Made it just in time. Returning to a familiar area, we all got to work, although judging by one of McLookers’s photo, Steve had obviously taken on the Supervisors role:)

The area looked pretty good before we started, then looked fantastic when we finished.

Another great CITO at Coburg Lake.

I was looking after my niece Harper so I offered to take her to a new park after we did some weeding.

She loved her new gloves and we got to work in the upper section.

Weeding on a Wednesday the perfect opportunity for cachers to get together, share each other's company and contribute to the development of the 'geocaching' special area of the local park area.

Well, I didn't expect to be here quite so soon after the last working bee, but it's a perfect day for a stroll to the event beforehand and then to roll up our sleeves and get into it for the new month.

This time, I spent the hour forking mulch into wheelbarrows for a change of pace, in between a good long chat with Long John Silva. It hardly even seemed like work.

Thanks, McLookers, and all who participated. The ridge looks fantastic.

Please park on the park side of the road as it is rubbish collection day for the houses.

Weed. I don't know whether I am Bill or Ben. All good. Thanks for organising this CITO and TFTC.

Only my 2nd CITO so I thought I'd attend and help out before work. It was wheel-borough duties for me and moving mulch from a pile to the recently weeded gardens. It was a good workout that I really enjoyed and the effort put in by all who attended was fantastic. Great turn out and well done by McLookers for getting on board with the friends of Coburg lake to help make this area a great place for everyone to enjoy. ??

After the nearby breakfast event, I headed to a very familiar location to assist with the weeding and mulching on a Wednesday. The geocaching nook is looking really good after the previous CITO's here.

Thanks to McLookers for coordinating this CITO with the Friends of the Merri Creek.

Back to our familiar section of Coburg Lakes area, we continued to weed and spread mulch. As always, everyone pitched in to make a noticeable difference. It is a fantastic feeling to collaborate with a community group.

After a breakfast event nearby how could I not attend this one too?!
A familiar GZ had us weeding, carting and mulching and with the cool weather it felt much easier than our last get-together here last month.
With the initial focus area now largely taken care of we branched out a little further to more challenging weeding terrain.
These events tick many boxes - social, ecological, plus a geosmilie!

Should learn to read the description! I came prepared with my 'picker-uperer' not my weeding apparatus or rake. All good though as hands do a great job any way.

Back at Coburg Lake for the second time in 3 weeks... shoveling mulch into wheelbarrows as part of a team effort to improve the (not so) little *geocachers nook* at the lake.

Back to the Coburg Lake Rocky Outcrop to continue the weeding and mulching this morning.
I brought my husband with me this time and he enjoyed joining the mulching team. He moved wheelbarrows of mulch while I pulled out the small weeds that had grown since our previous CITO. The area is looking great and we need an appropriate name for the small area that the geocachers had 'adopted'.

I plan to be be there to continue working on the geocachers section of Coburg Lake Rocky Outcrop. I will bring my muggle husband with me, as he retired from work yesterday.
