Yeah, Ive been to Sydney a lot over the last few years and can agree this is the best view!

Auf unserer groen Rundreise durch Australien war Sydney unsere letzte Station. Drei Tage hatten wir hier fr die Stadt und die Umgebung Zeit. Man htte natrlich gut noch mehr Tage hier verbringen knnen, aber wir waren schon glcklich, berhaupt hier sein zu knnen . Am 'Best View in Sydney ' hat unsere Gruppe kurz Station gemacht, den Ausblick genossen und Mrs Macquarie's Chair bewundert. Leider war ich so fasziniert und vergesslich, dass ich bei den vielen Fotos, die dort gemacht wurden, nicht den Daumen rausgestreckt habe . Ich hoffe, mein Log wird trotzdem akzeptiert . We enjoyed the walk to this viewpoint, but could have done without the many pesky flies today. It's really one of the best views in Sydney, and quieter than the area directly by the opera house. TFTC!

I never really took notice of that particular viewing platform. I definitely took the photo from the platform however very off to the side as it was full of people taking photos, as well as a TV station

Spending a week of the school holidays in Sydney with my nephew, had the chance to spend a full day caching on my own while he had tennis camp. Making my way from the bus stop at QVB, via Woolloomooloo, onto Mrs Macquaries Chair and back (my feet were killing me after nearly 16km!), grabbed this virtual along the way. Always a busy spot with tourists but as a tourist myself, they didnt have to be so rude telling ME to move while THEY got their perfect shot. Signal and I did our best but mostly just took in the view as a virtual memory.

Today I made this Virtuele cache for our team.My dad will be very proud of me.Thank you very much. Bigfours(Big daughter)

I had a 9 hr layover at Sydney today, so I headed downtown to stroll thru the city. Overall I was able to find 8 caches and several lab caches. An amazing day, I couldnt have spent it better. Greetings from WalesStaying close by on our Australia tour so we took a wander around The Rocks, an Opera house tour, a walk along to McQuaries Point and then to the Hyde Park Barracks. A few caches found as well.After a great Opera House tour we headed around to McQuaries Point and yep it is definitely one of the best (but I haven't seen them all yet) albeit slightly obscured by bush fire smoke. Bisoutje and I have spent another day at the Sydney Harbour and the Royal Botanical gardens next door. We've explored the area at night but during the day these walks are just as beautiful. Many photos were took which is usually an indication of a day well spent.This might be indeed the best view of Sydney. The landmarks look much smaller on our photographs than does them right. Thumbs up!TFTC!

The view is good, the tourists seem to like it. Iconic yes.But I think Sydney has a lot of best offs if you spend a bit of time to explore her.

Heute war noch genug Zeit fr ein bisschen Sightseeing. Dabei konnten wir diesmal auch Benny the Seal sehen, der sich vor ein paar Wochen vor uns versteckt hatte. Und ein paar Caches lagen auch noch auf dem Weg... Vielen Dank fr diesen Cache und Gre aus Deutschland. After our last stop in Canberra, we arrived back in Sydney today. In a few days, Docla and I will be heading back to Germany. Today there was still enough time for a bit of sightseeing. This time we were also able to see Benny the Seal, who had hidden from us a few weeks ago. And there were a few caches on the way too... Thank you for this cache and greetings from Germany.

Decided to try and catch the sunset last night and I was rewarded, it was well worth the many steps to get here.

Tftc. Arrived in Australia yesterday and for our first full day here we decided to do a sightseeing walk through Hyde park, Botanical gardens, Mrs Macquaries chair, Opera house and back to the hotel via the shopping district. Along the way, we managed to find and log multiple caches. This was one of 'em.

I decided to head into Sydney CBD to attend an event at the Botanical Gardens today. Afterwards I wandered around the northern end of the gardens picking up a few more. There were quite a number of tourists here taking photos but I managed to elbow my way to the railing to take the required photograph! Thanks for find #6235TNLN
