Somehow the base and logbook were missing. Replacement cache and logbook are now in place. Please replace carefully as found.Cache on!
Tftc cache holder found cache logbook not. Must replace or put on hold until fixed!
There seem to be some issues, despite a recent check. Disabling until a community member can check on it. Thanks for the update on it's condition.
Found where it's meant to be but it's clearly fallen out and we couldn't find it anywhere
As the community member who looks after this one, I checked today and found it not where it should be.It is now in the correct location. Please return it exactly as it should be. Thanks
In the area to watch friends in a women's masters AFL game and decided to take a walk along the Cooks afterwards on a lovely, warm late winter morning. Made our way to GZ easily enough but quickly started swatting and slapping. The whole area is riddled with pesky ants. Yikes! And double yikes and unheard of, we came without a pen. Never mind. We made an X with a muddy stick and squished some ants on the same line. SL (sort of) TFTC Cheers... Gaztek
Fun hide! Easier than I thought after a bit of unnecessary climbing about. Lol. Tftc!
Finally able to come back with a person with better climbing ability to retrieve this one in the series. TFTC.
Last cache in Sydney before heading back to Taiwan. TFThisC and to all the COs who made this trip even more fun. Long live Geocaching.
No problems finding this and I was so hidden with its retrieval. Spotted a slithery friend in amongst the rocks and thought best let it move on, until I realised it was a blue tongue. Nice hide.
Had a day off today and decided to do the two valleys trail, slightly modified to get some caches. This was 6 of 9. Ran into a Sydney Water guy who was taking some water samples after rain. Nice place. Tftc.
Took like five minutes to find but kinda hard no pen included but I brought my own thanks tftc
I have a good idea where it is but may require more climbing than Im capable of? May come back with someone else to have a better look.
The cache was found out in the open with the base missing. A spare base has been added and the cache is now back where it belongs. Please replace exactly as found, out of sight from any climbing muggles.Cache on.
A quick find with Wazza9 and NanaNel whilst killing a few hours before our flight back to Tassie. TFTCCheers,The Hancock Clan
Quick find, stamped log and replaced. Needs maintenance as base is missing. Thanks to CO.
TFTC, Sharing time with some great friends and filling in time. Returning to an old area where there are new caches.Visited trackables. This cache could use some TLC, the base is missing and the log is full.
Great little cache! Our second find in the series. Thanks for adding all these caches along the cooks river
#10147 (2 of 2 today)>And a Merry Christmas to all of you at homeFamily Christmas lunch at our place meant no chance of any finds today until festivities were over. Half past six and only one brother-in-law is left, so with plenty of daylight left I snuck out and targeted some caches Id left for this time of year. One of the caches Id left was disabled, meaning I had a short drive between targets. No trouble with either find today, and when I got home in semi-darkness the Geowife was still yakking with her brother.###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###Remember this area from a recent event. Parked as close as I could to GZ and walked there. Checked one type of hide - nope. Then spotted it and made the grab.Container is missing its base and I couldnt spot it anywhere near. But the log was still in the camo, so completed signing duties and replaced.Time to head home as sunset falls.SLTNLNTFTC
Found It!Spotted this one after a bit of searching around. Nice view of the creek.TFTC
Not exactly where I thought it would be, but a popular type of hide, thanks
Made the find but feeling exhausted, maybe too many late nights watching cricket ODI World Cup, thanks for the hide
Muggle taking pictures on bridge and left his suitcase underneath. Luckily he didn't seem too fussed with me searching around.About to chalk this down to a DNF but then caught cache out of corner of my eye.All good here - thanks GCNSW!
A quick find with eemiaj while visiting the area from the Hunter Valley, log signed as BE5150. TFTC
Stopped off on my way to work today to visit a couple of waypoints of a multi waypoint EarthCache on the Cooks River, and grabbed a new traditional cache that was located between the two waypoints in Earlwood. Then visited Sydney KSA Airports International Terminal for a Virtual cache, avoiding the expensive parking fees by parking near Tempe Recreation Reserve and walking over the bridge (over Cooks River) and along the bike/pedestrian path & road overpass to reach GZ. This was the 1st of 2 finds, plus 2 waypoints, for today. After visiting a waypoint of the EarthCache I next stopped at this new Traditional cache on the edge of Waterworth Park in Earlwood. Parked the geomobile in the Waterworth Park access road, then headed around and down to GZ for a look. Took longer than it should have, as I was expecting a different style of hide, but after dismissing that idea I soon spotted a very familiar cache camo and then quickly had CIH. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. TFTC Geocaching NSW.Find #6379
It's the day of the GCNSW cycling venture so I am well and truly out of my neck of the woods. This was the first cache after leaving the station on my way to the event so I could hardly skip it.This is well placed to enable the cycling cacher to park their vehicle out of sight and make a relaxed find, although I must have been badly positioned as I found it a little bit of a stretch to reach. Not too difficult though, a good thing as I want to be on time for the event and the road looks like I might be waiting a while to cross!
Found on a bike ride of the Cooks River Cycleway after attending the GCNSW event at Gough Whitlam Park, Earlwood.
A very helpful young bloke retrieved the cache for me. An easy find in the end!
There were two people magnet fishing nearby. I have never come across that before. They wanted to find a shopping trolley as a big find. Not sure what they will do with it when they find it.

Grabbed this before the nearby event. Nearly gave up, then i saw just a tiny segment of it. And no, not my Pen... TFTC.
After the nearby event Its_Dozzie, takosuken and I went of to find a few caches. This was our second one and as we were walking up a young boy asked " are you geocachers " yes we are. He then proceeded to fetch the cache for us. It seems he had met a few other geocachers today as well. His family were magnet fishing, they had not caught much though and we think we have a strange hobby. Thanks for the cache Geocaching NSW tnln replaced as found sl

A young boy asked if we were geocachers. Yes we were and he was kind enough to fetch the cache for us.

I've walked parts of the Two Valley Trail over the years. Mainly because this is the area my mother lived in when she was a child. She often spoke of walking in the bush after school and seeing Koalas in some places, mostly every day. I wonder if she would recognise any of the area today?
I've found caches along the trail before, even one close to this location.
Today I walked over here before the Geocaching NSW Cooks River Biking Adventure. Once at 0m I surveyed the area and watched a pigeon who did not want me to disturb his roost. I had to do it though to get the cache. All the legal stuff done and cache replaced then I spotted my new geocaching pen waiting for me on the ground.

Found this cache after visiting my brother in Arncliffe. Wrong time to do it during peak morning hour traffic though. TFTC Geocaching NSW.
Parked in the Concordia Club carpark and walked around to gz. Found it a bit slippery on the pine needles at gz but a quick lunge at the prize sorted that out. TFTC
Walking with Brewmaker, he had to climb to get it. Nice walks around here. TFTC
I felt I had found a cache here before (deja vu?). Nice quick find. TFTC Geocaching NSW
2TF Out for an early cycle down to Ramsgate, picked up this new one on the way. I knew the location however it took a little longer than expected but got there in the end. Thanks for placing this cache Geocaching NSW, an interesting area. #2078
Out and about for Father's Day. This location is very familiar. I remember finding another cache around here years ago. TFTC
