I solved this one a long time ago, so we double checked the final coords to be sure nothing had changed. We found the likely spot, but no cache.

I had solved this puzzle a while ago after a helpful nudge from a caching buddy, and made a point to swing by today on my way to the nearby 18/18 event which was held this month at the Chartwell Westfield shopping mall. I hope it is still ok to log as found per the CO's previous note, thanks for the fun puzzle.

It took me a while but once I thought like a 9 yo I was on the right track.
I was coming to Hamilton to visit my grandchildren Olltill who also solved the puzzle with some prompts.
Logging with the permission of the CO.
Well done on the puzzle too..

I was over this way in Hamilton today and decided to pick up this cache. With a hint from the CO I managed to figure the puzzle out - I’m not that wonderful on puzzle caches!
Decided to add the photo in as proof that I was there as there is nothing to pick up currently.
Thanks for the puzzle

Many thanks for setting this up

Another one I found a long time ago and forgot to log. I must go through the mysteries and make sure I've logged the ones I've found. Your fb page helped me. thank you.

Cool wee puzzle and we’re in the area today getting some smileys. We saw the CO note once at
GZ so logging with that permission.

Roaming around the Hamilton area collecting a few caches before we had to head back to visit with family in Morrinsville, we decided to grab this long-since-solved puzzle. Unfortunately this cache was missing at the time we were there but as the CO has kindly noted, they are allowing logging by permission. TFTPC

The tree was trimmed shortly after placing this, but until we find a new place for it feel free to log as found.

Down in Hamilton for a day or two....your new caches and puzzles were top of my list!
Loved the solve on this!
Did a similar one recently in Whangarei!
Sadly the tree at gz has been trimmed...so it appears the cache might be gone.
A previous finder agreed this might be the case.
Hopefully you can find somewhere to put a replacement!
Cheers....

Found with ABCDF4. Hard to spot.

I was in Auckland at an event when this was published so a few of us stood there and worked out the solve. This done we carried on with the day. Seeing the FTF had gone before I left and as it was dark I never went for a look. Did the next day but was aware of prying eyes so gave up. Came back again but once again walked away empty handed. Today the eyes were only looking at the cache and it was soon spotted and then signed. So pleased it was to put signature on the log. Definitely made hard work of finding this but some of that was due to the hide itself. Well done and thanks for the cache.

After a nudge in the right direction from the owner, the puzzle was quickly solved over breakfast. A short walk later, and the cache was in hand. Thanks for the puzzle and cache!

With Gap (of Fap and Gap)… A mid morning start after a late night caching expedition. We have a few caches lined up for today. They are dotted around the countryside, so we’ll be zig zagging our way through the Waikato…

It’s roughly 12 hours since our first visit, and a few things are different. We have a better idea about the placement of this hide, the neighbour isn’t perched in her kitchen window (possibly asleep after last night’s escapade), and it’s daylight… And what a difference day time makes! A quick find on this cache - Thanks Finn Guise. TFTP and TFTC.

You win, no idea, guess I need to think like a 9YO

Having solved this, and the other new puzzle last night, we had an obvious area to target for our little caching adventure this morning. Our first couple of tries at counting didn't lead to anything useful. But when we applied a slightly different approach we quickly knew that we were on to it.
Arrived at GZ this morning and were a little apprehensive about searching in such an exposed location. Soon decided that it could not be THERE, so tried HERE and soon spied the container.
Thanks for a nice puzzle and TFTC.
We now see that a hint has been added for the hide. That should make it more obvious for future finders.

With Gap (of Fap and Gap)…

We attempted to find this hide at night - as per the attribute recommendations. This search was made more difficult because the neighbour was aware of our presence. She came out to confront us and objected to us being out in the street… Long story short - This isn’t an ideal night time cache, and the neighbour might have been more understanding if she were aware… It’s safe to assume the cache isn’t on her property.
