This will be our 5th cache series thanks to Co, it is a straight line from one end to the other end, started at #9 series. Good to know what we knew what the cache looks like.TFTC to Co.
2:46pm.Terrible luck here alsowrong time to attempt this as the traffic was at a standstill and innumerable eyes met with mine.Shall attempt at a later stage.Much Obliged EverestHigh, - Alephroom.
We lost our pen so piccie will have to sufficea little bit of looking but got it in the endTFTC
Reperio 16:31Day 4 of our 5 day visit to Sydney for a nursing conference, and my muggle friend and I took some time away from proceedings to explore the city and find some caches. As we made our way closer to the SCG for tonights AFL game, we had time to walk along this trail and grab a few. The few we found were found easy enough, but between muggles and shortage of time, we had to leave the others for another day. Nice tricky hide! Last time this was actually found based on the log book was 29/3/24. I can see why its had its share of DNFs over the years though. Glad my geocaching senses were on point tonight! Thanks for maintaining the series, enjoying picking off one or two whenever I am in the right area.
Think we found the gz with the help of previous logs but the traffic made it too hard to get
No luck for me today with a limited time to search. But I did manage to stir up an almighty mass of angry ants when I ran my pen through some leaves in a crack in the concrete wall! Will return with more time. Cheers Gaztek
TFTC,Got it.I am undertaking a personal challenge to lift the number of finds I have on every day to 15, needed 5 for this date. If I manage this by 28th May 2025 this will indicate a minimum 365 finds every year since I started caching.Visited trackables.
A morning caching in the area, to improve our daily finds. Quick find, stamped log and replaced, thanks to CO.
It was in the first place I looked...but I didn't see it. Looked elsewhere for a little while, then the geotrail, which I did notice before, screamed at me! TFTC
(3 of 5 today)Ev, youre a lifesaver! When your *Bridge Over the ED* series was published I immediately tagged it for finding during the Sydney Cricket Test. Thats the period I have the greatest trouble making finds. And I still need 5 finds on each of Jan 5-7 if Im to make my goal of 25 calendar loops by 2025.So I left these alone waiting for the right day to catch in.Arrived early for the cricket today so knew I had time before play started. So I picked up four of the series plus the Bonus to the AL I found yesterday. Most required a 5 minute search to turn up the prize. And back on plenty of time for the start of play.###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###Full log to follow.SLTNLNTFTC
#2,027After attending Brew Year's Eve event, Calypso62 and I went on a caching hunt and choose to complete this series. We completed all of them in reserve order. Thanks for placing this series.TFTC
#5874After attending the Brew Year's Eve event, Rama497 and I rode our bikes back to Kogarah Station (via a coffee and snack stop) then boarded a train to Central Station. We then rode our bikes along Clover's cycleways to the start (or was it the finish???) of EH's ED series. A quick find here and we were on our way to the next one. Thanks for the geo-fun.
Today we headed south of the harbour for a five stage Adventure lab, and its associated AL Bonus cache, located along the shores of Botany Bay. Then up to Jubilee Oval at Kogarah for another five stage Adventure lab, followed by a failed (DNF) attempt at its associated AL Bonus cache. Had a brief visit to the nearby Southern Antiques Centre before heading off homeward, stopping off along the way at South Dowling Street (Moore Park) for a Traditional cache to make up the required twelve finds for the December Solstice Souvenir. This was the 12th of 12 finds for the day. After suffering a painful DNF on our last cache target for the day, and thus falling short for the required 12 finds to qualify for the December Solstice Souvenir, we were now heading homeward and on the lookout for a replacement cache for our missing 12th find. And this one was it, grabbing a vacant parking spot close to the cache on South Dowling Street, then heading over the bridge and around to GZ for a nice quick find. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. TFTC EverestHigh, we love being BORED Find #6563
Another nice quick find , keeping an eye on the traffic at the same time. TFTC EH
i waited to cross the road here a lot longer than it took me to find, sign and replace this cache. most amusing.busy road.thanks EverestHigh for another easy cache along this straight stretch.may you never recieve just TFTC logs. (wishful thinking i know)
After the GIFF- event we visited here also for a quick find before joining other at the pub for dinner. Thank you for the cache!
Three nights in Sydney!Day TwoWeather: warm! One of four BORED caches found today. An exciting new series that wasnt here last time I visited Sydney, and so easy to access from the CBD on public transport. Sadly not enough time to do the lot, but Ill be back soon Im sure. Thanks for the cache and the series EverestHighIts officially a mega.GCA1DNA The Great Leap ForwardAdelaide, South Australia, February 29, 2024.Wed love to have your company.
With a few hours to kill, walked up to the ED and this was my 3rd for the series. Had to wait for the right moment. Snuck around and grabbed. TFTC!
Found just on sunset (gee it gets dark early here!) On my evening walk. Easy one after widening the search a little. Thanks.
Thanks to the 10m south hint, read after searching without success, finally had CIH. TFTC
Parked my geomobile as if I was going to a Swans game then went over to the SCG to pay the coming years membership. Once that was done I returned to the ED with 3 more of these BORED caches in my sights. This wasn't far from where I'd parked.Waiting at the lights to cross it was clear this area is dog heaven with so many woofers and muggles waiting to cross both ways. I lingered in the centre until they had all dispersed then went to GZ, and a bit further as previous logs suggested I should and there it was.Nice easy find and I didn't think it was too close to the traffic. Seemed fine to me, even somewhere to sit while I did the legal stuff.TFTC # 5599
A quick find after reading previous logs. Cache is uncomfortably close to live traffic. TFTC
The others were all an easy find but this one I could not find after 5 mins, so I gave up.
I was here today for a little walk after lunch while on a conference call and made this first find easily before walking along to the next cache.
TFTC Everesthigh and thanks for placing a little trail along here
Couldn’t see anything and guessing it wasn’t over the road in case someone drops it t.
Previous logs 10m south here but final,y found the cache
Today being in Sydney with not a lot to do I decided to head over to Moore park and find a few caches around the area before heading into the city to find a few caches that were new. Nearly 20 find for the day.
Thanks for the cache

A lovely day walking along a very busy pathway I never knew existed.
Found by reading previous logs.

OCW frazeydaze who needed a cache today. I suggested going on a walk along the ED, however, I did have an ulterior motive, to avenge a couple of dnf's from earlier in the week. I thought that it was going to be another dnf here, however, frazeydaze PAF who narrowed the search area down and I soon had the CIH. Frazeydaze did the replacement as I was concerned with dropping the container onto the road below. TFTC EverestHigh.
Parked in the Supa Centre and went for a walk along the footpath/ cycleway beside the ED. Checked up and back without success.
That took longer than it should have. Got to GZ and started looking but keep coming up empty. Walk along the road a little bit but nothing so read some previous logs and narrowed down a spot. Eventually got it I just to go further along the road
Out today on my own, looking for the set of caches along the Eastern Distributor.
This was my fifth of the day and an easy find.

TGIF - I'm not sure how people do this commuting to the city everyday. Alas my time at the Crown St office is almost over, but not before I was able to find another one of these caches in the series today. Spent some time looking in the wrong spot but after reading some logs was able to broaden my search.

Out and about clearing a few more of the B.O.R E.D. series. This took us a while as the traffic zoomed by. Like others, I found it about 10m south of the bridge, and was a bit worried we were so close to the traffic. TFTC
#3 of 11 pre dawn cycle Coogee Sth rtn. At this one I made a very quick find thanks to past log. Thanks for placing this cache EverestHigh #2040
