We found all 24 and had lots of fun but the phone ran out of battery 15 m away from the last one but we still found it love Hannah and dad
Second of the day and the ground is pretty wet which is a worry for GZed walking in a moon boot. Signed as CB+GZ. TFTC!
Was my last cache solo before meeting up with Its_Dozzie.The double ziplock bag is the answer to keeping these logbooks dry with Portland hints, thanks vk2df
Thanks for an awesome power trail. Really enjoying the walk along the pipeline. TFTC
Stefbz and I have been planning on doing the pipeline for a while now. And we decided to do it on a day that is very hot and stef is hungoverWhat an adventureSee you at the end!
nice easy way to start the day after a DNF at the earlier letterbox excited to see how far down the pipeline Mr_Siomiak and i get before we bail from heat exhaustion TFTC
Replaced the wet logbook with a new one, which has now been double bagged to hopefully keep it dry. Also cleaned & dried the inside of the container and replaced the pencil. Happy caching everyone
Jennyfromthefarm and I had been talking about doing this series for a while. Today we headed out on a warm sunny winters day. We meet at #1 then decided it was better to park a car at the start and end, so drove the second car to the end and worked our way in reverse on this series.
Thanks for placing this series, we really enjoyed and found this with ease.
#1, 2 and 3 were all sitting in their hiding spot with the caching label exposed and obvious. We have hid again better.

OCW discobob3 today and we met and parked at number 1 but while sitting in the car I looked at the distance and said let’s leave a car at each end which I’m very glad we did.
It was a decent walk with some varied terrain and three offshoot adventures to find other caches that weren’t very far off the trail.
Thankyou for placing and maintaining these caches along the pipeline. It was a worthwhile trip today to do it all in one go and we were happy to report each cache was found in good condition.
The walk took us approximately three hours at a relaxed pace.

On a nice sunny walk to try complete the pipeline track cache log is very wet TFTC
We are using this series for one of Mrs Gaztek’s knee replacement recovery walks. We attended a nice Bold and Beautiful swimmer gathering in Manly earlier then came up here and parked just below the reservoir. The plan is to head as far as #8 stopping at the even caches and return doing the odd ones.
Nice to see the reservoir above us as we approach from #3. Thanks for setting this series up, vk2df. We will complete the series in upcoming visits. SL TFTC Cheers… Gaztek

Out caching today with Helen. Beautiful day to do the pipeline walk. Log was to wet to sign. TFTC
Finished the pipeline series at the start, with my fav geocaching buddy, and across two trips to Australia. Wonderful series. Look forward to additions! Two magpies pointed the way, TFTC
Out visiting a colleague today (which ended up falling through) in the area so to the opportunity to start this pipeline trail. As a water engineer myself it was great to walk amongst this stellar piece of infrastructure. Tftc vk2df, a great series!
I am here visiting my family. I found this cache in the series. First find of the day was today.
Nice easy find to start with.
Thanks.

#25 MTB 21/01/2023 Gordon to Manly via the pipeline. Thanks for the brilliant trail vk2df #1837
Quick find out on New Years Day - having found a few of the other early pipeline series no problems here.
Thanks
Thanks
All the 4Rods and the geodog ventured out to find this series today. After a few caches little geodog found the going too hot and had to rest. Team 4Rods then had to split up as geodog needed attention. When the series started publishing we decided that we would find all the caches in the power trail in one go. We loved oved the crafted cache containers. Excellent work. Loved the series, and it gets a FP from us. (apologies for the 1 generic log)
Thanks team vk2df.
Thanks team vk2df.
First find of the day today. Lots of spiderwebs around the bidet hole but found it relatively easily. TFTC
First one for the day, I needed a paf to show me the way, after that all the others were easy to locate, thanks.
I have been watching this series grow so decided to come out and get some caches. Found relatively quick
Great to have so many new caches near work. Hoping to get out out and do some walks after work to get them over time. Don't want to do them all at once. I need the exercise.
First one of the series found quickly with good co-ords. Lot's of trick or treaters about. TFTC!

Together with Brewmaker I walked along the pipeline for quite a few caches. It was an enjoyable walk and each cache was a good find. Given the pipeline runs all the way to Pymble I expect quite a few more caches to be published!

OCW Its_Dozzie grabbing this Pipeline series. A pleasant stroll from one end to the other. We left the Brewmobile at one end and then drove in the Dozzie Jeep to #1 to start our journey. All hides were easily found and in good condition. Thanks for the series and TFTC
Apparently I'm the 6th person to find this today - first to write in the logbook though (?)
A friend used to live in the next street up, but I haven't been through here in yonks.
Cheers!

I just found this cache and am under the pipe now, which has good clearance here, hoping the storm will pass quickly so I can race back to the car. Thanks for a good hide, I will return for those we missed, on a dry day soon.
I really have no idea which day it is.* Long weekends do this.. (and that's my excuse). So vk2df - please disregard the selection of finding dates I penned into the logbooks... sigh. I discover that today is actually 5 October - which is when I found Pipelines #1,2,3.
At that stage, the heavens opened and the hilly path on which I was wading, became a roaring torrent and, soaked through, I splashed back to my parked vehicle like the wimp I am.
I had no idea this pipeline was here. Interesting. I found these three hides backwards - but finding is finding.
And, of course on my homeward journey I had to stop in a favourite shopping area (now under no risk of being covidly depleted of goodies by felonious out-of-towners). Coffee from the cafe there was amazing. And I carted home a reuben sandwich for my lunch - sooooooo goood.
Thank you vk2df for this enjoyable swim. I'll be back for the next 4 soon.. (and another reuben).
* OOPS... I realise now that not only is this day the 5th of the month, but the month itself is October not September... who knew?!!!

Ah finally at the start of the series!
I noticed as I walked that in this section some of the home owners have tried to landscape behind their fences. That helped provide cover as now it had cleared up a bit I could hear a muggle kid playing ball with his dog in the house behind the fence nearest to GZ. Both sounded like they were really enjoying it.
The cache was quickly found and LS so then I began my walk back towards Allambie Road.

Humming the Johnny Cash tune "I Walk the Line" I set out to walk the pipeline on a lovely spring afternoon. After parking the geomobile in Wyarama Street the journey commenced with Pipeline 1 through to 7 and after 5000 steps I was back at the geomobile. Job done in 75 mins. Not many muggles this afternoon, 1dog walker, 2 joggers, 4 bike riders and 1 walker, me. I'm glad that I had a walking pole, not only helped with the walking but also with the cache retrieval.
Thanks for placing this cache and thanks for this series vk2df which is up to your usual high standard.

A quick find along the pipeline track. Off to look for #2. I hope there are more in the pipeline. TFTC vk2df
Spent about 10 minutes trying to twist it open before my assistant had the bright idea to pull
