Found with Mogni. I think we are making one of our quarterly visits to IKEA. The shopping trip in IKEA wasn't as long as it could be. The finding of the cache was quicker than the shopping. Quick find. Another one down in this series.

A jaunt through the western suburbs this morning to get rid of a few unfound caches littering the map. A good collection of cache's were found but the standout was OzGrumpy's Come in Spinner. Made my third visit to the airport in as many days to collect one of the Gone in 60 Seconds series and finally got a Freddo puzzle cache that has been bothering me for a number of years and I finally got over the line with the help of that CO. Experienced extreme luck today with the various caches hidden on bus stops as not once did I have to wait for a muggle to move on. TFTC to all COs.

We had a little time this afternoon to look for some of the remaining eleven Gone in 60 seconds cars. In the end we found another 5 caches, leaving just 6 more to find.We had to wait about 15 minutes for a muggle to catch a bus. By the time we got to GZ, the seat was quite warm. Accurate coordinates led to a quick find, The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Memphis and Friends for the cache.

A caching day out had been organised with Doctor Owl as we headed to the western suburbs where we both had caches that hadn't been found. We had a fun day, found a few previous DNF's without adding any more which is always good, as well as some cool caches. Found ourselves near the airport and had lunch at a convenient cafe before continuing and then a nice milkshake to end the day before we both headed our separate ways. And another one found quickly. Thanks for the cache GeocachingSA.

A stroll from Cricketers and the walk across the traffic was a careful lesson in patience. Better than being a patient! All goood at GZ, signed and replaced as found.Coming to the end of my time here in Adelaide and SA and the thought that I'd be here until Monday is now likely a Thursday departure. A few things going on for work today so not too much time for distractions, got a few when I could, and when it was appropriate that I was in the area anyway. Thanks to all COs for their hides and ongoing maintenance.

Leap Year only rolls around every four years. Four years to wait for things to happen that you should have planned before the day is past and gone for another four years. So today is the day and here it is. I do like it when a planned plan achieves its target. Roll on 2028.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. Veni. Vidi. Vici. Scripsi. Decided to head to this side of town for some caches, as close to me is relatively clear.Spotted this one as I was driving around the area, so it was easy to find a park close by, down a side street, and wander over to GZ. Did the usual feel, but came up empty. Hmmmm. Went back and started again, a little more thoroughly, and this time, the cache was located. Signed the log and then replaced all as found. A little more rhan 60 seconds for this one.....Gratias pro cache Memphis and Friends

We cached a variety of puzzles, multis, virtual and traditional caches.Great day that resulted in 45 finds for the day (including several ALs)Find Count: 18495

(And a little rubber stamp Wink ) Work gets in the way - and some may take longer to log than others due to mixed technology and need for sleep! There's a challenge somewhere out there, or so we've been told! You win a virtual smiley for the effort and getting to the end of the log Wink Maybe if I worked out where it is I could do it and go back to normal logs again ! If you find the challenge let me know and perhaps we can put an end to these long logs !!! Maybe not though - as someone actually did read to the end and alerted me to just a project GC badge that requires long logs [:o)] Well at least it's not as bad as finding a mint tin! I am slowly ticking off this series and today I made my way around finding them, all in good order for the ones I found. I was out and about today for various reasons, one of them being a daily cache... which was this one.A bus was scheduled in 2 minutes and a muggle was present, so I played the waiting game.Once the muggle was gone, I felt the container in the first place I felt. I love when that happens.I signed the log and I was on my way.I'm now at 334 days straight. Thanks GeocachingSA for this traditional cache and series, which brings Goldy's total find count to 3629 on the 4th of October 2023.CITO's are a brilliant way to help keep our community area's clean. The Earth is our playing field and we need to protect it! Always be sure to cache the "leave no trace" way!**South Australia is the place be for GCA1DNA - February 29th, 2024 in Adelaide! Our Tuesday trekking turned into a Wednesday Wonder.
Ttrogg picked up the Rat from the Rat's nest.
We went after a few FTF's before returning to the plan.
Another quick find of an official geocache.

06-Sep-23
It was time for another Wednesday Wander so with the Rat only today we headed towards the chosen playing area which was mainly west of the city where quite a few new caches had appeared since we were last in the area. But there had been 10 caches published so it wasn't until they had all been taken care of, some by us, the rest by others, before we returned to Plan A. This cache was either one of the planned caches or one of the new ones that just happened to be in the area we were working. All caches looked for were found by one of us or sometimes by both of us simultaneously so it was a very satisfying day with quite a few added to the count. Most were from the new Gone in 60 Seconds Series which was nice for a traditionalist like me, except for Hillary which I found not as easy as I should have. The others were a variety of newish trads, puzzles and letterboxes.
Thanks to Memphis and Friends for placing this cache on our playing field.
Cache #13984 for me.
