Found it - No swaps Was strewn across the area where located Thanks for the cache
Out removing archived caches for Lava12, this was a location that we couldnt find the archived one, but did find the new one.
This one was a classic. Doineedthis were out collecting archived caches today and we visited this spot. We were very surprised to find a sensational cache in great condition, so investigated further. Upon changing screens to the live version (not the historical one we had saved) we found there was a live hide in the same location. Perfect. What a coincidence.Congrats on the container and contents, one of the best kept hides we saw all day. Thanks for the cache campbellkids981. Found at 5.10pm in fading light.
Thank you it was wet when me n my friend Maddi found it it was really fun aswel make sure you do more try and make some fun and some easy and hard and mayby put some in a tree but not very high xxx
Aghh!! Such a good hiding spot!! Bit of a challenge to get in but it was worth it!! Hope someone takes our little piggy with the sunhat home. Tftc
Caching in the beautiful south today. There was a little girl on the play equipment with mum nearby, but fortunately I was shielded by this magnificent tree. The cache was easier to see than to access, but I did manage to get there without having an eye poked out. Thanks for the cache campbellkids981.
Today out and about on 69 of 100 days of consecutive days caching with a minimum of physical one a day. Using my Garmin Etrex 22X and MacBook Air!Thanks for the cache.TFTC
Made this way harder than it was by not thinking about my approach. Found quickly at GZ with a muggle mate.
Found especially to work towards a challenge cache for public holidays. Found it with cachehunter, our mini cacher and Zoe the geo dog. Tftc dropped a tb
Found with NiciDanielle, Zoe the Geodog & Elijah the Geobub... Essentially the whole gang . Found one previously in this park which we believe was one of Lava's caches, thanks for keeping the legacy alive as the predecessor was actually the first cache we'd ever gone for (and DNF'd). Initially approached from tge wrong side and went deep into the shrub, no luck there. Came around the other side and found it cleverly concealed. Although not Elijah's first cache per se, the first one he's physically seen us retrieve (not that he knows whats going on jyst yet). TFTC. Fav point for my caching history with this little reserve.
Time for another Tuesday Trek with a couple of other Confused Cachers, after picking up the Rat from her nest it was down to Woodcroft to meet the Starfish. There has been quite a few new traditionals emerge around here since our last visit and these were my main aim, and of course, anything else that just needed to be found. We even managed a longer than expected walk in Tangari Regional Park, after which the Starfish was left at his vehicle and we headed north towards the Rat's nest. After parting company with the Starfish this was found on the drive north. Thanks to campbellkids981 for placing this cache on our playing field.Cache #14269 for me.This log composed and published using GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife).****SAs Leap Year Event GCA1DNA - keep the date free - 29th February 2024. Cant wait!!****
Time for a Tuesday Trek, for 3 Confused Puzzlers. The plan was for ttrogg to pick up the Rat from the Rat's Nest.We then headed to the Rat's Daughter's place, to meet up with the Starfish. It was a lovely day to be out caching, having fun and laughter. After being dropped back to ttrogg's geomobile. We started for home, so we stopped by here and found the cache. A nice stop in here today, the cache was easily found and is all goodToday with an event in the morning and another in the evening in the southern suburbs, Courtneyrose_ and I decided to head south for the day finding caches around the area and making the most of the nice weather on offer. Thanks for the cache
Met a disaster of Waynes here. They had just replaced the cache and I saw where they put it. Easy peasy.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. Last minute decision to spend this gorgeous day yellowing up some green dots that have popped in the months since I've been away for work.Met some new cachers who snuck up on me as I was signing the log, though they may have been just as surprised by the voice from the bushes: "Are you geocachers?"TFTC! x
Nice quick find i initially thought the hint meant to get right under was really glad it didnt . Nice work Campbell Kids
A caching day out was planned with Doctor Owl and sushilord, my first caching outing since spinal surgery 2 months ago. We concentrated on an area close to my home where a number of caches had popped up since our last day out. Had a fun day and found some interesting caches along with a surprise FTF and even managed to stop for a nice lunch break. As I am a lot slower these days the others managed to find the caches and I arrived just in time to stamp the log. Thanks for the cache campbellkids981.
Owl took the clue literally and needlessly dived in but the Fish took the more measured route and made the find.
With the number of new caches that had been recently published in and around the Woodcroft area, I decided it was about time that I went out and found a few of them. Furthermore, with the amount of good weather that has been occurring recently, I have been trying to make the most of warm sunny days and get out and cache. With the decent weather this afternoon, I was curious as o how much privacy to expect in searching for this cache; I was expecting the park to be rather occupied. Thankfully, however, the reserve was rather empty when I arrived; there were only a couple of families when I arrived, and one was already leaving when I was parking the car. So, I had the park to myself when searching for the cache. It was rather obvious where I was meant to be searching for the cache and, after trusting the coordinates, I soon spied the container. The cache was quickly retrieved, the log extracted and signed before the cache was replaced, and I was on my way to the next find.Find #7975, at 04:04 pmTFTC
Geokid and I jumped on our bikes to come find this cache this morning. Had to wait for some muggles to leave but he was happy for a long play on the playground. We've only been here once before and that was to find the previous cache and geokid was too little for the playground then. Thanks for bringing us back here. TFTC geokid made a trade.
Found with sir_spectre to celebrate all things geocaching.
A farily quick find.
Thanks

A couple of my caching friends give me a hard time about doing swaps. They say it is for the kids only. I say otherwise and try to leave something for older cachers. Today was a glasses holder in the style of a ceramic puppy dog I took a pet of pumpkin seeds to grow when I get home. TFTC
Found while passing through the southern suburbs. Thanks for the cache campbellkids981!
My old stomping ground...
