Wow what a way to ruin I nice place for me.

Amazing, absolutely amazing. So far the best geocach I have found.

After visiting last night, we are back with both kids (youngest a bit too scared last night) and have found the log. Love the cache and adventure. Definitely worth a favourite point

Absolutely fantastic! If I could give multiple favourites, I would. Found tonight with 2pods, Kazz444 & Mistysoho with a guided tour by the CO. Thanks for all the hard work & thought that went into this - its stunning

Now, thats an experience! Setting out just before dark for the first part of the multi, guided by the CO and with safety in numbers - Goldberry17, MistySoho and Kaz444 - we set off into the unknown, prepared to be a little spooked and we werent disappointed! Finding GZ was astounding, especially in the darkening night - creating an atmosphere of its own, beautifully crafted, and very satisfying. Fav from us. TFTC!

Darkness, wind, sprinkling rain - lots of atmosphere. Glad I was accompanied by CO, Goldberry17, 2pods and Mistysoho. This was an amazing cache. So creative! Thanks Mighty Minions for creating this adventure. A big favourite from me.

While in town visiting everyones friendly neighbourhood ogre, we headed out for a spot of caching. He had a few yet to find in these parts, and I had a few more, so this is the direction we headed. The Shrek said this was a must do - checking the listing I was amazed to see a 77% hit rate on FPs, a great achievement for any cache... Arriving at GZ in the waking hours meant that some elements lacked their nighttime luster, but I was still pleased with what I found. Like others I struggled with what to do next. Despite much effort and heavy inspection, I could not work it out, and unfortunately Shrek's memory at this point failed him. I was grumbling about the disappointment/frustration as I was putting things back in position ready to chalk it up as a dnf, and, without warning, the access I was seeking revealed itself. Just in the nick of time. It was the method I had anticipated, but for whatever reason, perhaps rain v wood it was against me. At any rate, a great little find of a very well constructed cache, from the story to the log. I've only been to Jenny Dixon beach once in my life, and now I can say I've been to her "resting" place too (kind of). Thanks for the hide Mighty Minions!

This is THE most creative and interactive cache. A favourite point from me! We attempted this one back in February while camping at Toowoon Bay.Our first mistake was taking the dog on our night-time adventure. We discovered he has an issue with torches! He barked, jumped, and attacked the torch the entire way to the first clue. The second mistake was that I didn't know who Uncle Victor was! I messaged the owner and was given the information required to move on. Thank you! When we arrived at Jenny's resting place, my partner spotted her first... and nearly pooped his pants! It's lucky there are no houses close by to hear the ruckus we made, squealing, laughter, and the dog still barking at the torch . How to open the cache? It feels so real and solid with no moving parts? How the?Now we have mozzies, and my autistic dog has bitten the torch out of my hand, I called it quits, "Let's get out of here!" We'll try another time.Fast forward six weeks, we are back in the area, camping at The Entrance North. We have the dog again, so we went to visit Jenny in daylight... no torch required! The container is a very tight fit, and WOW, I was not expecting what was inside! Well done to everyone involved. Thanks for the cache!

We found Jennys ghost & mistakenly spent far too much time trying to find the cache in the immediate vicinity only to spot her final resting place nearby and finally CIH.So much time and effort has gone into this cache definitely worthy of a fav point!

We have travelled from Sydney's Northern Beaches to the Central Coast for a five day midweek holiday, staying at the Norah Head Holiday Park (caravan park) in Norah Head. Having already found most of the caches around Norah Head and the areas surrounding Tuggerah & Budgewoi Lakes on previous holiday visits, except for a few new ones and the odd DNF needing a visit/revisit, on this trip we will be concentrating our efforts in areas to the north of Lake Munmorah. Planning to explore areas around the southern & eastern shores of Lake Macquarie, including Wyee, Gwandalan, Doyalson North, Cams Wharf, Murrays Beach, Pinny Beach, Caves Beach, and Swansea. Photos will be uploaded to logs on our return to home base.Today we started off with a short trip out to Norah Head Lighthouse to log a special release Geocaching HQ Locationless cache, then took a drive up to Swansea for some Traditional caches and a five stage Adventure Lab, stopping along the way for some more Traditional caches and a Mystery/Puzzle cache with an onsite solve. Returned to the caravan park for a swim in the pool and for dinner, but headed out caching again after dark for a spooky night MultiCache at nearby Magenta. This was the 22nd of 22 finds for the day (day 2), and 30th find of the holiday. This cache was on our "must do" cache list when we were first planning & booking our Norah Head holiday a couple of months back, so it was super disappointing to suddenly see it disabled just a week before our arrival, but thankfully the CO performed some speedy maintenance just in time. And so all was now set for a spooky evening of caching. After dinner we waited for darkness to fall, then off we all went to the starting location (posted coordinates), armed with our new 4000 lumen torch and accompanied by our beloved Uncle Victor. Down the trail we strode, observing the little flashes of light from the fire tacks, and soon arrived at the triple treat. Our Uncle Victor said he knew what needed to be done, and he soon deciphered what we needed, and we now had some coordinates to the next stage of the mystery.Soon arrived at a familiar location, but we have never been here in the dark, so our 4000 lumen "floodlight" came in handy. Ended up in an unfamiliar location where the ghost of Jenny suddenly made an appearance ( yes it's true, we really did see her!) and we spotted her final "earthly" resting place. Worked out what we needed to do, after a bit of fiddling around, and soon had the well guarded (he needs a feed) CIH. TNLNSL, and then replaced (reset) everything exactly as we had found it.WOW, so much work has gone into making this cache, it's a work of art and deserving of multiple Favourite points. Thanks so much Mighty Minions for the cache, and for the excellent & speedy maintenance to allow us to complete it on our holiday, which has left us with a caching experience to cherish. Needless to say it's a big Favourite point from us.Find #6521

waypoint 1 has been replaced and we checked on the final. All is good .

25-Nov-23
Was just doing the geo-maps for our upcoming Central Coast holiday (staying at Norah Head December 4th to 8th) and noticed this one was disabled yesterday. Really hoping it's back before our trip, as we had it on our list of "must do" caches, and had already printed out the cache listing in hard copy last week.

24-Nov-23
it seems waypoint one is missing. I will fix ASAP

A NSW COTY nomination for sure, one of the best. Absolutely spooked me, probably be having nightmares, lol.Drove up for a nearby puzzle, and while walking out to that GZ, was on the lookout for the tacks. Approaching dusk, with storm clouds gathering, decided to give this a crack sooner than later.Easily found the tacks, love these eucalyptus gums scattered here and there along the track.Found the location of the next waypoint, a matter now to search and use the required TOTT that I spent hours looking around the house as its been so long since the last time of use.Flagged an issue, then the numbers came to me.I had pre read the attached link about the unfortunate story and then the claims of erie circumstances with the story.Made my way to GZ, nearly lost my soul, Jenny was there before me. She didnt mention a word, just blowing in the wind.A short time later, I found where I needed to be, and discovered the method of retrieving the cache.Such a spooky fun experience, FP, an absolute pleasure, an amazing effort to make it all work together and thank you MightyMinions

What an amazing cache! So much effort has gone into this one and it has really paid off. Such an experience finding this cache.
Firstly, my sister and I attempted this one a few weeks ago, but had the wrong idea about the trail we were supposed to take, and were focused incorrectly on a bush track, not realising the correct one was just to our right, whoops!
We returned tonight to redeem ourselves and found the path and the fire tacks easily this time. Got to the 3 final tacks and used our tools to identify the coords to GZ.
From there it was a short drive to GZ, where we had no trouble locating the cache and its guardian, but we did have some difficulty figuring out how to get to the log. We thought we'd tried everything except brute force, so messaged the CO who pointed out the simple way in that we hadn't tried. Doh!
So cool. So hard to write a comprehensive log without giving anything away, so anyone who is thinking about doing this one, don't hesitate! Just do it!
This was lots of fun, thank you!!

21-May-23
After a previous false start and some guidance from the CO, my geo-sister and I headed out tonight for take 2. This time we went the Right way and followed a clearly marked path. Then we got distracted by our conversation and went straight past the market we were looking for!

After realising the trail had gone cold, we retraced our steps and soon found the waypoint. The final coords obtained, we headed to GZ.

GZ was as spooky as some of the other logs here promised. We spotted the cache, and then spotted Jenny herself. We then got a bit stumped - how does one access the log? We tried all kinds of things, but eventually another message to the CO was required. Turned out we had tried the right approach, just had to get the angle right! And what we found inside was also excellent.

I loved every step of this cache, and the effort that went into setting it up. Thanks for the adventure, the assistance, and the effort! You set the bar very high for all other cache owners, Mighty Minions!

Our first multi cache - so excited to do this one with MAC and Pig!! We had so much fun finding this one, a night to remember!! Thanks Mighty Minions for a spooktacular cache-this will be a hard one to beat!

This was a night to remember. Our first night cache. What a great cache. Thanks MightyMinions. So well done! TFTC

08-Apr-23
Well that was a spooky way to spend the night! Found at 10pm with just a group of 2.
It was just about a full moon tonight, which almost worked against us for the for the fire tack trail, but we still managed to spot them all okay! My wife made the find at WP1, even though she was spooked out the while time. Ever since she had heard about the Jenny Dixon story she has always been too scared to even drive Wilfred Barrett at night time, so I'm surprised she even came out with me. (Although she has this weird thing where she is really intrigued by what scares her so when we got home she was in a YouTube rabbit hole watching people trying to find/talk to the ghost... ).

GZ was a little bit unsettling at this time of night, but fits the theme perfectly and the effort you have put in to the container and decor around GZ is fantastic!

Sorry we didn't make it to the event but congrats on 10 years caching!

Thanks for the experience and hide! Will gave a FP. This could be the perfect Halloween cache if a future cacher is planning a time to do this one!

Ohhhh, just to start.. You can have all my favourite points!!!! This is a fantastic night cache ??Wombles and I started just on dusk (Im a big sook and still afraid of the dark), I was happy there was still a small amount of light. We were able to follow the fire tracks and locate the information for GZ. After a spooky walk back to the car we were zooming off to GZ. We lost daylight very quickly as we meandered our way to our final destination. It was dark (too dark!) when we discovered the awesome cache, my heartbeat was certainly racing. Thats when, while signing the log, I nearly had a mild heart attack ?? You got me!!!! Looking up, I wasnt expecting that! With logged signed and everything back as it should be it was time to go. I think a small amount of running may have occurred on my part to make it back to the safety of my car ??Thanks for the cache Mighty Minions Big GrinPS. While walking back from the first location I put on my GhostTube app. An app that helps to communicate with spirits. The only message that came through at one point was Am I dead ?? I have never had it say that before. It certainly added to the atmosphere of the night.

This was an awesome adventure!
My first actual “night” cache. We didn’t start in the dark, but just before dusk. It was still very easy to find the tacks and follow the trail to the container which gave us the final location.
We had wondered the day before why there wasn’t a cache there!
We wandered on in and it was quite dark by now. Especially in here.
We found the cache quickly but took a few minutes to work out how to access the log.
When we worked that out there was still another surprise.
And then while signing the log Nyssaflutterby gave our a bit of a squeal! I couldn’t help laughing at her reaction to the Cos last surprise here!
Well done!!

Congratulations on 10 years of geocaching fun MM (I'm looking forward to reaching that milestone myself in 12 months time) and I'm really sorry I couldn't make it to last night's celebration.

I was intrigued by Jenny's story when I received the new cache notification last night, so was pleased when I was contacted by Rozway this afternoon inviting me to join her crew to search for the cache tonight ... something about moral support or safety in numbers, just in case Jenny was around. Naturally, I jumped at the chance!

We arrived at the posted coords a little before dark and it took a few minutes for us to spot the first marker, but once we did, we had no problems in finding our way to the waypoint and, having noted the cache attributes, in locating the directions to GZ. After bumping into and having a quick chat with the Fishes on our way back to the car, we then headed to GZ or at least as close to GZ as we could drive. The residents there were fairly quiet but we did encounter a couple of giant spider webs as we made our way through the bush. Approaching GZ, we spotted what could only be the cache straight away and then enjoyed deconstructing the structure in order to reach the log. As we were attending to business, though, we were startled by a ghostly apparition that seemingly appeared out of nowhere behind us ... a nice touch, I must say ... and now I know why I was invited along!!!

Thanks very much for creating such a wonderful caching experience MM ... one of the best I've encountered in recent times. It thoroughly deserves the fave point I'm adding to what really is a most impressive tally for a cache that's just 24 hours old ... well done!

We missed last night's event unfortunately, as a bunch of wasps attacked MrsFish, however we decided she was OK for tonight. It was just light enough to see Shrek, Bedlem2 and rozway as they returned from WP1, and after greeting them we headed up the well marked trail. Not long after leaving WP1 we were heading off to the final location which was suitably quite scary with an amazing cache container and camo, and themed distractions too. Thanks Mighty Minions, you must have had so much fun in producing this top cache, now a favourite of ours and a great way to remember your ten years.

Find No: 8735. Was busy with the BBQ so missed out on the initial excursion but thanks to the CO's we made it to the absolutely brilliant final, probably the best cache I've ever seen, gets as many favorite points as possible, thanks for the cache Mighty Minions!!

Tonight was the night. Contacted Shriek to see if he would like to join us. Picked up Shriek and off we went. On our way we ran into the fishes who were out as well doing it. Well that was a very good cache. Definitely giving it a favorite

12-Feb-23
Sounded at bit scary so asked Shrek if he would to join us. We were hoping to see Jenny but no luck there. Picked up coords for final and off we went. Had to clear the way of a few spiders then soon found what we were looking for. Well done. Have to give a favourite for this one. A good night was had by all. Thanks

Joint **FTF** with everyone from the Mighty Minions 10 year Geo-Versary!

We raced of from the event and arrived at GZ and parked so we wouldn’t get stuck in front of people. We spotted the first tack and started jogging between the tacks and found the coordinates.

After a short drive we met up with everyone and started the short walk to GZ. We spotted the ghost first and we searched for the container and after a few seconds spotted the incredible container…

Amazing cache, definitely deserving of an FP… TFTC Mighty Minions TNLN SL

I wasn't quite sure what to expect with this cache, other than a need for a light and a UV torch which I put fresh batteries in before leaving home. Once the notification came through, I followed Team737 and BillHill531 out to the starting point. By the time I'd read through the description and donned my head lamp, Samuel737 had dashed on ahead. The trail of reflectors was easy to follow even though the sun had only just set and, once at the location, I joined the group gathered around and recorded the coordinates for the final.

Back on the road again, we soon ariived at our destination and, wow, what an amazing construction awaited us! There have been some awesome MM caches like the WOO trail but this one is right up there. It goes without saying that it's getting an FP and I only wish I could give it more than one.

Many thanks for a fantastic night with both the event and this cache. It will take a lot of topping.

Out for a big day of caching on this fine Saturday with DJANT and extras
Thanks Mighty Minions for placing the cache this one is find #2340 for me TFTC.

Here’s to the next 10 and beyond.

What a blessing geocaching is - to have a ready excuse to come and catch up with good friends and to have a fun adventure in the dark with the kids by torchlight.

We had a bonus kid tonight and this was her very first ever cache! What a benchmark we’ve set though - no mint tin in a guardrail will cut the mustard after this.

We waited until twilight when the spooky factor would kick in and enjoyed a pleasant stroll. The fire tacks were easy to spot and even my three year old was charging along trying to beat his big sisters to the next one.

Sadly at WP1 our UV torch didn’t work but I query whether it’s just a crappy purple filter on our torch and not actually UV! Fortunately other cachers were on hand to use a much brighter one! Reckon I had a spare in the boot the whole time too.

A short drive to a suitably spooky location and we were off to GZ where a very loud “oh wow” was heard at one sight, followed by even louder gasps when they found the cache container (?) itself!

Definite FP from us. What a wonderful night! TNLN TFTC

I jointly found the cache with the first group to find the cache. One of the best caches I have ever found. Thank you Mighty Minions for the event and the multi which I thoroughly enjoyed. A lot of thought and effort went into producing and making the cache and the trail. A favourite from me.

**FTF** group FTF on this one, what a great idea for a cache. And especially night cache not enough of these around, thanks for your effort and hard work fav from me

How much fun was this!?
As the event wound down, the alerts all sounded. We waited a little for the sun to go down a bit, as it was still pretty light. Arriving at the parking we saw that some had slipped out earlier! The torches all fired up and we were off along the path, finding where we needed to go without hassle.
We then took the convoy to GZ and trekked in under torchlight, making a joint ***FTF***, and what a beauty that is, a pleasure to find, well thought out and executed... easy FP here.... TFTC!!

11-Feb-23
Found with most of the event attendies, as we got notification of a new cache nearby, So of we went with our torches (we were prewarned) and got to our way point, and then to the final in an appropeate setting to make a joined [*FTF*]

Signed log and Cache replaced as found.
**Thanks For The Cache** Mighty Minions.

This makes the 2nd cache of 2 for today making a grand total of 3978 at 10:31PM on this Saturday the 11th of February in the Year 2023

Joint FTF with a great group of fellow cachers after attending the nearby event celebrating 10 years of caching adventures for Mighty Minions.
After the notification came through about the new cache, eemiaj and I slipped off to begin the search.
Followed the trail to the WP info, and headed back towards the car to make our way to GZ, but met up with some friends along the way.
After waiting about 100 metres from GZ for the colleagues to catch up, we made our way to the exceptional cache. Brilliant location for a brilliant cache and containers. TFTC and Fave Point

Thats one way to wrap up an event. Publish a cache nearby. So off we trundled to the given coords, and after a couple of false starts, as we could not spot any cats eyes looking back at us, we were under way. Following the path, and the plentiful markers, we came upon Team Garbageman +1 returning from their first stage quest. Mr Garbageman mentioned his UV light was a little dodgy, so sent his eldest back with us to ensure we all got on the right path. Such a delight chatting to this aspirng cricketer. So we got what we came for, and after being spot lighted by the blueys, we headed back to the car and moved on to the final coords. Cemetarys dont seem to be as spooky as they were once, seem to be lit up like a little city. Anyway, down the back we went, and followed the arrow till we came upon the gohstly apparition of Jenny. Spooky. The kids found the marker for the container, and after more marvels inside, we signed the log. On the way home, i read the cache description, and what a story. Very interesting. Thanks for all your efforts, and telling me of Jenys plight. TFTC. Fave from me.
