Off on a cool and rainy today. Late afternoon break seemed a good time to come down to the water. Wow the waves are loud given the wind. Found with TravelDragon99. TFTC
Day twenty two of our epic New Zealand Adventure with The Morris.Staying in Queenstown.Went across the water for a walk around the Golf Club. Then we hit town for a gelato.A nice spot on a sunny day. Quite a few muggles here.Luckily the cache was out of their sight. Thanks, Robmc.
Day 22 of our Enzed adventures with Robmc and today we tried to collect a few remaining caches and venture across to Kelvin Heights. We were thwarted by roadworks and lack of parking on a few. Thanks for contributing to our amazing holiday MacBayMeri
1:57PMNZ trip dayI was too lazy to walk around so I slid down the hill. The log is very wet. Thanks for placing this cache MacBayMeri
#21260 - 11:26:22 AM; Day eight of the GeoToroa Mega Road Trip with Sol de lune and our better halves as well as our last morning in New Zealand. After breakfast the ladies set off for some more retail therapy in town, while Sdl and I headed out for some last minute caching in and around the CBD. Picked up half a dozen, including this one, before heading to the airport for the flight home. Another one where we made it look harder than it needed to be, but all was good in the end with the cache returned as found after signing the log. TFTC MacBayMeri
In the area with LuckyL10n after the Dunedin Mega...now on our last day in NZ. Quick find here at the beach and all was good. Log signed and we were on our way. Thanks for this one MacBayMeri...
Quick find on a beautiful pebble beach by the lake. Such a ni e walk down from queenstown
Good place to relax after a hike & have phone signal before returning to the campground. Found after looking in a different area.
The area is currently a construction site so unfortunately we could get down to see this beautiful spot
Great spot to stop on the way to Glenorchy easy find thanks for putting a cache here
After spending a couple of nights in the Glenorchy area I stopped to look for this cache on my way out again. Initially started at the wrong level because I hadnt read things properly! In the correct area it was a reasonably quick find. Good view of the Earnslaw steaming up the lake in the distance. #7349. TFTC.
Quick find but trying to a avoid a muggle wedding shoot made it a bit more interesting TFTC
There was a lot of debris. we found a CO2 canister, two pairs of glasses, a razor, house keys, and a ring, but no geocache
The lake is quite rough today, looks more like the sea, but still beautiful. Once wed determined which level to search we made a quick discovery. TFTC
We have just been to Moke Lake for lunch where we were attacked by the ducks while having a picnic on the grass. We had no intention of feeding them but they were very tame and are even more opportunist than keas. Two of them shot in at the same time and escaped with a piece of bread each. Then we got attacked by sandflies and another duck so we had to quickly pack up and eat lunch in the car.On our way back to Queenstown we saw this geocache listed and stopped in a good-sized car park and went to look for the cache. I thought it would be on top but Beeba and M went down onto the beach and soon found the cache. M also found a travel bug. We go to the UK in 10 days time so we will take it with us to continue its mission to travel the kingdom.
Initially our GPS wanted us up on the track, but once it settled we realised we needed to change altitude, more in keeping with the cache description. Although the coordinates were accurate, it then took us a wee while to find the cache. TFTC
A beautiful little beach - and so peaceful here. Someone was fishing from the pier but otherwise we were alone. This would be a great place for a picnic. The cache was found and logged, all in good shape. Thanks for the hide.
This is first full day in NZ, and weather was ok, heading out for a driveGreat location, but wondered what is "GI" perhaps a local term, anyway found it after a short search.Hello from CBR, AUS
My first cache in NZ on the start of our 3 week road trip. What a stunning location to find it in. Our first day after our long journey from England and after picking up our hire we took the scenic drive to Glenorchy finding a few caches on route.Thank you for placing

Roadtripping in NZ from Finland. On our longer stay in Queenstown we drove to Glenorchy for the day and grabbed a few caches on the way. This was a pretty quick find. Apparently someone already took the trackable that was placed there on 10th but there was no note of it being taken. TFTC!

Today we went to Kelvin Heights followed by a trip over to Arrowtown. We grabbed a few caches too. This was the nearest to where we are staying so we parked nearby and took a short stroll to GZ there the cache was found after a short searchTFTCTim and Viv - ddm
We spent the afternoon in Glenorchy and stopped off here for the magnificent views. There was a muggle sitting close to gz. She moved on as I started looking. TFTC
The logbook was indeed totally drenched; unfortunately the plastic bag had been ripped open at the bottom. A new logbook and bag is now in there ready for cachers to sign.
I found after a 5 minute search but the log is soaked, so I couldn't sign it and could only manage a photo log. Still, it was a gorgeous day and I'm now only two finds away from 600 finds in New Zealand
Yes the cache was really beached and was full of water so unable to sign log strip but i did replace it with a water proof paper strip for future cachers . This is a lovely beach and we spent time here just absorbing the beauty of the area . I took nothing except photos , and only left the new log strip . thank you for this cache .

It was well hidden but it’s a small container so there was no treasure but a rock and it was wet but I give it a 4 out 10
We were on a day trip up to Glenorchy today and hoped to make a few cache finds on the way.
This was our first of the day. A relatively quick find once the dog walker and boaties were looking the other way. Unfortunately the cache was wet inside.
TFTC MacBayMeri.

I was surprised when I realised I was already here but didn’t look for a geocache. It’s a new one

We came down here simply to find this cache, and we certainly weren't disappointed by the view (again) of the lake. It is simply spectacular wherever you go and whatever the weather. Thanks so much for bringing us to this wonderful location and for the cache.
I hadn’t stopped here before and was surprised to find such a lovely beach. A few muggles were about but I was luckily out of sight at GZ. Didn’t take too long to find.
Thanks for the cache, MacBayMeri

Didn't realize it was almost a PNG so walked down the track. Muggle turned up to sunbathe but looking out to sea so managed to keep looking. Second {ftf} today at 1:57pm. Nice bay.
