Find 3366Walked down to GZ and had a good search around at some likely spots. The gps was a bit jumpy and this added to the frustration.Geowife eventually discovered the cache in a pretty well hidden section.Log signed and back as found.Took the the trackable to move on.Interesting log sheet which matched the theme. Thanks Hamuza
The coordinates wobble around a little and we got thrown off by the clue and went to the wrong place. Previous photo helped us go to thr right spot. Easy find at the end!
Nothing to write on. But we were excited to find it. Coordinates great for us. thanks great cache
Picking up some caches in the area that I havent gotten too yet. Havent seen one like this before TFTC
Couldn't find - highly suspect that it's because the nearby electronics mess with the GPS signal
After catching the train from Beaufort, Chook had a hour or so to spare this morning while on her way to visit her son. Caught the train out to Holmesglen and was able to wait out 1 muggle before finding this cache. TFTC Hamuza.
This is actually my first geocache find and it did bring me some joy, realise I didnt have much to leave but maybe someone can find some enjoyment from it!
Third time was the charm. I got some help from the CO. I think I was overthinking that one. I like the logbook. TFTC
TFTC! Took us a bit of time to find this one so mum might need a cup of tea now! Added a bracelet in there. Definitely a unique log book too!
Autumnal Victorian Roadtrip.Day One: Arrive in Melbourne. Weather: dodgy at times. An on-the-way cache here. Ive ventured out this way for the nearby letterbox, and had to walk past this one. Not the cache container I was expecting! I was glad of the included pencil as the provided writing surface would not accept my biro.Im glad I did stop here, as things went a bit pear shaped later in the day with being stuck on a train for ages, the result of a tram dying at a level crossing. Not a numbers day! Thanks for something a bit different Hamuza.
Struggled a lot for half an hour, called a friend to help but still couldn't find it, will try again another day c:
A couple of hours to spare between events today, so Geoturtle37 and I teamed up to find a cache or three. This was the first on the list. We parked outside, as there was a boom gate blocking the way. Walked to gz, where GT found the container with a familiar container inside. The only time I've seen these used as a cache, they've been hanging from a tree, and rusty. Thanks for bringing us here by placing this cache, Hamuza ~~
We arrived and found that we couldn't access the cache the way we wanted to. After finding a parking spot, we took the short stroll to GZ. It didn't take too long to make the find. It was what we guessed but not where we guessed. Grateful that the signing was made easier with the extra effort here. Thanks for placing the cache for us to find.
Found it but pen wouldnt write on the tape / log. Lucky no students around so easy to explore
Currently trying to finish the year with a few finds to etch closer to my 11,111th cache. This cache had me a little confused. The container was what I expected but not hidden as i thought. Well done. Thanks to Hamuza for the fun and the adventure.
Found at 14:16On my way home from finishing my Christmas shopping and I had a little time so I decided to try this cache. By the cache name, I was expecting something higher but after quickly exhausting that idea I had the container found. My pen wouldn't work on the "log" but luckily there was a pencil included. Thanks Hamuza for the cache
Found it. But I still wonder what that piece of wood hanging on the fence is for. Maybe it's a distraction.

Found quickly and I love the unique log book! No chance of being observed today as school is out and many would-be muggles are at sporting events. Tftc.
When o found this one I couldn’t tell if it was rubbish chucked in the bush or a geocache. Definitely the most unique logbook I’ve seen.
With dot 558 on a morning for caching smiles so far 59per cent successful
We signed the log and retrieved the Tb
Thank you

Do I measure up?
Apparently so.
A quick find on the way from a pancake breakfast to a cleanup event.
Thanks, Hamuza.

I recently completed the CO‘s most original Ad Lab [Wats‘n a Name?](https://adventurelab.page.link/9XNx)
I couldn‘t believe that I had not found any of their other caches before, especially as they were all so attractively placed on my route home from work!
This was my first attempt to rectify the situation, and was a nice straightforward traditional! I remember finding a similar one which said that the logbook was something like 8.2m from the container…and it was!
Discovered a fantastic tree glowing the afternoon sunlight - or was that some mythical beast? Also, an inspiring food program in the otherwise empty cafeteria nearby.

You simply cannot write on the log with a standard pen. I had to unroll it to bare metal and make a mark.
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks for placing this geocache here for us to find today, for without those who like to hide geocaches, there would be nothing around for those who like to find geocaches.

Tried too hard at the start, we were about to leaf and then went back to basics
Out caching on a lovely sunny Winter's afternoon. I have done several caches like this, but in most cases, the log holder was permanently attached to something, often high up. So after I looked around and ruled that out, I found it in the next place I looked. But no matter how hard I tried, my PowerTank pen would not write on the log. I will email a photo to Hamuza as proof of my find. Perhaps a small felt pen could be left for future finders.
My thanks to Hamuza for the cache. I measured up, but my pen didn't!

Apologies for the delayed owner maintenance log. The broken cache has been replaced and is now more waterproofed. Same final coordinates.
We found the host wet and rusty and unable to to reset as it’s broken, literally.
We thought this was a great idea. Nice camo too.
We struggled to get it open, and water poured out of it. Not sure why it was stuck, looks like a combination of rust and water are the culprits.
However as we were trying to reset it, the log just gave way into 2 bits.
We were able to restash them together out of view, where it belonged.
But it needs replacing as it cannot be mended. It looks like it had ceased inside due to the rust.
TFTC, it’s a nice one, but unfortunately loss it’s functionality and needs replacing.

Do I measure up? Apparently I do! The mechanism is starting to rust and is difficult to access the logbook and return it the way it was found. TFTC
The Ying and Yang of Marvellous Melbs within a few kilometres - pockets of gardens and then concrete runways etc!.just as well I chose a Sunday arvo to get out on the trusty treadles so with not a sou or muggle in sight I could measure up….just. Cool bold cache indeed so a fave from me. TFTC and the FUN
As a rule, the other half of our team leaves these kind of caches for me to find. And find it I did.
TFTC. Love the camo

I had been in Camberwell for an appointment and afterwards ventured further south to find caches in the *Stonnington LGA* for a couple of challenges that I am working on. The traffic on the roads was building so I made this my last cache for the day.
Do I measure up? I guess I must do as I found the cache and could reach it. A very clever cache deserving of a Favourite Point...
Thanks **Hamuza** for this cache.

A balmy Friday night and after a little disagreement with the housemate, I thought I'd clear my head and try for some caches before it got too dark. Wasn't sure where to park for this one, but ended up on the street out on Batesford Rd. I wandered in and felt out of place, especially when it seemed like all classes were over for the day and a security car was sitting in the driveway.
I went over to GZ anyway and wondered what this could possibly be? A very clever use of a tool that's relevant to the buildings here, obviously when they were first constructed and by many of the students studying here. Actually, now I recall I've seen this done before down in Safety Beach on the Peninsula. Not sure if that cache is still there, but it was also one of these.
Added my name to the log, or should I say around the 1600mm mark. Thanks to Hamuza for something out of the ordinary.

After finishing work a little earlier today, I contacted Rebel Acts to see if available to do some local caching.
Love finishing work earlier but even better to be out caching.
Cheers for the cache and smile on the map

Out and about with My good caching mate Omegaman1971, there are always plenty of laughs while we are turning caches into smiles.
This is one of the caches found today. We felt a bit funny walking in past the security office, thankfully no one asked what we were doing and we were soon signing the log.
Thanks Hamuza for the cache.

On our way to meet friends for lunch, we passed by this cache. Being a Sunday, there was no-one around. A very clever cache with an appropriate name. I have seen this type before. Thanks Hamuza.
A simple but clever hide! Only 9.8 metres left in the logbook

We quickly spotted this one. What a clever way to create a cache! This was the first one we've seen like this and were so amazed. Very fun to sign the log on this one!! Thanks Hamuza

Interesting cache, difference the time of day wmakes!
Tftc. This was such a great cache! So fun! Unfortunately, forgot pen so couldn't sign log.
I searched for this cache a few weeks ago but it had been muggled. I braved the busses replacing trains, which worked surprisingly well, and undertook the hunt. I soon spied the cache and found that I did measure up.
We had managed to park in a nearby side street with a short walk to GZ. It was early afternoon and the amount of traffic was increasing. At the posted coordinates nothing seemed obvious so a took a couple of steps back and noticed something that seemed a little odd. On closer investigation all was revealed - a great hide and worth a favourite point. Thanks to Hamuza for the cache.
We are caching in the LGA of Stonnington this morning. Accurate coordinates and the cache name led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Hamuza for the cache.

I went for a bit of a stroll to this one, I was casually walking along and then realised I was where I needed to be, something caught my eye straight away and sure enough, it was the cache, a little different but I have seen a few in my time, the new log was signed and I was on my way.

I am not having a great day. I have a bit of an idea what I am after but searched for ages and could not find this cache. I must be losing my touch, if I ever had one.
Found this cache as part of an inner city adventure to boost my finds in the LGAs of Stonnington and Glen Eira.
Apparently I do measure up, I made short work of this find. TFTC!

Find #5262. Found @ 17:24 with The Good Lady Wife.
After running an errand for the in-law's, we stopped off on the way home for a few caches. This was the only one that we had luck finding.
Once we got to GZ, I quickly spotted the hide. My writing implement didn't want to play ball, but I made enough of a mark to be legible.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache Hamuza.

Out for the day with ahomburg and Earthbound Chief. We decided some caching was, of course, in order! We searched the map, looking for an area we all had a lot to find.
I don’t measure up. The Chief found this one, so he is clearly the only one who does. Poor us.
Thanks for the caches and puzzles we have had fun solving, Hamuza

We thought a Sunday would be an appropriate day to come and have a search for this one….no one around to wonder what on earth we were doing. We wandered past the security car & office on the way but not a soul to be seen. Arriving at GZ we spread out to start searching but the Chief soon had the cache spotted and log signing duties were done.
Had a drop off this afternoon and at the time of writing, the Cats were all over the Swans in the grand final. I thought I wasn’t going to miss much so headed for this one on the way home as I knew nobody would be here. At GZ , the hide was exposed so quick find with its novel log. Had to wait for a passing train to place it back. Thanks Hamuza for the hide.
What better day to find this cache than on an extra long weekend. Not a soul around as the TAFE was closed. There was nobody on the overlooking railway station platform and only the odd person walking to the station or the nearly empty carpark.
It was easy to get a parking spot in the railway carpark near the underpass to Holmesglen. I wandered through the underpass and down the lane to GZ. While waiting for my GPSr to settle I searched a couple of spots without success. Once it settled my GPSr kept taking me back to a particular spot. I was examining a type of spot where caches are often hidden when I turned around and noticed something that looked slightly out-of-place. Sure enough it was the camo of the unusual cache container and I then understood the significance of the cache title and description. I retrieved the cache and signed the quaint log at 6:20 pm. TNLN. I then returned the cache to its hiding spot.
Thanks Hamuza for the cleverly hidden and camo'd cache and especially the recycled cache container. I have never found a cache container like it before and it was a good hide in what would be a very busy spot on most days so it gets a fave from me.

After dinner tonight I stopped by with my smallest geokid and parked in the station since the street parking was full with everyone doing night classes I suppose.
Anyway a short walk and a quick search soon had the cache in hand.
Thanks Hamuza for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

We came here on a Friday night after the Storm game on our way home, and this was an easy find for Geoboy.
Out caching with Wombatwandering and this was our first find of the day. Its nice to catch up and chat, and this one had a wandering in circles for a while.
Met half of ConnieandRick at the station and then we wandered about looking for this. We made it much harder than it should be but we were too busy gossiping. Great to catch up again. Thanks for the cache.
I found a good parking place and wandered over to GZ .. it was a perfect day to find a cache .. despite the many cars parked at the TAFE there didn’t seem to be many people around so I was able to retrieve the cache and sign the log without any trouble .. another creative cache by Hamuza .. thanks
