WP1 on my second attempt at trying to locate the bench. Upon reflection, I realised I missed the bench on the first attempt as people were using it, hence hiding it from view. On my second attempt, I was lucky to retrieve the required information but did not have the chance until today to find the cache. As I was catching the train back from North Sydney, I alighted at Milsons Point specifically to look for this cache. That is when I realised the cache had been disabled. Given the detailed hint, I decided to have a look anyway. Lo and behold, the camo was not doing a very good job as I could spot the attachment device from quite away off. After signing the log, I replaced everything as it was intended. TFTC.
Seeing sarah_frances found the cache today, it must be there.Bringing it back into play.Come find me.
I found the first magnet and got the coordinates but Im not very good at doing that so didnt find the actual cache. Lots of people around. Great view though
Took the walk across the bridge and located GZ after a few AL finds. A good time for caching. Thanks for one more TFTC Sydney
Day 20 of our roadtrip in Australia. We're in Sydney now, so no road tripping the next days, instead a lot of walking. There's so much to see here! And what we love so far, a lot of the caches have very precise hints, very tourist friendly. Today's plan is the Opera guided tour and the Botanical Gardens. We hope of course that the rain forecasted will not come. Walked over the bridge and found the codeword. Then had a great dinner and found the cache afterwards. The bridge is really impressive... Thanks and kind regards from Switzerland, Hinni&Simo
SM325 and I are on a bucket list trip to New Zealand and Australia. This is our first time here and we are having a blast. We traveled here from Ohio, USA. The scenery has been magnificent! We don't often go for "multis" when on vacation, but you made this very achievable. It gets a favorite point from me. TFTF!
Mrs. Amazing and I decided to walk across the Sydney Harbor Bridge. It was indeed a long walk (about 2.5 miles total), but we loved the incredible scenery! The virtual on the bridge had seven stops so we opted for the multi geocache instead. Mrs. Amazing made a quick find on the final. It was very cool for us to find a multi while in Australia. Thanks so much for putting this one out as well as feeding my insatiable addiction! This one gets a favorite point from me.
Surprisingly an interesting say find with the hint. All was quiet here so nothing to worry about. Our first Australian find after just landing at the airport earlier this morning. TFTH
Returned to find the container and sign the log after gathering the coordinates earlier this month. And were just a few days off the 82nd anniversary of the Bridge opeining! SL TFTC to TFTC Cheers Gaztek
Ugh couldnt even start to search, there was work done today with 3 workers buzzing around . Well maybe next time Thanks though
We enjoyed this multi. Once we saw where the final was, we were determined to keep going and make the find. Thanks for the fun multi!
We arrived at Ground Zero got the clue and the coordinates so had the long walk to the final but we got it signed thanks for the fun
Visiting Australia and today we are back in Sydney. It is such a lovely city. We are always looking for oldies and some of the other caches nearby. We have found the cachers around here super friendly and helpful. Thanks for the smile
Found this one while in the vicinity of the Harbour Bridge for work.Enjoyed the walk across the bridge earlier to get the required info.TNLNSLTFTC

I also released the rest of the TBs into the world. Thanks to everyone for their caches and greetings from the Czech Republic. Send a FAV.
On my last day in Sydney I wanted to walk across the bridge and this cache made a great reason to do so. Tftc. Favirote point added for the cleaver hiding place and straight forward instructions
Head slap! Just logging caches from this afternoon and remembered we never signed a thing! We aimed for this excellent TFTC geocache. Collected what we needed at WP1 and 5en started to visit some virtual and Adventure Lab stops. Decided to stop at Kirribilli for some dinner and walk back home from there. Got home and realised we must have walked right past GZ and simply forgot to stop there. Oh my!!! Well be back soon. Cheers Gaztek
We had a great time in Australia and New Zealand and looked at many sights. Today we looked at Sydney and discovered many beautiful sights and details through geocaching.?? Thank you for luring and hiding, says ollilein

Greetings from Ireland found after walking the bridge Thanks for showing us this place, & for placing and maintaining this cache. The is our playground
Arrival day in Australia . This is my first visit to this extraordinary continent and the fulfillment of a long-cherished dream. In the past, it always failed due to the lack of a travel companion. Now I had the chance to join a large group of mainly German geocachers and I was delighted to take it. The virtual took me to the bridge and it was clear that I would try my luck with this multi. At the start, I had to wait a little longer until the bench was free and I could sit down. I briefly felt for the clue, made a note of it and then asked the checker. I was able to upload the final coordinates. I also had to wait longer at the hiding place before I could access it and sign the logbook. The exact clue was very helpful in this busy place.Thank you for laying & taking care .Ankunftstag in Australien .
[8939] Holiday in Australia, day 1. Yesterday before midnight we arrived in Sydney. Today we explored the town, walked 20 km in sun and rain, crossed the Sydney Harbour Bridge, took the ferry back, logged 18 Geocaches at interesting locations, sometimes even secret locations, tasted nice craft beer during a heavy rain period, visited the Rocks Museum for free and had fine Malayan food in the evening. Definitely enough program for one day. This Geocache also belonged to today's holiday program and due to the detailed hint, it became an easy find. TFTC!

6 months ago, during a frenzy, we said to ourselves "why not going to the mega in Adelaide for the leapday". From scratch we moved on to preparing an 18-day project in Australia. Our objectives are simple, visit a small part of this immense continent while validating a few caches. There are so many caches (impossible to do everything) that we will select. Our plan will allow us to visit Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Mount Gambier and finish in Adelaide for the famous Mega.During our stay we will log PestiHoot for Pestinette and Blackhoot.Today, we visite on foot a part of Sydney, we walk the streets guided by the caches. Sydney IS very Big.Thanks to the caches we visited many sites evoking Australian culture and history. Thanks for the cache and the discovery of beautiful or original spots
The group didnt realize we were going to walk the entire bridge spectacular views!
Doesn't get much better than a cache connected to the bridge- bonza! Really liked the 'hide' to obtain the final then it was off (needed that hint) to find the actual cache. A great walk! TFTC!
It's my 10th geo-versary today, and I thought it would be good to mark this milestone in the company of fellow cachers ... so I'm heading for an event later today at Darling Harbour. On the way, I decided a walk over the Harbour Bridge would be fun (I haven't done it for a few years), and also get me 3 smilies ... a virtual, an AL waypoint and this multi ... cool! A straightforward find once I made it to GZ, thanks to the CO's very explicit hint. Thanks for this milestone smiley TFTC_Sydney ... I reckon it's worth a fave point for the memories it will provide me with.
The hint definitely helped. GPS was bouncing all over. Nice quick find once I matched the location to the hint. Fought off the ants and signed the log. TFTC
Spending the Australia Day long weekend in the city. We decided to do a spot of caching before the festivities start. An early morning walk around the northern harbour foreshore was very fruitful. Our last find in the northern suburbs for this trip. Thankfully at this time of morning the place was deserted and I could make a quick find.TFTC
We have walked and walked today. Crossed the bridge, found the clue and cache found.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Today we arrived here in Sydney abd it was quite a hot day... In Germany we have -7C at the moment and the 38 today were a challenge for us... But even though we wanted to do at least a little geocaching. So we went for this Multi. The answer to the question was a quick find and afterwards, we headed out to GZ. We looked for quite a while - but then realized the hint. After that, it was a quick find and we were able to sign the logbook. Lucky us, we found our first multi cache here in Australia! Many thanks to TFTC_Sydney for leading us here and showing this place and of course also for caring for this multi cache container here on site!Best wishes from Germany from Cuxine ??. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ________________oooooooo____________oooooooooooooo_________oooooooooooooooooo________oooooooooooooooooooo_______ooooooooooooooo?ooooo____oooooo_______oooooooo?oooooooooooo___ooo__ooo_______oooooooooooooooooooo__oooo____oo________oooooooooooooooooooooooo_________oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo_oooo_______oooooooooooooooooo________ooooo___ooooooooooooooooooooooo_________oo_ooo____oooooooooooooooooooooooooo_____oooooooo__ooo_oooooo__________oo___oooo_______ooo__ooo_ooo______oooo__ooo_______oooo___ooo__ooo___ooooo___ooo_____ooo___ooo____oo____ooo____oooooo__ooo____ooooooo____________ooo_____ooooo____ooo
