As we wander through the land, grabbing caches and seeing the sights even occasionally catching up with friends ah the stories this park could tell the adventures that were conceived and started from here. The fun the friends and memories. thanks for bringing me back here for an adventure 50yrs on it looks alot different to what it was then when we knew everyone who surrounded the park and local streets A good day was had while grabbing these caches with lots of miles covered Thanks for placing them *Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*

Im working towards 1000 multis, and heres one for today. In a city where so many of the multis are churches, tennis courts and fire stations (nothing wrong with that), here is something thats a bit different. I also had trouble staying on track, but there was more of a sense of achievement when I finally found the cache. Im thinking that maybe the old letterbox caches were along these lines. A fun multi, thank you amyj, a FP from me.

Veni. Vidi. Vici. Scripsi.Finally. It has taken 4 visits and a plethora of attempts online using some caching tools to try to make sense of this multi.Everytime I visited I got confused by the riddles and ended up in totally different parts of the park, and not the correct parts of the park. Finally I relented, and spoke to a previous finder who helped me understand the content, and then the DOH moment hit. Headslap time...Today I was in the area with a few moments to spare, so detoured in and parked nearby the listed coordinates, and being so familiar with the park and its contents, this time the riddles were resolved quickly, and after a short time the cache was located, log signed and the log and cache returned to the hide as found.Glad to get this one off the map. The fountain cerainly did not whisper its secrets to me, unfortunately.Gratias Por Cache amysjsj

After a busy morning I headed off for a few more caches before making my way to the mega event. I followed the directions, got confused, and repeated for a few iterations. Eventually the I spotted the visual cues and it all fell into place. Cache found shortly after. As a bonus, with this cache I now have 4 caches in each 360 degree from my home coordinates. Thanks for the cache amyj.# # SmileSmile #14195 SmileSmile # #

After the event Owl decided to collect this cache on the way home. Not as easy as it sounds. The counting was fine but anything after that was a complete failure. Even with a PaF, Owl couldn't find the correct numbers, trees or bench. So she just followed other directions to the cache. There's more than one way to score a smilie!

Theres no need to whisper. Theres no need to fountain. Sing your music. Sing it loud. No matter what your sheet says. You never know, you may find a prize at the end. Unscrew it. Find it. Celebrate. Time for another Tuesday Trek for some Confused Puzzlers. After picking up the Rat from her nest we met the Starfish at a cache in Rostrevor. After finding that one we headed for the hills before returning to the suburbs to complete another nice day of caching.First for the day and it had us wandering about the nice little park wondering about the instructions. I'm the first to admit interpreting and then following instructions is not my strong point but we got there in the end to find the nicely crafted cache. Thanks to amysjsj for placing this cache on our playing field.Cache #14164 for me.This log composed and published using GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife).****SAs Leap Year Event GCA1DNA - keep the date free - 29th February 2024. Something special or unusual goes here:We decided we would meet at this cache and venture out from here. More like an old style letterbox than a multi we followed the instructions and soon had the cache in hand. SmileThe Generic Bit:Another Tuesday trek with some others of our Puzzle Solving Group. [^] Today we headed to some caches in the foothills and suburbs below them. Razz I met up with S.A. Sewer Rats and Ttrogg at a Rostrevor Multicache and sought out caches we were close to.
