Logs
Quick find by wazza9, stamped log and replaced. Included a new log sheet. Thanks to CO
Found this cache together with Ramakristan, a nice walk at this park. Rama forgot to bring his big kite.
Wasnt easy to find this one but in the end, managed to find it at south east location as hinted. Another good herbies hideout.TFTC to Co, 3 more to go lol
It was a short trip to Sydney to see family for the weekend. This presented an opportunity for a sunrise walk in and around Centennial Park. I managed 6 finds in the 1h45m walk. Thanks for the cache EverestHigh. Find #9920 at 7.22am
Cache is still in place, and has recent finds, and no DNF's. I will replace the log with a fresh/dry one next week when I am back at work (near there). Feel free to add a dry piece of paper in the meantime. Thanks.
Found this cache, but unfortunately not in very good condition. The cache container, lid and log were all found scattered on the ground. This one will require maintenance. TFTC!
I probably could have found it, but I ran out of time and had to abandon my search. It was a really fun area though!
Came down on a whim to buy a piece of stereo equipment and decided to park the car and hit this series. Right where I knew it had to be.
After finishing a night shift at the airport I was feeling a little BORED, so decided to stop off for a few more BORED caches along the route home. Parked the geomobile on South Dowling Street, just north of BORED #4, then headed off in pursuit of some more BOREDom This was the 3rd of 3 finds for today. After finding BORED #4 & BORED #3 I backtracked to the geomobile on South Dowling Street and drove up closer to BORED #6, bypassing BORED #5 that we had found on a previous occasion. Headed up the footpath to the Bat & Ball Hotel, crossing at the traffic lights to reach the cache location, and arriving at GZ for a quick find at the nice artistic feature. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. And that's all the BOREDom I have time for today, which only leaves two more in the series to find (#1 & #2), but they will have to wait for another day. Now it's off home for some much needed sleep. TFTC EverestHigh.Find #6576
(4 of 5 today)Ev, youre a lifesaver! When your *Bridge Over the ED* series was published I immediately tagged it for finding during the Sydney Cricket Test. Thats the period I have the greatest trouble making finds. And I still need 5 finds on each of Jan 5-7 if Im to make my goal of 25 calendar loops by 2025.So I left these alone waiting for the right day to catch in.Arrived early for the cricket today so knew I had time before play started. So I picked up four of the series plus the Bonus to the AL I found yesterday. Most required a 5 minute search to turn up the prize. And back on plenty of time for the start of play.###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###Full log to follow.SLTNLNTFTC
#2,027After attending Brew Year's Eve event, Calypso62 and I went on a caching hunt and choose to complete this series. We completed all of them in reserve order. Thanks for placing this series.TFTC
#5873After attending the Brew Year's Eve event, Rama497 and I rode our bikes back to Kogarah Station (via a coffee and snack stop) then boarded a train to Central Station. We then rode our bikes along Clover's cycleways to the start (or was it the finish???) of EH's ED series. A quick find here and we were on our way to the next one. I remember the TV show that created these VW gardens on either side. It was called Guerrilla Gardeners. Basically, the gardeners would be filmed completing beautification projects on bits of land without first seeking permission. Some land owners removed the works while others left them in place. Thanks for the geo-fun.
Herbie has some crop . Coordinates about 12 metres out but easily located amongst the camo . TFTC EH
A perfect 8 for 8 is my final tally for the day. Three new LGAs I completed today as well. The coordinates are way off here but previous logs helped. TFTC
i got lucky here. i'd attended a giff event nearby hosted by the cache owner and afterwards had a great meal at the nearby pub.afterwards a small group of us, including the cache owner himself wandered over to parked cars and light rail stations and this cache just so happened to be directly enroute.a quick grab and sign indeed. thanks EverestHigh for the 'subtle' help in finding this geocache hidden on this random bit of art i had another closer look at the following day.
After the GIFF event we formed a small international geo-group and found few caches before the geodinner. This one found with owner , TFTC .
Three nights in Sydney!Day TwoWeather: warm! One of four BORED caches found today. An exciting new series that wasnt here last time I visited Sydney, and so easy to access from the CBD on public transport. Sadly not enough time to do the lot, but Ill be back soon Im sure. Ah, the Bat and Ball, and the Foam Booth too. I remember them both from the days of driving from Manly to the airport back when there was no ED. Thanks for the cache and the series EverestHigh. Its officially a mega.GCA1DNA The Great Leap ForwardAdelaide, South Australia, February 29, 2024.Wed love to have your company.
Searched for 10 mins before even seeing the street art. Coords about 20m out here. Then took a bit of searching but eventually turned up the well hidden cache. Thanks.
Found on a quick jaunt whilst the youngest geokid was at a nearby birthday party. Only 2 of the series today. Tftc!
Was a bit nerve racking knowing that I would have hundreds of people potentially staring or passing by. But stealthily and very quickly found this one. TFTC, log and container in good condition.
Took a little bit, but made the find with the help of the hint and a previous log. Interesting sculpture. TFTC!
Cool car front here and cache is all good
Today being in Sydney with not a lot to do I decided to head over to Moore park and find a few caches around the area before heading into the city to find a few caches that were new. Nearly 20 find for the day.
Thanks for the cache

A lovely day walking along a very busy pathway I never knew existed.
Nice quick find.

Parked in the Supa Centre and went for a walk along the footpath/ cycleway beside the ED. A quick find with the hint. TFTC
Out today on my own, looking for the set of caches along the Eastern Distributor.
This was my fourth of the day. I misinterpreted the clue, and spent some time searching the wrong spot. However a review of prior logs saw me relocated with instant success.

Back out at the SFS for another WWC game England 1 - Denmark 0. We walked over a bit early and stopped here on the way. No attention from muggles at all. .Must say the game was pretty staid and, despite being a sellout, a very quiet crowd. Nothing like the colombianos. SL TFTC Cheers…. Gaztek
On the way to a soccer game in Sydney. Left early to grab a few caches along the way.

Looks like I logged the wrong on Wednesday.
Another trip to the city for work. This time I left with enough time to grab my daily cache before work.
So much of this area has changed since I was last here - light rail and road changes.... amazing!
As for the cache it was a nice quick find with an easy clue to assist.

I initially walked past GZ. On return the location of the GZ was more obvious and I was pleased that the hide was easy, not requiring bending and scurrying. Located in a place where a search would not alert muggles.

Are these lights outside the Bat and Ball Hotel.
You need to cross in multiple directions now the ED is here to get to the SCG. They take so long I estimate I have spent a couple of months of my life standing at this intersection waiting for the lights.
So while I was waiting and waiting and waiting and ...... I waved to the CO at his work.
Once at GZ and the car window washer muggle was avoided I made a quick find of the cache then walked back to the geomobile after plenty more waiting to cross.
Will save the other River ED hides for another day.

2 of 11 on pre dawn cycle to Sth Coogee rtn. At this one it was the perfect time for a grab, no cars anywhere, clue in the hint was on target. (Passed by two hours later and came across a really nasty t bone crash, not the first I’ve seen here, take it easy all you car drivers!!) Thanks for placing this cache EverestHigh #2039
One DNF down, three to go, now why didn't I check there before? Thanks Brewmaker and thanks to Everesthigh the CO.

Our fourth [FTF] of the day. Nice little series around the ED. OCW 4Rods and Martin Cousins. I love the cache, Herbie clearly took the turn too early!

Joint [FTF] with It’s Dozzie, and Martin Cousins. Nice series - love the concept. Thanks Everest High.
This was the last one Brewmaker and I found today as it was nearby the cars. I’ll come back for another walk to grab the rest one day soon.
I remembered Herbie at GZ as I had noticed him before. Cache was found quickly. TFTC Everesthigh
