No luck here unfortunately. The multi was a nice little stroll around the oval with GZ nearby, but no luck when I got there. Perhaps the sudden drop off in finds since February warrants a check?
Yet another cache I had trouble with to locate. after some assistance to get to GZ . Unfortunately, being a busy area and few muggles decided to lunch nearby , it made it difficult to keep searching, maybe another day.
We enjoyed a walk around North Sydney doing some caching. This was a nice multi. We struggled a little at GZ spending too much time looking through leaf litter, which was unnecessary. Eventually, we saw a really neat spot and found the very well placed cache. Thank you AussiePam
i was getting ready for an early night when i remembered today was the 29th and id have to wait FOUR MORE YEARS to log again on this date so i jumped out of bed to log this at 10:05pm. not the quickest to solve but i had already found most of the answers so it was definitely more efficient than it could have beenTFTC!! hopefully next feb 29th im more on the ball
TFTC from the Kayakviking! A quieter day for what turned into a quick find. Previously mt geosenses were taking me to another nearby red object. All good.
Had some fun with this one. My daughter and I came to see the cricket match between Australia and South Africa. We watched the first innings and decided to head home...but not before going for a walk to find the info for this one. We were happy that we did not have to go far to find GZ, TFTC
Im back in Sydney for a few days staying in North Sydney. After an enjoyable day at South Head and Watsons Bay with friends, we left our accommodation looking for somewhere to eat. We were not far from this cache which I have tried looking for twice previously, but both times it was fairly early in the morning so quite busy and I always felt conspicuous. But today I was here with my hubby late on a Sunday afternoon, so not quite so busy. We looked around the tree as I had done previously, then long limbed hubby reached in somewhere that I hadnt managed to, and he pulled out the bright red cache. I was so happy to see it and remove the blue face from my map. Tftc
Out in the area on an late overcast Sunday afternoon.Followed the waypoints, did the substitutions, and the cache was safely in hand.TFTC, TNLN, SL.Regards MRG
Im back in Sydney and had another quick look for this one early this morning. Again no luck and it was very busy.
I spent about 15 minutes looking, between gardeners and other workmen going by, but no luck for me today.
Turned that frown upside down. Fourth visit I think. Same place just looked more carefully. TNLN SL TFTC.
Find #: 2,994
Companions: None
Muggles: A few
Weather: Pleasant summer afternoon
Cache condition: Good
I usually leave straight after the annual Christmas function and go caching, but today had to go back to the office for some meetings (arrrgh). I was still able to get away a bit early, so headed up to North Sydney and on to this area, familiar from previous caches and the parkrun that is based here. I ambled around the park, and was only hindered at one waypoint where there was a "bouncer" for another company's Christmas party, but I wasn't too worried as it was one of the last digits of the co-ordinates. Once I had all of the digits I calculated GZ and headed over, and it didn't take too long to get CIH - TNLNSL, thanks for a nice multi

Returned for my 3rd visit, with my new nemesis forming, finally with the monkey off my back and good to clear the blue frown off my map
Being in the area we were close so headed over. We followed the instructions, came up with the co-ords and then off to GZ to make the find. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC
Fun little multi for us today. Collected all necessary information then off to gz. Oh no, where's our pen? Photo taken as evidence of find. Hopefully we have backups back at the car. Tftc
Nice fun little multi, great final GZ. Walked past here several times today. Lost pen on travels somewhere, but have photo if required TFTC
I was seeing “ Red” when I drove here to see gardeners in there, amongst GZ
“I’ll be Back” in 24hrs
“I’ll be Back” in 24hrs
Searched around the root of all evil, a couple of rotations with a stick, nothing.
Had my GZ confirmed as well but the container eluded me.
Shall place a watch on this one

Another visit but search thwarted by large group of young sportspersons gathering from some event.
Left the house before 6am this morning to drop the geodog off for a dental procedure at the vet in North Willoughby.
This means I have the whole day to pass, geocaching, until I can collect her. I hit the pavements.
Enjoyed the wander today, it’s a long time since I’ve spent time in this park.
Collected the clues and headed to GZ, almost lost myself in there !

Really enjoyable walk during one of my lunchtime adventures sometime ago. Had a little trouble with one waypoint but worked out a rough GZ. However at a recent event the CO confirmed my estimates and early this morning on my Sunday cycle I made the find. Great hide, excellent container and all in great condition. Thanks for placing this cache AussiePam #1491.
Snuck this one in while the kids were playing basketball. It wasn’t until the pipe waypoint I figured out that the title of the cache had a pretty important meaning lol. Fun cache, fav from me, TFTC!
Met with Jennyfromthefarm for a quick geocache before it got to dark after work. I know this park well from exploring in lockdown and a few other caches nearby. Collected the information and started searching GZ. It was nearly dark by then and after a good look turned up nothing e consulted the hint. Though not sure what the hint means! We kept searching and found soon after. Thanks AussiePam at last red is easy enough to see as it gets dark!
Discobob3 asked was I keen for a cache tonight. Next minute we are knee deep in seeing red. It was a nice walk around the area with a quick grab of Crossy Freeway on the way. At GZ we circled a bit and it took longer than it should have to find the cache. TFTC aussiePam
Going out for a few caches on a sunny Sunday. This was the first one, and really enjoyable it was.
Seeing all the red, and collecting the clues, and then finally finding the cache in its hiding place.
Giving a favourite for this one.

After a lovely walk around collecting information it was off to GZ for a quick find.

Another really well themed cache by AussiePam. We generally don't like multis, but seeing that we were in the area, we decided to look for this cache. Quickly found the required information and the cache. Thanks AussiePam.
Another in this colourful series. Stopped by on my way back from the city to revisit a very familiar and pleasant area. After collecting all the clues as part of a very enjoyable stroll, I made a quick find.

Being a multi cache lover, I was looking forward to seeing red..and that I did. Gathered all the info with a lovely stroll around one of my favourite parks and strategically retrieved the cache whilst the NSW Womens cricket team were having some lunch nearby and about to go and demolish the WA team. TFTC! FP!
After three days inside with the rain it was time to venture out with frazeydaze to grab some caches.
Heading off in the little red car it wasn't too long before we were outside the local home-brew shop with the rain starting again.
With the wet weather gear we headed off to collect the red numbers and with no checker we just hoped that we hadn't missed one. Approaching our gz we felt confident with the numbers although frazeydaze was concerned about the security camera pointed at gz.
After circling and scratching around I noticed something that required further investigation. Not to be deterred by the camera and the council worker sitting in a truck nearby, frazeydaze was all over the container. We signed the log and returned the cache to its hidey hole.
Thanks for hiding this cache AussiePam.

It was time to escape with poor oldmorty who had been inside for the last 3 days due to the never ending rain.
A nice theme of RED right to the end.
Thanks for the cache AussiePam

Red is the colour of power!
Red is my favourite colour.
My new car is red – the red ones go faster!
This multi checks out one of my teenage haunt areas.
Well we used to play sport here – what a waste of time. We would walk from school down to the ovals, all straggling along then play for about 5 minutes before it was time to walk back. There must have been some better way!
So the red ones were all things I recognised, although most have been modernised since school days.
Found the information no problem and made my way to GZ where I found the red one.

Sigh.
This new placement also seems to be in trouble.
Disabling till I can once again check it.

Everyone's heard of black magic. Red magic is more esoteric.
The replacement black nano vanished in the dark night.... and ...
The red original larger container re-appeared.
So back to the start. It is... what it was...

I did a nocturnal round of redness gathering all the clues which led directly to the final one. Don't know why others bet on black when red was always going to be the winner. Great theming again, gets a fave. Thanks AussiePam.
Googlehihihi's log raised a red flag.
What he found was a small holding container which I'd dropped off before submitting this multi - and replaced a day later by a very much larger bright red container.
Red is a noticeable colour and muggles must have noticed. When I checked the hide today, it was red sails in the sunset. Gone.
I've moved the hide about one metre away. It is now a black magnetic nano. Geo-sense should come up red roses here.

A true geocacher does not mind a bit of rain, but the amount of rain today was ridiculous.
Nevertheless Brewmaker, Everest High and yours truly still teamed up for some new cache on the lower North shore.
After purple, we dissected that color in its base colors, blue and red. We hunted for red objects which were plentiful in this park. GZ was quickly calculated but only after searching for a while without result, one of us noted the log from AussiePam about the change in color. We were now hunting for something black.
Everest High pointed at an object which I had been checking at least three times before realising it had the black nano attached to it.
TFTC. Waiting for the next color!

Found with EverestHigh and ItsDozzie in the wet. We were in the red and I kept singing "I see red, I see red, I see red!" at every WP. To the point my eyes were red. Finally, we were red-faced when we couldn't find it at first at GZ. In the end were were back in the black (Is that the next in this colour series?) and added our monikers to the log. Thanks for the walk and helping me make this mini-milestone of 8888 finds! Have a FP. TFTC
I was almost seeing red when I walked around the waypoints collecting the data in the rain, only to be in the red at GZ. Then we spotted the little black demon, happy not to leave red-faced. OCW Brewmaker and It's Dozzie. TFTC Aussie Pam
