Logs
Cache found in the second a last place I felt. Quiet here on a Sunday. With the log signed and the cache replaced it was time to leave. Onwards to the next cache. Woot, that is not to far.I would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun.Blockheads Unite in 2025.
Im here in Australia visiting from the US. This one was only about 600 feet from my hotel so rather convenient on a morning searching before driving into work. Took me a second to understand what the screen was but once I did, it was an easy find.
A bit of a walkabout day today. Was f drawn nearby by a couple of adventure labs Id not done, and then it wasnt much more of a stretch to go grab this one. Love the treemendous GZ! Was a bit hard to work out exactly where I was because GPS was no help amongst these buildings, but cache in hand before much trouble. Found with cbgmike, TFTC )
Did a walking tour of this part of Sydney with goingplaces2 and enjoyed finding this surprise. All good with the log and container. FP added for this one. TFTC.
Spent some time today walking the streets of Sydney and finding some interesting places which we have never been to before. Each one had an interesting feature. There certainly was a Treemendous sight here. Thanks fo this cache placement go to TFTC_Sydney.
This morning TaurusSix and I went for a lengthy walk to find a heap of adventure labs. In the process we would pick up a few traditionals. This was one of them.We we going to give this cache a miss as we would skirt around it and would have to back track to get to it. But we eventually came quite close and changed our minds. At the start there was a roadworks block and a sign saying no pedestrian access. But we walked up to a gap, made eye contact with the traffic marshals, who didnt pay use any attention, and continued on in towards the cache. We walked in an area that appeared cordoned off for pedestrian use. Once past the first bit, the laneway was as normal and we walked to GZ. At GZ one of us had a different cache page open and we were talking cross purposes. The other pointed out the error, suitably chastised the first party loaded the correct cache page, and we were both on the same track again. The cache was found shortly there after. We left a portion of the ink in my pen on the paper in the shape of our symbols. Then we were off again with more adlabs to get nearby. Thanks to CO for cache find.
Found but paper missing.Signed a scrap but had no other paper so urgent replacement needed
#24910. A most unexpected thing to find suspended above a narrow alleyway. Quick find here. TFTC.
cute sticker!! easy to find but took me a while to understand the hint loll !! TREEEES ??
StreetWalkerNZ and I arrived in Sydney last night, and the plan was to visit Cockatoo Island this trip. The forecast was for warm weather so we decided to head out after breakfast while it was still cool. Back from Cockatoo Island, it was time to do a bit more walking around central Sydney. When I first saw the tree's branches, I thought it wasn't real, but changed my mind when I saw the lower trunk and roots. What an awesome idea! The area around GZ is obviously a hangout for smokers as the number of butts on the ground was staggering. We waited for one smoker to bugger off then SW quickly snaffled the cache. Thanks for bringing me here and TFTC.
Sydney Day 3 - Weather is not looking good today so the plan is to stay in the city center and to visit a few museums tftc ! Greetings from France
Over in Sydney for 10 days visiting one of our sons and picking up a few caches. Enjoying this series of caches thanks
WOW! Loved the tree. Have a FP for the location! We are out for a day's caching and sightseeing in the area before joining our cruise tomorrow. We soon had this cache in hand, signed and returned as found. TFTC
I was glad this was a pretty quick grab and go. I dont know how safe Sydney is but it was a little nerve wracking walking down the alley by myself. I would recommend doing this during the daytime. Nonetheless, it was very cool to see the tree! TFTC!
We spend a few days in Sydney and enjoy the city with its unique sights, buildings and parks. We also search for and create caches, virtual and lab caches. This takes us to places we would not have visited otherwise. The caches are in very good condition and the hints helpful and they were all dry and there was still enough space for the next cachers. Many thanks and greetings from the Moorhelmi
Found a large collection of caches during this overdue trip into the city. This stealthy find was greatly assisted by the clear and descriptive hint. TFTC!
TftcNice little find, with Braelair, SL, 20 finds for pancake and hobbits, we can start hiding our own now
A quick find before work on a building project just around the corner on George Street. Took in the hint and had CIH. Did the legals and replaced as found. TFTCM Cheers dkmacca

Reperio 14:30Day 3 of our 5 day visit to Sydney for a nursing conference, and my muggle friend and I took some time away from proceedings to explore the city and find some caches. This was an interesting little alleyway, and surprisingly busy with people passing by and workers on the nearby corner. We used the hint here which made narrowing down the hide much easier. Found on a big walk around Sydney whilst in town for professional development and a work function in Kings Cross the day (and night) before. Amazing feature here. Quick find at GZ, had to move off the road though to sign the log. TFTC!
