Mr Tardis was in the area today and stopped by to find this one.I'm happy to report that I found the cache in the first place I looked, don't you just love it when that happens?Signed the log. Thanks for the cache TheKellyGang.
On a crisp autumn morning, Sarah and Tom decided to venture out for a geocaching adventure. They had recently discovered a cache named Lovers Lane in the charming town of Gillentown. Known for its picturesque scenery and quaint streets, Gillentown was the perfect setting for their weekend escape. As they arrived at the trailhead, a gentle breeze rustled the colorful leaves, creating a canopy of red and gold overhead. The cache description had hinted at a hidden gem, and the couple was eager to find it. Following the coordinates, they walked hand-in-hand along a well-trodden path that wove through a serene forest. After about half an hour, they reached a small, secluded clearing. The spot was marked by an old wooden bench with intricate carvings of hearts and initials. The area had a romantic, almost magical feel to it. They began their search around the bench, looking under leaves and rocks, but the cache was elusive.Just when they were about to give up, Tom noticed a small, heart-shaped locket hanging from a branch nearby. It seemed out of place but perfectly fitting for the theme of the cache. Inside the locket was a tiny piece of paper with the final clue written in delicate script. It led them to a hollowed-out section of the bench. With a little effort, Sarah and Tom pried open the hidden compartment and found the cachea beautifully decorated box adorned with love-themed trinkets and a logbook. As they signed the logbook, they couldnt help but smile, thinking about how fitting it was that their geocaching adventure had led them to a cache celebrating love. They spent the rest of the day exploring Gillentown, feeling like they had uncovered a piece of the towns heart. The Lovers Lane cache wasnt just a hidden treasure; it had made their day even more special.Come visit SA's longest running annual event -keep the Long weekend free- June 2025 Can't wait!!2570
Out caching for international geocaching day with martini.989. Darkness has taken over so its time to leave the RT. A nice drive down lovers lane saw us arriving at GZ. We searched all the obvious spots before realising we were on the wrong side of the lane, the change of location quickly saw us making the find. TFTC TheKellyGang!
A quick trip down lovers lane with tessa_jade to find a cache. A quick find after we looked on the right side to the lane. TFTC TheKellyGang!

Today we grabbed a couple of caches on the Riesling Trail near Leasingham and walked to others around the area. The name of this cache suggested it might be a nice spot for a picnic lunch so after finding the hide we spent a delightful hour or two relaxing under the trees. Many thanks for the hide TheKellyGang
Travelling Australia in our caravan since February 2014.
With magnificent weather forecast we were up early this morning for a 5+ km hike in the Spring Gully National Park. We were hoping to beat the heat AND the flies. great walk, really enjoyed the wildflowers, and only a few flies!
Mrs Felix had a rest at her computer after lunch, whilst Mr Felix tackled some newer caches by bike on the riesling trail which we first tackled back in 2014.
Once together again, we headed off in the geocruiser to tackle a few more caches to get away from the constant construction noise in the caravan park.

The JAMS team (JJ52, allister w, mogni, sir_spectre) along with tallbikestan left home early to head up to Clare for the June Long Weekend and of course we didn't go straight there. We had a few detours along the way which made for an interesting day travelling around stopping at Truro, Eudunda, Worlds End, Burra and Mintaro with the occasional cache in between.
It's game day and we manage to find a few "real" caches while finding game pieces.
Thanks for the cache TheKellyGang.

Having woken to a cool morning the JAMS team ventured out to start collecting smilies. Today was game day and of course we didn;t just find game caches but others as we passed. We found a range of caches throughout the day, so thanks for placing them for us to find.

We are visiting the Clare region to attend the JLWE event and this afternoon we decided that we would do a tour around using geocaching as our guide. We stopped by your cache but decided that we were not ready for a cuppy but we did leave our name in your visitor's book to let you know that we had visited as you did not appear to be at home. The JAMS team (( JJ52, Allister W, Mogni, and sir_spectre ) plus TallBikeStan for this trip ) are headed off to the 20 th JuneLongWeekend Event in Clare. As you would expect extension poles, blow up kayaks, waders and ladders are in the car. I am sure every one else takes 11 hours to reach Clare from Adelaide, i am also sure via Burra is the logical to Clare . There was many photos taken of the fun times we had, even involving a ladder in the creek and of course many dirt roads ventured down. All caches for the weekend where stamped as JAMS and some more caches where placed on our travels. The missing JAMS member Michells&hound joined us in our B&B in Clare but didn't join with us for the JLWE game. The weather slowly got better over the weekend. It's good to see some gadget and creative caches around Clare that are permeant and not temp game caches.

A cunning plan was devised to take a trip to Clare and blow in on the wonderful crew managing the JLWE event. After some discussions, it was decided that Brisal5 would pick up me and Blackadder and make our way north. The carnival was in full swing by the time we arrived, and after some caching and general discussion, we headed to the flash mob event. There was virtuals, juggling, a drone and lots of caching discussion. The remainder of the day was spent hunting food and caches.
Today I found many Kelly Gang caches, and they are a credit to SA caching, great quality and fun hides. Found in the company of caching royalty, thanks for the hide. Freddo was able to advise us on the best camping spots here. Thanks for the cache TheKellyGang, find #6971 at 12.12pm. We will not mention that I walked right past the cache on my first circuit.

A trip to visit the 20 year celebrations in Clare. The Starfish nominated himself as the driver collecting OzGrumpy and the Adder en route. After a short stop at the campsite the trio headed off to seek a number of smilies to our maps.
As always, all caches were visited and signed by all members of the group or each member had a part to play in retrieving the prize.
All caches were in good condition unless noted otherwise.
After the visit to the celebration event we collected Sir Freddo to attempt a few hides in the Spring Gully conservation park so could not bypass this on our way. Found in a location that OzGrumpy had been but overlooked the cammo.
Thank you for the cache %CacheName TheKellyGang, found 11/06/2022

Visiting Clare for the JLWE "Clare Caching Carnival" 20th Anniversary year. I arrived Friday & stayed until Monday. It was great to catch up with everyone again & enjoyed the planned activities & events.
Teamed up with LiB for Game day. We called ourselves "Hibbies". We placed our game day caches and collected this one along the way. We had our travel mugs & thermos of coffee so it was a nice place to stop for a cuppa.

After missing the last few June Long Weekends for various reasons an offer was made to make just a day trip to this years event. So I picked up OzGrumpy, then Blackadders and we made yet another trip northwards in search of adventure, laughs and a few caches of course. By the end of another long day and a bit of the night all three tasks were accomplished.
After kidnapping Freddo from JLWE HQ we headed out to grab a few caches that he was just about to do himself. Happened to be driving past this so called in for cuppa but al we found was a cache with a log book and no beverages in the first place I looked.
***Thanks TheKellyGang for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***
Logs prepared and published through GSAK.

In the late '70s freddo used to ride a motorcycle to Clare valley and camp right at this location. Usually tea was a schnitzel and a pint or two of stout at the Seven Hill Pub.
I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count.

Off to Clare for an overnight trip mainly focusing on getting the bikes out for a spin and hitting the rail trails for some adventure and indulging in the local wine culture, whilst finding some caches along the way. A lovely weekend away dodging the weather. Total of 91 finds for the 2 days.

There's a Lovers' Lane in the Barossa too, just outside Angaston, not far from home!
Must be a wine region valley thing Ahhhh the serenity
Only loving here tonight was a couple of kangaroos - and they quickly moved on as soon as I pulled up. A nice little place to pull over for a nookie But maybe a little cold tonight!
But back to the important business... oh look, a cuppa cache! love at first sight. Kissed the virgin log book for a {FTF} @ 2000hrs.
Much love to TheKellyGang for placing and maintaining the cache on our mid north geo-map
PS: Fun Cuppa Time Facts !
1. Coffee Increases Women’s Libido
2. Coffee May Reduce Erectile Dysfunction
3. Coffee Enhances Athletic Performance
4. Coffee Can Reduce Stress
5. Coffee Lowers Risk Of Depression
6. Coffee Drinkers Stay Sharper
( Must be true 'cos we found it on the interwebs - bustle . com to be precise... and they did actually quote some serious sounding researchers!!! )

Travelling around drinking coffee and {FTF} and signing cache logs alone or with family and friends using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Whereyougo, Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S21u, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or often with just plain old dumb luck Plenty of that luck stuff actually!!!
*Logs are composed and published using GSAK of course.*

Caching is a hazardous activity!
Keep a lookout for sand traps, snakes, surprise cliffs, boxing roos, wombats, things falling from trees, bulldust, and floods,
try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins and don't fall off your ladder...
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- but especially lookout for germs and bugs !!! . [xx(]
Try to keep Travel Bugs as the only bugs you share and pass on
Now there's no real restrictions - even more important to sanitise and safely distance!!!
Really good of all those placing quality caches out and about around the countryside areas,
in sensible safe places especially! - it keeps our game safe, fun, and interesting
Thanks heaps for reading all this addition to the log word count! There's a challenge somewhere out there, apparently! You win a virtual smiley for the effort and getting to the end of the log
