Accompanied with ALL7, lovely weather today, out and about caching, GFA series run around of town.. great fun and amazing cache in every different type of caches, love it TFTM
Solved the puzzle 4 months ago. With a few DNFs today, lets get a smiley on way home. TFTC
Found the cache lying on the ground and looking not that great, with nowhere to open it. Photo attached. Put back on ledge for now. TFTC
Puzzle solved a long time ago, finally had a day when we could get out here. Thanks for the puzzle and the cache.
I never really got into these puzzles when they were all the rage. Nevertheless I didn't find it too hard. The cache itself is well made for its spot - though easy to find it was tricky to get out, but get it out I did, just in time to act inconspicuous as some people walked by a little distance away.
Signed as CDI - Canberra Day Invasion. isopeda, barb2e, Kittykatch, albida33, fitzy_1965, Joolay, MinnieK, Contesta, Smittengranny. Day three of the long weekend (Canberra Day) of caching. We had solved the puzzles in the weeks and months before this trip, ALs, multis and some of the Wherigos were done at location of course.
Sorry about the generic logs - logging after days of crazy driving and navigating with not much time between the caches.

30,090. Found during an invasion of the 'Bargo up to Penrith' region on the Canberra Day long weekend with a great bunch of Cachers.
With the Canberra Day long weekend upon us, a number of Canberra region Cachers performed an invasion of the Bargo up to Penrith area. Canberra Day Invasion 2023 (signed as CDI23) consisted of minniek, Joolay, Kittykatch, isopeda, barb2e, albida33, smittengranny, Contesta and myself. Day 2. An early-ish start soon had us on the road grabbing more caches. This was one of many pre-solved puzzles/wherigos in preparation for this trip, and a quick find at GZ. Signed the log, replaced the cache as found, then headed off to the next one on the list.
Thanks Booo Booo !!

Day 2 of our Canberra Day invasion saw us start early in Bargo and finish in Penrith for the night.
I was down with a migraine for most of the morning but after the good drugs, I was much better by the end of the day when I could contribute a bit more.
We spent the day picking up trads, multis, solved puzzles & wherigos along with the odd AL thrown in for good measure.
All caches found quickly and easily unless otherwise mentioned.

Picton & Penrith Canberra Day weekend Invasion. Day 3. For the next chapter of this trip there were two farewells and an early start fro breakfast in Picton before we got underway. Today the group was made up of Fitzy_1965, MinnieK, Joolay, Kitty Katch, Barb2e, Isopeda, Smitten Granny and Contesta. We still had a plenty of caches to do and we got underway on a warming day. The group signed CDI23 the same as yesterday. In addition to all the caches we had planned for the day, we also had to get to Penrith in time for dinner. We did a mixture of roadside traditional caches and the GFA series. We ended the day with caches around Warragamba. Another long fun day caching in this region.
As we reached Wallacia, the caches became mostly part of the GFA series and we did a bit of a loop to visit as many of them as possible. We managed a break in Luddenham then finished the loop via Mulgoa.
Thanks for the cache Booo Booo

Today is Day 2 of Canberra Day (Holiday) Invasion (20)23 for a great group of geocaching friends who travelled north from Canberra and surrounds. It was to see us successfully find over 60 caches with a few ALs as well.
Big thanks to all the COs for the placement and maintenance of these caches that contribute to our enjoyment of our incredible country.

We were treasure hunting again with ilook4geo and this was one of the caches to look for on our list. We had no trouble in finding this one and moved on quickly after doing the signing duties. Thanks for this series of puzzles.
Spending a bit more time out west with goingplaces2 and getting some more smileys towards completing this geo art. All was good here. TFTC.
This game has definitely taken the world by storm and we do play it each day. it was an easy find along this quiet country Road, and we have added our name to the log.

I generally start my day playing Wordle , my average is around 4/6 . I enjoyed doing this one which is slightly different to my daily game. Arriving at GZ in a quiet area it was matter of reaching behind the obvious spot. TFTC Booo Booo

This is about my level of difficulty for a puzzle, it's one of the few in this series that I haven't needed a hint for.
This was my first time playing this game, I think I got it in 4 goes.

OCW frazeydaze. Our target today was to find the caches in the CO's GFA Series that we solved recently. In all we found sixteen imaginative caches, most of which were home made. Thanks to the generous hints all caches were quickly found. All caches and logs were found in good condition.

After attending the Geocaching NSW event, a small group of geocahcing enthusiasts headed out west for a selection of caches around Liddenham.
I teamed up with Wilbert67 and Meritonnn for a drive around Liddenham for GFA1 to GFA 10, mingled with a few traditionals.

Today is about adventure. Geocaching NSW is organising an event at the western Sydney parklands and you can go up the trees after that. Found a few caches along the way getting there, did the new caches around the event and picked up another few on the way home. Great day and all caches found easily.

After the GCNSW event at Western Sydney Parklands, a number of us decided to head over to Luddenham way to grab the GFA series of caches. Our convey of geo-mobiles soon made a beeline for the bakery where we had a tasty lunch before splitting up into smaller groups. I joined Its_Dozzie and Wilbert67 and off we went. Well this has certainly been popular of late! Whilst Wilbert67 did the legals for us, I admired the beautiful autumn trees at the front of the nearby property. TFTC!
I’m addicted to this one at the moment.
I stood in the wrong spot and couldn’t see it for a second or two.

A quick find while passing through this part of the world today ... thanks Booo Booo.
We are on a cachey 10 day holiday, starting off with 2 nights at Emu Plains to hopefully collect the new GFA puzzle caches around Luddenham and some more of the Band caches north of Penrith. Then it’s 5 nights at Oberon to collect some of the many new & old puzzle caches that we have solved around the area, and also hoping to complete the Oberon Adventure Lab. After leaving Oberon we will be visiting Jenolan Caves, for both the caves and the Jenolan EarthCache, then heading to Katoomba for 2 nights to ride the Scenic World attractions (Railway, Cableway, & Skyway) and to do a few caches of various types plus an Adventure Lab. We will end the holiday with a stop-off at Wentworth Falls for some more caches and a couple of Adventure Labs. This was our 8th find of the day (day 1), and 8th find of the holiday.
The family's chief puzzle solver made short work of the puzzle, and it was to be a nice quick "park & grab" at GZ today. Signed the log and then replaced the nice 3D printed container as it had been found. Thanks Booo Booo for the puzzle & cache.

I am terribly behind in my logging. It's getting close to five months since I regularly reported on the caches I've found. YIKES! Well, at least I'm currently only 3 months behind.
To be honest, while I still find searching for caches fun, I'm finding logging less so. But I have to log to get me stats and souvenirs, so...
In this time only the Adventure Labs found and my First2Finds have been written up - don't want people racing out when it's already been snaffled.
But I've been busy finally getting ready to move into our new house - now in and I'm still coming to terms with the extra room/rooms!
But I did still try to find time to cache on the days that my 2022 goal of 16 finds per caching day demanded I find something. In fact, for the most part my modus operandi has been to actually aim for 20. So far I've only failed on that a few times, and only by 1 find. Amazingly I'm on track for 19 finds per day, but somehow I expect that will eventually prove too hard as I have to travel a good distance if I want more than a cache a day.
Anyway. thanks to all the CO's who are getting short shrift from my generic logs. I hope to eventually get back to them and flesh them out, but no promises.
I've found some fun Traditionals and solved some interesting, but not impossible puzzles. And Multis and other cache types have been grabbed where possible.
###END OF GENERIC ABJECT GROVELLING SECTION###
I'd solved a number of this new series, and as it's another day to appease the Caching Gods I headed out to find a few.
Good puzzles and some fun finds.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
I'll add any comments specific to the find if I have any. Don't hold your breath, though...

Ok mate, just pull the car over here to park, oh boy in the soft ground. Switch off the engine, lemme grab this cache while we ponder whether I may need a tow truck. Nice 3D container at Gz.
Ok mate, start the car, put it into drive and slowly move forward, ah, all good, crisis averted, now onto the next

My family loves playing all types of games. I love playing this game every morning... but I still amazed myself when I managed to get it 2/6... I took a screenshot if anyone is interested... but only after you have solved it yourself! Hey I wasn't the only one leaping out of the car... SueDan83 was moving pretty fast and I didn't want to get in the way of her walking stick as she looked pretty determined Thanks
