A short detour while completing the nearby AdLab.Will send answers this evening.TFTC Geology Goldy this is find #18057 for us.
A fascinating spot, shame you cant get closer! Thanks for the cache Geology Goldy
Back in Perth again for a weeks work. Staying in the CBD I woke early chucked on some clothes and headed off for an hour or two of urban caching before the daily grind began. A big thanks to the cache owner for placing and maintaining the cache for the enjoyment of othersCheers
Chwiliwr and I called in to find this cache. Chwiliwr sent in the answers we worked out. Thanks for the cache.
The Better Half and I called in to find this cache. Answers worked out and sent. Thanks for placing thic cache.
Found your Earthcache on International Earthcache Day 2024. A lot harder when you're not quite sure what you're supposed to be looking at haha. Answers to be sent to the CO shortly. Tftec
I've been saving this Earthcache for Earthcache day (weekend). And coincidenctly, it's also my 10,000th find! Not bad after 13 years of geocaching. Since I own 20 Earthcaches myself and love hunting them down, it's an apt milestone find.An obvious fav point for this one for numerous reasons. Thanks Goldy', for hiding this geocache for people to find. This is find number 10,000 for me. TFTC
Thanks for this cache, nice walk on a Sunday evening to check out the Tamala limestone.
Had a great time exploring Kings Park including this earthcache. It was a lovely, warm, sunny day to spend the day caching around Perth. After a few suburban caches in the morning, it was into Kings Park for an explore by AL's and a variety of caches as we passed. Continued into the CBD for many more, an enjoyable day exploring the area and its many hidden locations. After dinner, it was back to the car in Kings Park, a busy place still and top spot to take in the night views of the city lights and pleasant on a still warm evening. Thanks for the cache.
Another long trip around AU over the top end with lots of detours. Now heading back east across the Nullarbor.TFTC. Nice find on this wander around the park.
TFTC! Answers have been sent to the CO. Wow, its amazing the places geocaching can take you. Thanks for bringing me here and showing me this part of Kings Park in Perth.
Nice afternoon for a walk in Kings Park whilst working through this Earth-cache. Enjoyable & educational. Answers have been submitted to CO. Thanks @pineapplegoldy for establishing this Earth-cache for the GC community to enjoy !!

Turned out pretty warm in Perth today so we settled for a gentle stroll through the park and down to Elizabeth quay passing this Earthcache on the way.TFTC - answers sent
On the way to botanic gardens, I passed by this earthcache. The layers of the rock look clear even from afar. Thanks for the earthcache
Ciao e grazie. #10639After the morning walking around Fremantle, in the afternoon we move towards Perth by train. Once off the train the walk begins. After leaving the center we enter the park. We arrive at the GZ, look for the necessary information, take some photos and continue the walk. Hello and thanks. #10639

Loving our exploration of Kings Park this was helped a lot by the virtual caches and this earth cache directing our attention to special spots. Tftc
Apparently, an arsonist has set several fires here in the area recently. However, the site remains untouched, so the EarthCache requirements are still able to be completed.Happy hunting!
A lovely day to come into the city. Stunning views over the water. TFTC Geology Goldy
Another rare location of Kings Park I never knew was here. I love being taken to these place by caching. Log sent and an image of the view.
I’m visiting from Brisbane for a few days while my husband is working here. The last time I was in Perth was in 1990. Today I walked 19km finding 18 mostly targeted caches and some ALs.
After a lovely walk in King’s Park, I came to this Earthcache. It was a bit hard to see all of the features due to the trees but I have sent my answers to the CO which I hope are ok.
I’ve found almost 100 Earthcaches and this is the first time I’ve heard of solution pipes, so that was very interesting. TftEC

Making the most of the beautiful winter sun with a wander around Kings Park completing some Ad Labs. They took me to some parts of the park I'd never visited before including the Kokoda Trail which led me down to yet another path I'd never explored before... and which also included this earthcache I suspect some of the best features were obscured by the greenery however it was still nice to see another side of the park Answers sent to the CO - thanks for bringing me here TFTEC
Full time nomads since February 2014, back in WA to visit family.
Headed into the city with the bikes on the GeoCruiser to tackle some caches around Northbridge, then we made another stop at Herdsman lake to grab the 2 AdLabs and a few caches along the way.
Answers sent to CO.

As a regular work visitor to the West, I love some time in Kings Park but the opportunities are becoming rarer as work takes me down the coast. On my last visit, I managed to get up there and did the Kokoda Track Memorial Walk which was excellent and I spotted this path heading North, but there was no time to investigate.
Prior to my flight back to Brisbane today, I headed over here to snare the lab near the car park, then figured I would wander down to this E/C while here. After all, I don't mind a good geology lesson and location.
At the listed coords, the geology was glaringly obvious, but partially covered with lush greenery. I'm sure it's enjoying the rain you guys have had recently. I bent and stretched while attempting to glean the answers to the questions, then send them through to the CO, courtesy of in-flight Wifi. With the tick of approval swiftly back in the inbox, I waited til comfortable home to log.
Thanks for taking me down the garden path so to speak, and to another nice spot of the greater park.
Cheers Geology Goldy.

Today Courtneyrose_ and I meet up for a few days holiday on my work trip in Perth, exploring the city and surrounds plus finding a few caches as well.
Walked past here on our way up to kings park, interesting location.

Found while going up and down the nearby staircase. Earthcaches at home almost always deal with glacial activity during the last ice age or the glacial lake bed that followed. I appreciate the change of pace that the local examples have provided. Answers have been emailed to the CO. TFTC!

Finally made it out west from home base 3500 kms away at higher altitudes no where near limestone coasts so this has been really interesting. Great lesson from geo-CO - THANKS for the info!
Interesting part of Kings park I never would have seen if there wasn't an Earthcache there.
I’ve been coming to Kings park fir more than 60 years, my sister had wedding photos taken nearby but I’ve never been on this path or really looked closely at Mt Eliza’s structure before. I just hope my answers are at least close to correct TFT earth lab and an opportunity to learn.
Out and about again, found during one of my lunch runs. Did some quick measurements and observations and photos and compiled the answers.
Found a variety of hides and in different areas which made for a nice day. Generally quick finds today
Thanks to all the CO’s for the hides I found.

Interesting place here. Solution pipes are amazing, I've never seen such things before. Thanks for the earthcache and greetings from Czech republic.
Stopped over to grab this interesting earth cache. Will send answers with the other one I owe when I get home. Tftc
*FTF* I was in the area today on another mission, when I happened to check on this recently published E/C. I was surprised to see no logs on it yet, so made a slight detour and parked the car within 350m of GZ.
The walk along the path was amazing with all the figs and other overhead trees, and it wasn't long before I was where I needed to be. Its a shame you can't get a little closer, but then again it probably looks similar up close to the hundreds of other limestone faces/cliffs we have seen in our time in WA
A photo was taken and the answers gathered from what I could see of the area.
