And still they come!After 54 of these events over several years the attendance numbers have not waned. What is it that brings out the numbers? I don't think it's the puzzle solving because not a lot of that happens!It's not the chance to write another log to prove your attendance. Would you believe it if I said I don't much writing logs? Probably not. Must be the host and the chance to chat with others who enjoy this fun hobby. A bonus for me is the excited reception I get from the Woof Brothers when I get home, you'd think I'd been gone for a couple of weeks instead of just a couple of hours. TFTE # 5704

So after a terrible afternoon cacheing my way to Galston, (bad planning on my part did not help), it was nice to sit and chat. I was determined to get some ideas on some local ? caches, but alas another night falls behind me. Enjoyed the spiced bikkies, cinnamon and nutmeg i do believe. As usual, it was a school night so we couldn't stay for the full duration. Thus, also no puzzles solved tonight, but I had a good chat with some other cachers, and the food at the bistro was filling and tasty, as always.There was a good turn-out for the last CCC event for the year. I'm looking forward to another good run of these events next year. If I don't see ya all before the end of the year, then I'm wishing you a Merry Christmas and a healthy and safe 2024 now.
