This was too busy last night so I got up bright and early to be discreet. A quick and easy find and I appreciate I didnt have to go too for down being only one good leg at the moment!

Staying at Stawell cp for 2 nights & drove to HG to have a look around & find a couple of caches. TFTC
A really clever cache the clue I was about to leave when I spotted it helped a lot. TFTC find 354 thanks Duntulum
So clever! Another fav added! Day 2 of our Grampians adventure saw us tackle some short walks taking in some beautiful waterfalls and fabulous views. All quick finds which was great. Thanks for the fun and adventure.
Finally but went in a few circles for a bit there! Definitely time for lunch
Oh what a nice hide.. well done and thanks Duntulum. A nice spot too.. TFTC!
Found it! Very clever camo! After finding the cache in the gardens, I searched for this one and soon found the clever hide! Very nice use of camouflage! Cache is in good condition. Last cache for this visit before heading home. TFTC SL
Yeah thanks for clever hide... The log is very very wet tho. P.s. made it to the Grampians !
Was looking for a thin tree trunk at first .. noticed a very suspicious bush while searching and there it was ..! Host with a Wimbledon dream ended up nestled in a bush! Log is too wet to be signed. Might need replacement soon.
Very clever hide. Found it quickly thankfully as it was raining. A fav from me. TFTC
Found it. Quick find today in some pretty nasty weather, watching for flying branches and trying to stay dry, but still collected a few smilies. TFTC
With our original weekend plans falling apart, it turned out that a day trip to Halls Gap for an event would be a viable alternative. Joining forces with The Tritonz, we headed out after breakfast and enjoyed a really lovely day of caching (despite the rain and very wintery conditions). After fuelling up with hot food and drinks at the nearby event, we had time for a few more caches before heading home. After watching us looking in all the wrong places, Chunk walked over to help and found the cache instantly. Must have been a good lob to get it here LOL. TFTC Duntulum.
Caching in and around Halls Gap on this blustery winters day with chooknchunk we managed a good haul of finds despite the crappy weather. After attending the local event we managed to grab a few more caches while the rain held off and the sun tried its hardest to shine. Chunk located this hidden cache while the rest of us were searching in the wrong spot. Thanks Duntulum for the placement.
Clanbeckett has ducked off to do another quick walk. So this leaves me with time to go get more photos of kangaroos and grab a cache or two. Very clever container. Like lots of others I found there were quite a few likely hiding options, process of elimination came up with the goodsThanks for the cache Duntulum. Favourite point from me
Find 5197 on July 6, 2024 Found on a "stuff it, let's go geocaching" type of day.Cache is a little damp but serviceable. A fun hide. TFTC Duntulum
Second cache found and attempted on our bike ride this afternoon.Spotted it straight away and it was exactly what we thought it would be given the location.Seen a few caches camouflaged this way over the years but not one quite done this way. Thanks and a favourite point from us for your clever cache here.
#2263 traveling between Melb & Adel with a few stops along the way. Enjoying the good weather and Halls Gap in particular. Many thanks for the nicely hidden cache.
Took a while here and were sure we'd searched every bush available but eventually turned around and there it was. Don't bring the dog in to help look for this one, thanks for the cache Duntulum.
Another quick find while walking around Halls Gap. I'm surprised this cache hasn't gone missing by someone walking their dog.
Very clever hide. I was ready to give up but read that a lot of cachers had found it as they left so I changed where I was looking and presto!!!!!TFTC

On a 9 week road trip from Brisbane and doing some hike around the Grampians. The GPS has me in the wrong area but I widened my search and soon had the cache in hand. Thanks!
My muggle partner and I are heading to SA to attend the Great Leap Forward mega in Adelaide. We were in St Arnaud last night and we are heading to Mount Gambier via Halls Gap today. This one took a little bit to find as there were lots of reedy bushes here
Find No. 4579. Found with FUF009 at 11.09amSeeing how there are some new caches out in the Halls Gap and Stawell area, we decided we would have a caching day and see what we could find. FUF009 came with us. Today we were in the red car.First up we done a series of six caches on the outskirts of Halls Gap, where we walked the track past crocodile infested waters, T-Rex Fernery and Raptor undergrowth. We even spotted a Terrydactyl nest high up in a tree. (Good to let your imagination go wild - just like these caches we found)Luckily we managed to return to the car unharmed after earning ourselves six smilies. From here we went into town for a look around, had a cuppa in the park, watching the birds nearby. We then done some stages of the Adventure Lab. We also got a stage of another Ad Lab that starts in Bendigo. Then we headed towards the Botanic Gardens, found a couple more caches, this being one of them, before heading back to Stawell, on our way home, finding caches along the way as we went.An enjoyable day spent caching.TFTC Duntulum.
Came back for a second look, with a reloaded description and hint. Still took a while. Would never have found otherwise. Thanks for the hide.
My partner found it in 30seconds.It took me 3 visits to find. Thank you for a great cache
We decided to have a wander into town, get an ice cream and do some caching. This cache was found in its very clever container.
A conveniently located cache less than 100m from my campsite! Signed log at 6pm. Fave point for the nifty containerThanks Duntulum
With mitzi123456 and after reaching out to co due fears of it missing, it was pointed out it wasn't there so looked further and found it easyThanks for replying and looking after the caches
Found by The Empire + HLeaving the picturesque town of Murray Bridge behind, we set our sights on the next leg of our journey: the scenic drive to Halls Gap. The road stretched out before us, winding its way through the heart of South Australia's countryside, and we couldn't wait to see what adventures lay ahead. As we left Murray Bridge, we were immediately immersed in the rural charm of the region. Expansive farmlands, adorned with golden fields of wheat and grazing livestock, spread out on either side of the road. The landscape was a patchwork of vibrant greens and yellows, a testament to the agricultural heartland we were passing through. Finally, as we approached Halls Gap, we were greeted by the charming town nestled in the heart of the Grampians. With its cozy accommodations, inviting cafes, and welcoming atmosphere, it was the perfect base for our exploration of the national park. The drive from Murray Bridge to Halls Gap was not just a journey between two points on a map; it was an adventure that unfolded through changing landscapes and rural communities. The promise of outdoor exploration in the Grampians National Park was just on the horizon, and we couldn't wait to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of this iconic Australian destination. We grabbed an ice cream and grabbed this cache. Thanks for the cache Duntulum.- M@empiregeocaching
Today, as went for the wonderful hike to the Pinnacle via the Venus Baths and the Splitter Falls, we also came along several traditional caches which we just couldn't leave unnoticed. This one was very easy to find and so was it logged successfully as well. TFTC - the Grampians are just beautiful!
We had a decent walk from halls gap up to the pinnacle via the grand canyon (almost) and the silent street and then back via the "front" with lots of stairs. This cache was part of the tour and could be easily found.
Great camo! First one like this we found! Were about to give up when saw it on our way out
Some excellent camo here meant this took some time to find. A great little cache with a cute hint to finish the day. Now to try some local wines!
Thanks to Duntulum for this hide.
This was our last Halls Gap cache for this trip.
We do love visiting this beautiful part of the world.
We saw many emus today and even some very young chicks out in the paddocks to the east of the Gap.
Quite a few wallabies and roos, lots of parrots too.
It was now time for a quick lunch and then homeward bound.

A day over in the Grampians. Plan was Pinnacle and Sundial lookout then see what happens after that.... boy I went a lot further and got a lot more than I had planned, must have been the coffees I was having.
Coming down from Lake Wartook Lookout, I stopped in town to get a softdrink and quick bite to eat. Then wandered off to the botanic Gardens to finish off the local ad lab. Passing GZ I managed a quick look but then noticed a group of muggles coming out of the caravan park. So off to the gardens.
On way back I had another check and, while checking over my shoulder all the while. I managed to make the find. And quick sign.
As all day my GPSr was all over the place. So using the hint came in super handy here.

After the Matildas secured an historic penalty shootout victory against France, I came out in a light drizzle with only the gps and a new head torch to try and get some town cache. Alas couldn’t get this one done
