Logs
Found the cache but the container has come undone and lost in the tube. Wasnt able to sign due to no log paper. Needs maintenance.
We are on another short (three day) caching holiday in North Western Sydney, staying for two nights in a park cabin at the Ingenia Holidays Avina BIG4 Holiday Park at Vineyard. Planning on exploring the suburbs of Lalor Park, Kings Park, Marayong, Glenwood, The Ponds, Rouse Hill, Scheyville, Agnes Banks, Yarramundi, Hawkesbury Heights, and Castlereagh. Hoping to collect some more previously solved Mystery/Puzzle caches, complete some more Adventure Labs and SideTracked caches, and accumulate some more "units of fuel" for the "Cosmic Quest" souvenir challenge with a view to scoring the 100 point Ultra fuel souvenir. Our final day will have us going via Nurragingy Reserve at Doonside, for some more caching and a visit to the Nurragingy Miniature Railway, before taking the M7 & M2 Motorways back to home. Photos will be uploaded to logs on our return to home base.Today (day 1) we travelled out to Vineyard, going via the M2 Motorway from Delhi Road North Ryde to the Abbott Road Seven Hills exit, then through Lalor Park, Kings Park, Marayong, Glenwood, The Ponds, and Rouse Hill to reach our accommodation. Collected numerous Traditional caches, and a SideTracked MultiCache, that we passed along the route. This was the 10th of 16 finds for the day (day 1), and 10th find of the holiday. This cache was next, arriving at GZ and making a nice quick find in the first place we checked. There was no log roll in the cache container, so we made a tiny log roll with some paper we had, so it's now good to go for the next cachers. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. As I walked up and sighted the area to be searched it became obvious what I would be fishing for. Second place looked and found the container. Signed and returned as found.TFTC
Took a bit of looking around to find the right spot to go fishing here with ilook4geo, as the attachment was quite fine. Once found the names were added to the log and all was replaced. The muggles who asked whether we had lost something, were really puzzled when we said "a geocache", but they moved off still wondering. Thanks go to MinionsExplore for this well placed cache.
Came along with goingplaces2 and took a while to fine tune the thinking and find the cache. Signing were done and we moved on. TFTC.
A quick find whilst in Sydney for the day. A good one to rack up a stat . TNLN TFTC
Found It!
There was a cricket match happening here today but thankfully there was on one around where the cache is. So I wandered in and soon found the well hidden cache!

In the area for a Champion of Champions 16 yo soccer game and just had to pop a few caches beforehand. Parked and casually watched two wickets fall at the oval. Found what we were looking for and reeled it in, we admired the thoughtful, sturdy construction on this hide. Well done. SL TFTC Cheers… Gaztek
Think we found GZ but filled with rubbish so didn't go digging.
Also loads of muggles around.
Will be back

Out and about in Glenwood for a quick lunchtime caching session, thankfully the oval was fairly deserted which allowed me to search undisturbed. It didn't take too long for me to locate the very sneaky hide, it would have been a lot more difficult without the hint in the cache name! Sadly it seems the general public have decided to use GZ as a rubbish bin, this place could use a mini-CITO to clean it up a bit! SL and replaced as found, TFTC MinionsExplore!

I only noticed something out of place the second time I looked at that very same spot. Then it was a matter of fishing, logging and replacing. TFTC.

Checked cache as last geocaher couldn't find it, but it there and ready to be found.
GZ was extremely clogged with rubbish from someone who had had a take-away meal at the site, but were not capable of taking away their garbage.
Sneaky, had looked there previously and dis guarded it until I went back and spotted something. Clever, a fav for me. TFTC
A reasonably quick find by the wife, in a spot I'd already checked!! She is useful some days. Coords had me initially a little off GZ.
Very well concealed.
Thanks for maintaining the cache

#8861 (2 of 5 today - including 1 Adventure Labs)
I am terribly behind in my logging. It's getting close to five months since I regularly reported on the caches I've found. YIKES! Well, at least I'm currently only 3 months behind.
To be honest, while I still find searching for caches fun, I'm finding logging less so. But I have to log to get me stats and souvenirs, so...
In this time only the Adventure Labs found and my First2Finds have been written up - don't want people racing out when it's already been snaffled.
But I've been busy finally getting ready to move into our new house - now in and I'm still coming to terms with the extra room/rooms!
But I did still try to find time to cache on the days that my 2022 goal of 16 finds per caching day demanded I find something. In fact, for the most part my modus operandi has been to actually aim for 20. So far I've only failed on that a few times, and only by 1 find. Amazingly I'm on track for 19 finds per day, but somehow I expect that will eventually prove too hard as I have to travel a good distance if I want more than a cache a day.
Anyway. thanks to all the CO's who are getting short shrift from my generic logs. I hope to eventually get back to them and flesh them out, but no promises.
I've found some fun Traditionals and solved some interesting, but not impossible puzzles. And Multis and other cache types have been grabbed where possible.
###END OF GENERIC ABJECT GROVELLING SECTION###
Another day - another need for more calendar finds. Headed up in the direction of Glenwood and Rouse Hill for today's finds.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Any cache specific comments will be added here. but don't hold your breath.

Luckily I spotted a few things out of place and made a quick find as it’s a busy place in a Saturday morning.

A quick find while out caching with Shoes Junior and Little Shoes. Shoes Junior made the find. Signed as The Shoes x3, TFTC.
It took ages for me to realise that the cache name actually meant something, D’OH! I had looked there a few times but I had a preconceived idea what and where it would be, a disastrous combination, thanks.
The first of what turned out to be many DNFs today. Got my fingers in a few places but no cache
Having recruited 3 muggles to our game at my first cache find we had made a quick stop for another cache on the way here.
This provided more opportunities to explain aspects of our game about hints and that led to container size. We all began looking and I tried the GZ area - no luck so I widened my search. After lots of laughs and checking everything twice including GZ at the suggestion of one of the muggles who had cottoned on to the subliminal message in the cache name it was time to PAF, again. I really hate doing that!
So it was suggested where to look, where I'd already checked twice of course but this time I saw it. That is sneaky!
With my skinny fingers I had no trouble getting to the cache!

Again 2TF, had to wait for geowifey to get ready to enable me to drop her off at the station for her face painting at the Royal Easter show.
Walked over and in the first spot to look, bingo, quite a bit of fiddle work to reveal the container, but CIH, nice hide and thanks MinionsExplore
