I completely over thought this one and it took me longer than it should have to find. I started looking in one spot, before changing the search location, and then catching a glimpse of the cache in the place I was looking at originally. Nice hide!
Another good little cache. We parked at the bridge and walked down the 200 metres. Caching is good exercise. Unfortunately the rain is coming in. A quick pick up and another short walk back to the car. Thanks again Alexander for your efforts
Found on the way past grabbing a few caches in the area today. Quick one here, blends in half good. Cheers.Find #7044 on 10 Aug 2024.TFTC Alexander81234!
Out with cccl23 for a day of caching, heading your way the Northern suburbs but also picking one of two along the way out there and back.A good day out with 17 finds and just the 1 DNF.TFTC ????
I collected skuzzybear from her house this afternoon for a bit of caching, being she is a bit incapacitated at the moment. puponyx came along for the ride too. We had a bit of time before heading off to my event at the Playford Tavern so a few more caches were on the list. This was the last one of the day before my event. It was getting a bit on the darker side of the afternoon but fortunately it was quickly found in the first place I looked.TFTC Alexander81234
Attn bext cacher: needs more log paper. I was already at the cache to realise. Excellent cache container. Parking is hard with kids. Busy roadway. TFTC
Today has been a family day down at The Port, and I elected not to torture them with cache diversions whilst the family was assembled. This is one of five caches found in the Elizabeth area once I was solo and on the way home. I jumped to the wrong conclusion here and spent some time in the poor light getting nowhere before changing tactics and making the find. I agree with Hurtle - this GZ appears to be within view of many nearby windows although there werent many lights on at the time. Thanks again Alexander81234.
Yay we found it but forgot a pencil lol and also I axidentaly took it off and could not open it I was struggling for like 10 minutes but it slides open...
We came to Adelaide to attend the Great Leap forward event and as we are spending time with our South Australian friends we are finding ourselves caching all over the place. Today we are in the Gawler region, and we have found 12 caches and have 2 DNF's for our tally today. A fun day has been had and many caches were found. All the caches we found are in good condition. Another nice find with woolwood9 today. Found while over in Adelaide for the MEGA Event *Thanks for putting this cache out for us to visit. *SL *tm/ww NZ**Soon located, now onto the next one!*
Found after the Mega Event with tmann421Heading inland to get some more of the trails, picking up whatever gets in the way.Enjoyed the hides. Thanks to the cache owners for their efforts
Found during a caching foray after attending the 'January 2024 at the PA' event in Gawler, taking the opportunity for finding a cluster of caches while in the general area of Evanston Gardens and Blakeview on my way back home. Thanks for the cache Alexander81234!
Quick find while in the area. Nice placement of this cache.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. A quick and easy find along here with the frog. Thank you Alexander81234 for the cache hide and ongoing care and maintenance ---------------- ----------------------Off in the city caching with Jack and Mr Froghoppin .In a dangerous world filled with rusty old mint tins and solid lumps falling from trees - - - a cache a day keeps us agile... sort of --------Caches are logged using the resources of gsak, garmin, and androids, occasionally AI too! (And a little rubber stamp ) Work gets in the way - and some may take longer to log than others due to mixed technology and need for sleep! The skill and talent of some Zenior Zombies helps, and maybe a spot of luck too [:o)]----------Think Covid's over ? Well no, actually... and we don't want your flu, gastro or cold germs either - so practise safe caching please! Ensure Travel Bugs are the Only bugs you share and pass on Clean as you go and cache the countryside Big thanks to those placing quality caches out and about around our country areas, in nice safe places and containers especially! - it keeps our game fun for all Of course we do appreciate if you actually did read all this extra addition to the log word count! There's a challenge somewhere out there, or so we've been told! You win a virtual smiley for the effort and getting to the end of the log Maybe if I worked out where it is I could do it and go back to normal logs again ! If you find the challenge let me know and perhaps we can put an end to these long logs !!! [:o)]C'est fini... For now... ... until next time! PS:---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------GCA1DNA - Great Leap Forward ... or is it backward... it takes an extra day to get to March 29.2.24 The Mega Leap Event of the year. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------And don't forget to put the June Long Weekend in your diary for 2024 too... it'll be fun and funky
Time for another tuesday caching adventure with Mattycat, with no set plan for the day we found ourselves in the northern suburbs, another relatively new cache and quick find on this one todayTFTC Alexander81234
