After driving through Dimboola multiple times we decided this time to divert and sign all the challenges along here including the new ones. We qualify for most but not all yet.TFTCC [Brad&Janet](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=Brad%26Janet) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCA1CAA/72449 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.User has 247 finds (50 needed).Filters:( types (Virtual Cache) )Brad and Janet are on another epic trip. This time across South Australia to Broken Hill. Then through central and Northern NSW and up into Qld where we will be picking up a new hybrid house-on-wheels. Then we will head south down through more of NSW via Sydney to catch up with B2. Then further south until we get into Victoria from where we will head back into South Australia. Along the way we will grab caches of opportunity.
Nice to see I fulfill this challenge and a nice find. Heading across to Adelaide, stopping at Wyperfeld National Park for an astronomical weekend. Always enjoying the adventure!Thank you The_Tritonz for placing this game piece here, contributing to this great game for myself and others to enjoy. Happy trails!

Visited & signed 5 October 2024 with catnap777 @ 3:02pm. After taking on the "This is SA" series, and making our way all the way up to Mount Moffatt for our first forray into The Little Desert, catnap777 & I, in the old Holden Rodeo took on several other deep-sand driving tracks both before and after a couple of CITO events we had posted our will attend for. Last thing before heading for home was to pick up all the challenge caches out Dimboola way that weren't published the last time we came through. Some we qualify for, some we dont, but thanks either way for the challenges. Keep em comin.
5 October 2024 15:05dalerious and I were on the road again and this week we were heading to Dimboola and beyond . As usual we were targeting specific caches and in particular, challenge caches that popped up in the area since the last time we visited. So these gems are signed, and all there is left to do is go out and get what's required to qualify for them.Thank you The_Tritonz for the challenge .
Love finding virtual caches but there arent that many in Tasmania. Hopefully with a bit of mainland travel Ill be able to boost my finds and finally be able to log this one as a find. In the meantime Ive found the cache and signed the log. Thanks The_Tritonz for bringing me along this road with the lovely pines. There was a nice seat available to sit and calmly sign the log.
Here with Snips and Co. I have already found this one but visited and took a TB for onward travel.
Signed and well on my way to qualifying, this may be the first in this series I achieve. Thanks The_Tritonz, I hope to be back soon to change this to a smiley.

This is another of this series I qualify for. I love doing Virtual caches and find them and Earthcaches particularly useful for caches in environmentally sensitive area, like the Great Ocean Road. They can also be useful in areas of high traffic flow. We loved coming along this road and finding the caches, especially challenges (which I also love) I have already qualified for and give me something to work towards. This indicates that I well and truly qualify for this challenge.[surefoot24](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=surefoot24) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCA1CAA/72449 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.User has 86 finds (50 needed).Filters:( types (Virtual Cache) )

As our convey of three vehicles headed across from SA through VIC & NSW, we are focusing on collecting some LGAs before heading to the ACT Mega. To save space on all log sheets, we signed as 5 for QLD.All caches we found were in good condition, and with the odd wet logbook being replaced with write in the rain paper.Snickersallan fulfills challenge 50 Virtual Cache Challenge (GCA1CAA) according to https://project-gc.com/Challenges.Thank you to all cache owners for placing these hides for the benefit of the geocaching community
We attended a Mega in Adelaide for Leap Year, and are now slowly making our way to Canberra for the Easter Mega. We called in here to find this series of Challenge Caches, because we know we are close to some and will fill others in the future. We are using the Acronym 5 for QLD to sign the log sheets. As this is a bulk GSAK logging, I do not have time to check the individual cache to see if I qualify just yet. That will come later. Today, I am just recording that my name is in the log Sheet. It was a pleasant drive through that countryside, and we were pleased to find all the caches on our list. So, log signed and cache replace as found on 16th March, 2024. TFTC, The_Tritonz.
Heading now to Canberra, cross crossing across the states picking up LGAs as we travel. Will be logging when I return home.Caching with and signing as 5 for QLD. RoddyC hatzofff imbunda snickersallan and grannysmith1947.TFTCache The_Tritonz
A fun challenge visiting a variety of virtual caches across Australia. From a Desert Oasis (GCM4AH) to City Views (GC7B6ZE), out beyond The Black Stump Virtual (GC9P7J9) to meeting a number of animals including The Giant Koala (GC9P7DH), Big Little Penguin - Virtual Reward 3.0 (GC9P5BJ), a little pooch called The Pikemans Dog (GC891CV) and a Tiger by the Tail (GC8920N). I have stopped in places to remember times passed, Darwin War Memorial (Darwin Lest We Forget) (GC9P4PW), Ash Wednesday 1983 (GC891E6) and even a special old tree Middlesex Post Office Tree - Virtual Reward 3.0 (GC9P5WY), some places I have visited, I want to ask Why The Hell Is It There? Well after a whirl wind tour of Tasmania to help with 3 challenges that Im working on, I got back in late Tuesday night then packed the Geowagon and headed off to SA early Wednesday morning to attend the Leap Year Mega and to also tick off some LGAs along the way as well.Well after crossing the border and staying in Millicent, Wellington, Cape Jervis, Kingscote and then in Adelaide for a week and an half Im now safely back in Victoria on home soil. The Leap Year Mega was a great event and I had a ball and another Mega to add to my list.Stayed in Nhill last night as Kaniva was booked out for a wedding and now to make the final trip home. After attending a Wedding in Dimboola I followed this track home to sign these challenges and I will check them when I get home to see if I qualify. Thanks The Tritonz TFTCC.

Alltid hyggelig med et nytt smilefjes p kartet.????Cachehilsen fra Ellen Sch, Norge????????????Me and MrVon sr have come down to Australia and New Zealand, -an old dream has finally come to an end. Team Eika and Ingsve have also traveled with us on this trip.We have been traveling cross-country for a month, and the goal is to end up in Adeleide and mega-event on the leap year. We have especially looked for old caches, to fill jasmer'n, for a couple of pieces, and for the other two of us who have started to think about reviewing more. The vast majority of them showed up at their places, sometimes we had to search a bit, but we were usually lucky in the end. There were also some DNFs.????We have mostly logged in with the common nickname N4 (ingsve, Von sr. TeamEika and Ellen Sch), but our own nicknames are also used.A big thank you to all you CO's for laying out and maintaining your caches. Without their work, we would never have been able to make a living with this hobby.Always nice to have a new smiley face on the map.????Cache greetings from Ellen Sch, Norway????????????[Ellen Sch](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=Ellen%20Sch) har brukt [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCA1CAA/72449 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") for se om vedkommende er kvalifisert for denne utfordringen, og det er vedkommende.User has 404 finds (50 needed).Filters:( types (Virtual Cache) )

As a once in a lifetime holiday, this year we are traveling for 7 weeks to Vietnam, Bali, Australia and New Zealand. In Australia we meet Ellen Sch and MrVon sr and Ingsve to visit these last two countries, so here we cache together. We signed the log with N4. Now we have solved many caches so we have a large number of solved coordinates. But we are interested in all types of caches, so if you receive a log, it means that we have visited your cache. We haven't quite decided where we're going, but we'll probably let the weather decide for us. We want warmth because in Norway it is now freezing. We will stay for about 2 weeks in Australia and 2 weeks in New Zealand and we will end the trip with the Mega event in Adeleide on 29 February. So thank you very much to all of you who make it possible for us to travel around finding caches. On March 6, we set course for Norway again. There are extremely nice people everywhere and we are welcomed, we thank you very much. Thanks to our cache friends for good company on the trip. Found this cache on a 24-day trip to Australia and New Zealand with a night of stopover in Qatar. In Qatar we have an evening and almost a full day of geocaching before we take the long flight to Downunder. In Australia we will visit the citys of Sydney, Melbourne, Aidelaide and Cairns. Our stays in New Zealand will be in Aukland, Rotorua, Wellington, Blenheim, Christchurch, Dunedin and Queenstown. For me the focus will be on old caches, placed in 2000 and obviously on the remaining webcams in Australia and New Zealand. We are a group of 38 Geocachers from Germany, Denmark and Luxembourg. At geocaches that we visit as a group, we sign the logbooks with our team-name "Team DownUnder24" to safe the owners a lot of space in the logbooks. For two days keeiner and me split of the group and headed to Aidelaide for the 3 webcams there. We took a rental car and a night in the Hotel there.A quick find. FP for the nice big container.Merci frs Dosal sogt da GoanToni Thanks to The_Tritonz for hiding and maintaining this geocache.

There aren’t a lot of Virtual caches in Metropolitan Adelaide (although the last of the 3.0 series have just been released ahead of the March 1 deadline). What has really made a difference is a trip to the USA last month. Virtuals everywhere, and mostly old ones too.

Virtuals are one of my favorites my goal on 2020 was to get to 200 alas this was thwarted by COVID cancelling 2 big OS trip. Have just made it to 200 recently. Time to reassess the target for this year. TFTC
Found with JJ52 and Michells&hound on our Ballarat Geo Tour trip. We left Adelaide early Friday morning and travelled home Sunday. We found all the Ballarat Geo Tour caches over the weekend as well as a few others along the way. We even attended a event in Sebastopol on Sunday before we headed home. 24 more Virtual Caches before I can log a find on this one. TFTC

After hanging in Canberra on the escooters, we found a heap of virtuals. I qualify almost three times over here.
A big day today. Started with a 5k run in Frankston and a new LGA, another new LGA in Melton for lunch, the big Koala, a few challenge caches in Dimboola and an oldie and finished in Keith with an evening drive.
What a year Sandyofthesea and I have had. We kitted out the Prado and took off from Perth, Western Australia at the start of April 2022 to travel more of Australia using geocaching as a guide to see the sights. We started with the Nullabour, Eyre and York Peninsulas, the Riverlands, visited family in Victoria and then back in SA it got cold. Flinders and the Oodnadatta Track was amazing and we finally warmed up in Dalhousie Springs. The Alice beckoned and then a change of plan and we ended up tackling the Tanami Track to the Kimberley and Bungles Bungles. Territory Day in Darwin was unhinged - please try and do it! The Gulf, the coast and the car breaker ‘Old Tele Track’ to the top of Cape York. This is a must but it’s not easy! Eventually made it to Brisbane to get some fixes to the car….. let’s see where we end up.

Left with Mogni the day before Christmas to go down to Mount Gambier for Christmas Day. Then on the 27th left for Victoria. Plan A was to go to the Ottway Rangers, complete the Geo tour in Ballarat and then head to Geelong and take the Queenscliff ferry over to Sorrento then grabbing new LGA's on route to almost the New South Wales/Victoria border and the old 2001 cache near there. Also attending a community day event, a CITO and a couple of other events as well. Then head in to the high country and come back to SA in 11 days. Things didn't go to plan. Turns out that one of my almost new tyres was defective ( side wall blown out ) and blew in the ottway ranges on a narrow road in the rainforest, Drove to Melton to stay overnight and get a new tyre there, tyre machine broken and the other 5 tyre companies not open so off to geelong for a new tyre ( and some caches on the way and in geelong ) . The event we where going to attend in geelong didn't turn out, he was late by ALOT to his own event. Then to ballarat to same day since we had a b&b booked for the next few nights. Planned on getting the ferry at 1200 and ended up on the 400 pm ferry but we did attend a event and CITO in geelong. Then we drive into the rear end of a thunder storm with forecast 20 mm dropping for the next few days. Cancel the high country and change targets to letterbox D/T for fizzy grid only using letterboxes and same wirh the multi fizzy grid plus fizzy grid only using victorian caches plus any challenge caches we where near. Plus getting a few more victorian 2001 caches. And finally any caches that had 40 more more favourite points. Only got soaked to the bone for a couple of days but the water on the tracks was noticeable. On the return home tried to get the rest of the missing LGA's around the Melbourne CBD i missed in the last mega. Still a fun trip was had if not the planned one.

I was on a road trip with sushilord heading to Bendigo for a few days and finding caches far and wide. We weren't after numbers just out of the way places and caches with lots of favourite points. We had an enjoyable and fun time, but I was stuffed by the time we got home.
We were on our way home and decided to stop at these challenge caches even though I don't qualify for them all...more challenges to work towards. [^]

Thanks for the cache The_Tritonz.
JJ52 and myself had a fun and productive three days traveling to visit Bendigo and finding some caches along the way. Any excuse to stretch the car's legs. Today it as time to head home via some back roads to gather up some out of the way caches.
I'm not close to achieving this challenge but my name is in the log book for when I get there.

Find # 11376
An arvo drive to Dimboola. After securing a shiny I was off to gather the ad lab and some other smilies.
Seeing this short challenge trail I headed off before the rains came.
Wow one of these I do qualify for

Found by Mary and David at 14:46. Yes, we qualify, and we'll be able to do another at the Giant Koala at Dadswell's Bridge. We do love a Virtual:

Geoturtle37 and I headed up this way to attend The_Tritonz Desert Trip. We are very pleased to say that we have been able to attend them all to date. They are always awesome fun with a great group of people.
Pleased to say that I already qualify for this one. Thank you for the cache and the challenge.

I have done this great little series twice as Papi4506 and I completed it before heading out to Kiata to camp and again the following day with Team Crackers. It is a lovely area to take a drive although I wasn't expecting prime movers on the road this early. Not sure who got the biggerst surprise though, the driver or myself. Thanks for placing these caches. Now to work on qualifying for as many as possible. Thank you for placing them and setting some new challenges.
Still about 500 or so behind in my logging so will check later and see what I qualify for. Thanks.

Travelling with Geoturtle37, Papi4056 and micapapamedic, we hadn't even checked to see if we had qualified for these challenges but it was a great opportunity to add our name to the log and hopefully one day fulfil them.
Happily on checking we did meet the requirements for this one, many thanks The_Tritonz for placing these caches for us to find.

*Cache find # 13684.*
This weekend I was heading to the Little Dessert for a couple of celebrations events but on the way, I had a slight detour through a few LGA's that I was needing a few more finds for a certain Whittlesea challenge cache.
Another reason to come out this way was to also find this group of challenge caches and find them I did.
**Thanks to The_Tritonz for placing this cache.**

Road-trip!!! Things had started to settle down post Mega so I decided to jump on board The Tritonz latest desert adventure. I ended up leaving later than planned so there was some night time caching involved.
Thanks to the new release of virtuals I more than qualify for this one.

November 2022. Time for the second Victorian Mega of the year. This time in Whittlesea. What is it with W's? Time for another epic road trip. Who will join our merry crew? We traveled from South Australia and camped in the pig pen. It rained. It blew. It was sunny. It was not sunny. All four seasons. Beautiful location and some awesome caches.
Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun.
Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke für den Cache. Gracias por el caché. Bedankt voor de cache. Kiitos kätköstä. Zikomo posungira. Terima kasih untuk cache. Hvala cache. Köszönöm a cache. Nga mihi mo te keteroki. Dankie vir die kas.
