Logs
I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, Sheelas, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by Sheelas and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

Looked and looked in all the spots left. Tree has been cut to the neighbours fence and we searched the down pipes and the sign no other obvious spots to search.
Add our name to the long list of DNF for here.

Like all those before unable to find this cache.
Seems like the local 'massage' parlor has cameras in this laneway maybe they are nervous with all the dodgy people coming up and down here. [?]

Stopped by for a look for this one but no luck for us... We presumed we were in the right spot after reading back in the logs [?]
TFTH Sheelas We will stop for another look next time we are passing!

Despite the list of DNF’s, I gave it a crack while here for a quick visit. No luck for us today. Searched for 10 minutes and then searched a little more. Thanks for bringing us here regardless.
No idea, think it's been mugged since it was once in the open and put somewhere that was possibly not original location
Very quick find as it was out in the open. Have moved it to a slightly more inconspicuous spot just a couple of feet ‘south’. Not a place I would ordinarily visit, but that’s the joy of Geocaching - you go to places you wouldn’t think about visiting. TFTC
Sad to say the first DNF of my Perth journey. Found a magnet on the sign but no log or anything.
During IGD Weekend. (Friday to Sunday)
The Chittering Valley - plenty flew the water via creek - some flood but country so beautiful view with green lawn due to rain...
Enjoyed drive the car - country and bush land - plenty of paddles..
Sorry, copy and paste.

Such a beautiful quaint town. Shame the traffic is so busy. But that's growth for you. Be great to imagine it a hundred years ago. Nice cache
We had to wait for someone to drive away from GZ but then it was an easy find in the obvious location for a geocacher to look
Easy find was just grabbing a burger Alfred’s thought I’d see what’s around recommend guildfords famous Alfreds kitchen pea and ham soup
I rarely ride my bike anymore. Despite the bike path continuing to be destroyed for most of the journey, it’s a pleasant ride on mostly quiet roads. I couldn’t face the freezing weather early on; it still felt cold enough when I eventually left home at 10am. A quick find as expected. Thanks.
We had completed the town walk around Guilford and visited the gaol and the little museum at the tourist information center. We had a fifteen minute wait until the next train, so I decided to find this cache. Nice hide.
A quick find here. Love the ice cream parlor and the Dutch Shop on the other side of this car park tftc
Out with the Cockburn Crew, again heading north, not much to find down in Cockburn. Found a variety of hides, thanks for the hide.
A quick find here on the way out to Ellenbrook to nab a FTF. Thanks for the hide Sheelas.
Out with the other Cockburn Crew boys cleaning up some of B12 and C10’s dots on the map in the north east of Perth.
Quick find here. I’m tall, so no issues. Cheers Sheelas!

2TF. Well that was a quick ftf. Only just around the corner from work. Don't get too many new hides out this way, especially during the day so dashed out hoping for a FTF but alas no.
Interesting area. Looking forward to more hides out this way. TFTC

Woohoo joint ***FTF*** with BJA3 @ 9:39am!
Saw this come up and headed straight for the car arriving at the GZ a short time later. Very happy to find a blank log and claim the FTF.
TFTC Sheelas and FTF!
