I am archiving this cache due to the unfortunate lack of action taken to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, brazanicspenharsie, requesting additional time.Despite ample opportunities provided for the Cache Owner to respond, their silence leads me to the conclusion that the cache has been abandoned. In such cases, archived caches will not be unarchived, and as a result, this location is now open for the placement of a new cache by another interested party. Thanks,BalayangCommunity Reviewer - Australia

###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.

The cache owner needs to:

* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.

Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.

Alternatively:

* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.

In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by brazanicspenharsie and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*

The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.

Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

For cache number three of my visited to this area’s second, I selected this cache. As I drove I recognised at least one place I visited yesterday.
I parked up and waited for some doggers to pass, but they chose that exact moment to turn back. So I got out and commenced my search. A search of short duration as I spotted it in the first place I looked.
With the cache in hand I ventured to a nearby seat to write in the log. Then the doggers came back again and one of the dogs came over to greet me. Apparently it was expecting treats. I tried to take in the serenity but that was difficult with a power tool being used in a house behind me. Back in the car I was struck by the contrast in houses (or perhaps one house in particular).

Out in Mandurah with the kids for a picnic on this lovely day, we did get a bit nervous on the drive down as there were some showers about but that wasn’t an issue once we arrived.
After a couple of hours playing and having lunch it was time for dad to have some fun too and we headed this way to search for a cache.
Once we got to GZ the container was spotted quickly and Mr B helped to retrieve it, some of the camo has started coming loose but still blends in well.

Thanks opted-out user for placing Novara Foreshore fun for me and others to find.
I added my name to the log at 14:25 on 5/10/2022.
This is find number 5807 for me.

Joint *FTF* with axell33. Axell33 noticed this one when he got home late last night from work so we slept on it believing it would be gone but in the morning it was still there! So we did the quick run down from Baldivis on this rainy grey day, no real deterrent for cachers and it was still unclaimed when we arrived. Searched the area around gz with no sign or luck. Then I read the hint and we changed tactics. We had looked, briefly, at this spot but moved away…….a nice, clever little hide here! Thanks for the hide brazanicspenharsie! Found at 0900h.

Wahoo *FTF* with Leega, noticed this one at work last night and by the time i got home at midnight we ummed and arrred about going out for some night caching and decided against and when we got up it was still there. So we made our way down to gz and started our search and wasnt having to much luck. Then with a little more focused search on certain area Leega spotted the cache. Nice hide. We opened up the log to find it still untouched. So we added our names to your log and returned your cache back to where we found it. TFTC brazanicpenharsie
