31-Aug-24
Elina_maree needed a point boost for the Cosmic Quest so I suggested we take our bikes and do as many caches as we could along the Bulimba Creek Bikeway. It was a ridiculously hot winter's day but we pushed on and ended up finding 41 caches all up (with 4 DNFs).After completing most of the first section of BBBB caches we rode back to the car at Kavanagh Road to have some lunch. We stopped on the way back to look for this one. A tricky hide here but not too hard when you know how the CO operates. Thanks for another cleverly constructed cache RoddyC!

Out for a morning of caching with Gunnie69. My logs as per his, apologies for the delay, for various reasons. Ive been slack in my logging!

10-Feb-24
This took an embarrassingly long time for NurseyJulie and I to find. While NJ's phone has here in exactly the right location, she couldn't spot the container and I swung around GZ a couple of times and figured it was too baron for a container. Right, widen the search I thought... SurprisedOff to some of the other nearby options, the residents of the nearby dwelling were on the front deck with Mr resident enjoying a home done haircut. As we fossicked around, Mrs resident wandered out and said Hi. She asked if we had lost something, to which I replied 'No, we haven't lost anything, we just can't find something'. Oh, like a geocache she said, much to my surprise. Well, yes, it is indeed a geocache, at which time she wished us good luck and returned to the scissors and clippers. Big GrinBack into the search, I relented and returned to NJ's suggested GZ, where the container was spotted and retrieved. Oh, not that hard at all. Red Face Names in the log, we were very pleased not to have left this one as a DNF.Cheers RoddyC.

28-Dec-23
After my DNF last week I had the cache on watch list and saw that it was being found.Today, I was in the area and dropped past for another look. I walked around the area a number of times before I spotted the cache lying on the ground. It looks like the camo has broken. I signed the log and then returned the cache in a secure spot but I am pretty sure that it is not in the original spot. The CO may like to check it out and do some repairs.TFTC RoddyC

11-Dec-23
I sometimes struggle with fig trees but a quick find 2day! T4TC:-)

10-Dec-23
Chamad informed me that another event was on this day so MrTT and I had an early start, a long drive and a long ride to come on down and join the mmmm team collecting the *FTF* on the new caches that came out. Caching is sooooo much better with company. Someone to help, someone to chat with and someone to giggle with when things go wrong. Today I met some people who were familiar caching names but I had never met in person. Even MrTT had enough fun to minimise the whinges considering it was a hot day. Thanks for the cache placement and the organisation RoddyC to make this day happen.

10-Dec-23

Joint *FTF*. After attending the Makku,s Marvellous Mischievous Machinations a huge group of us headed off to find the new Bulimba Creek Bikeway Bison Bash caches. They were all signed with MMMM. There were a few of us on bikes and others walked and we often met up along the way. I thoroughly enjoyed the morning ride. Thanks RoddyC for all the fun

10-Dec-23
Following on from the Mischievous Mob Meeting at Maccas, a large contingent split into teams to tackle caches along the impressive Bulimba Creek Bikeway. A dozen or so caches were found this morning, in the early summer heat. Some people brought bikes, some brought scooters, some were happy to walk, but . I had the most efficient method of transport on the day, which was being pulled along by the family dog. She was pretty excited to get two hours of exercise.Claiming this {FTF} as part of the MMMM group sign off. All good here with the cache. Thanks very much for creating this cache and the series RoddyC. Cheers
