I found the cache on the ground but no sign of the lid. I replaced it on the ground with a little bit of natural cover as it was in the open; tftc
Squeezing in a quick find before an appointment. With the business of weekend sports, there was a parking spot on the road right at GZ. It was meant to be! TFTC!
We are on another short (three day) caching holiday in Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains, staying for two nights in a park cabin at the Ingenia Nepean River BIG4 Holiday Park at Emu Plains. Hoping to collect the new Adventure Labs, Letterbox, Traditional, and Puzzle/Mystery caches that have appeared around Penrith & surrounds since our last visit to the area back in May 2023. Will also be returning to the lower Blue Mountains for some new caches and to attend a Winter Solstice Event at Mount Riverview, and a Post Winter Solstice CITO Event the following day at Cranebrook.Today (day 3) the holiday is over and we are heading home, but will still be collecting some caches and Adventure Labs along the way. Will be stopping for a few caches at St Marys, re-visiting a previous DNF at Claremont Meadows, and visiting Western Sydney University for a five stage Adventure Lab. After that it will be just the odd cache or AL stage at Ermington, Ryde, and Macquarie Park. Photos will be uploaded to logs on our return to home base. This was the 3rd of 14 finds for the day (day 3), and 35th find of the holiday. After finding "Hall and Barker Streets" this was the next cache we came to, arriving at GZ and making a nice quick find. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. TFTC ws_cachers.Find #6885

Did some shopping at St Marys with goingplaces2, came along and made a quick find here and signed log. TFTC.
After doing what needed to be done in St Marys with ilook4geo, we decided to just pick up a couple of caches close by. This one was a very quick and easy find. The log soon had two lots of initials added and was then replaced as found. Thanks for this cache placement go to ws_cachers.
Cook Park1 - does that mean there will be more caches in or around Cook Park? It's a very large parkland area, so I hope so.I parked the geomobile in the shade and wandered over towards GZ. I quickly scanned the area and couldn't see anything so checked the GPS which pointed straight to the cache. Good co-ordinates.TFTC # 5667
#8203- Out taking the new car for a spin, this was my first cache. A nice quick, easy one while flying solo today. Thanks
Frazeydaze and I stopped off here on the way to Blackheath for the weekend. A quick find once at gz. TFTC
#10003 (2 of 4 today)Happy Halloween!Headed west for today's calendar finds, and was after four. Spotted two sets of two... 11 kilometres apart by road. OK, that will do, but I need to be back in time for all the trick or treaters in our area as the Geowife is working. We had quite a few this year, with a preference for those little boxes of Smarties.Found my four and back in plenty of time.###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###And there is a truck at GZ. And a worker eating lunch not too far from GZ. Sigh.Thankfully I spotted it on first walk past. He didn't really pay much attention to me, so I managed to make the grab, complete signing duties and replace unobserved. And I'm outta there.SLTNLNTFTC
