Nice little AL and bonus, in a place that I've never taken the time to stop and look at. Thanks for the cache and cheers from Browngang
We completed this compact AL a couple of weeks ago, but found we were heading in the opposite direction to the bonus. Back again today to collect. No issues. Thanks.
My first ever Adventure Lab - so fun! Straightforward find once the muggles werent looking!
Another day for StreetWalkerNZ and me of walking around the CBD, finding caches, and doing a few ad labs, before we take the ferry to Manly to see our son and daughter in law. I had walked past this fountain a few times before but never really taken much notice of it. The ad lab changed that, and soon we had the co-ordinates for the bonus. I was looking in the wrong spot when SW made the find. Thanks for another interesting AL and bonus. TFTC.
#24927. The AL was soon completed, and we looked for a shady seat to work out the final coords. We were serenaded by a group of 20 or 30 singers nearby, and were pleased to be able to move on after completing our calculations. It was much quieter at GZ, and I made a quick find. TFTC.
Quick find here. The blooming jasmine smells amazing. Greetings from Perth. Tftc
First day in Sydney, the goal for today is to explore the city center and the botanic gardens with of course a few caches along the way Tftc ! Greetings from France ????
Four ladies from Sweden (Tigertassen, ursus67, Lnganfans, pidjas) are visiting Australia. This day we took a long walk as the days before, more than 15 km. We mostly log as TULP.This was one of the places we visited.A big thank you to the CO for this cache.
Hlsningar frn Sverige, sdra Lappland Then it was time for a little adventure. The trip goes to Sydney in Australia and then on to Christchurch and Dunedin in New Zealand .On the trip are, Tigertassen, myself, ursus67, Lnganfans and Pidjas go, which means that we log under the common name "Tulp". The idea is that before we go home we should have visited a Megaevent, Geo Toroa. Greetings from Sweden, southern Lapland
Thank you for showing us the fantastic fontaine. We four swedish ladies log as TULP.
We are four ladies from Sweden who are visiting Australia and New Zeeland We are logged as TULP This was one of the caches we found Thanks from Sweden
Over the ditch in Sydney for 10 days visiting our son and picking up a few caches along the way! Enjoyed our time in Hyde Park this morning and the different caches to be found here. A great ALC and a well hidden bonus here, but not difficult to find. TFTC ??
On holiday from NZ. Great walk around this part of the city. Great cache hides. Many thanks.
We spend a few days in Sydney and enjoy the city with its unique sights, buildings and parks. We also search for and create caches, virtual and lab caches. This takes us to places we would not have visited otherwise. The caches are in very good condition and the hints helpful and they were all dry and there was still enough space for the next cachers. On our Tour we was able to made the Labcaches. So we solve the Bonuscache. Many thanks and greetings from the Moorhelmi
The Adventure Lab at the fountain was a quick and interesting lab, and after getting the codewords in the correct order and obtaining the final location from the checker, we made our way towards GZ.It didn't take long to make the find with the provided hint. There was nobody around, so retrieval was quick and easy. Nice hide. I did notice that the epoxy on the key box has come loose, but the cache was all in good order otherwise. On the way back we stopped off at the cathedral to have a very quick peek inside. Several people were arriving dressed to the nines: they were gathering for a wedding. My first thought was that this was a Mafia wedding, just based on the way the people were dressed. I didn't want to stare for too long, lest someone asked me whether I would like a nice pair of cement shoes ... ??
After a morning meeting in the city, decided to grab a few caches before heading home. This was a lot of fun after the AL. Tftc!
Spending a week of the school holidays in Sydney with my nephew, had the chance to spend a full day caching on my own while he was at tennis camp. Had planned to start at the other end of town but bus decided to travel a different route to advertised and I ended up alighting at the QVB so completed this AL and bonus earlier in my agenda, and before the sore feet kicked in. Learnt a lot more about the fountains statues before visiting a familiar Calypso Hide.
Thought Id have to leave this one in the park, having not solved it. Luckily it was the ALB for the virt that can be solved in one spot. How amazing. I liked it. TFTC!
Had a bit of trouble with AL app yesterday, but able to complete and find bonus today. Cheers
Found a large collection of caches during this overdue trip into the city.An interesting Adventure Lab experience here. A quick find with the clear and descriptive hint. TFTC
Quick find and lovely stroll after completing the lovely little adventure Lab. Thanks for your efforts

Cache n. 3608Found it during evenings walk in the city. Quick find, greetings from the Czech Republic. Thank you for the cache.
Completed the Adventure Lab already two days before. Came back to also completed the bonus for it.Thanks for both caches at this nice places!
Thanks Calypso for a fun hide after the interesting AL. This is a surprisingly quiet spot during the lunch hour peak.
This took longer than it should have due to omitting a letter. So I had to wait for 10 minutes to try again. I went to the beautiful Cathedral and then went on to hunt down the final location. No problem here.
TFTC and the ALab. Ive never walked down where the bonus was found. The beauty of geocaching. After walking 15 km today Im now going back to the unit to put my feet up and rest. Hope to get a few more of your caches in the next couple of days.
Having completed the AL and noted the code words, I found somewhere to sit and work out what to enter into certitude.A positive reply was received, and it was off to GZ.Nice quick find. Thanks to Calypso62 for the Adventure and the bonus cache.
I had a 9 hr layover at Sydney today, so I headed downtown to stroll thru the city. Overall I was able to find 8 caches and several lab caches. An amazing day, I couldnt have spent it better. Before heading up the tower, I went to the park and found the lab. I was a little worried when approaching the bonus since a big wedding party held a photo shoot but that was a little away from the cache. Vielen Dank an Calypso62 frs Legen und PflegenThanks to Calypso62 for placing and maintaining this cache. Found on 25. Aug 2024 09:23 as cache # 6245TFTCleollDiscover me! FGXRFV
Thanks to the lovely cacher who gave me the tip about the bonus. Otherwise I would have missed this mystery!Thank you very much for the cache - that was really fun!Greetings from Nrnberg ????
Find Number 2908 found at 12:23. Today we found 4 caches, 5 Adventure Lab stages and had 0 DNFs. I decided to explore Hyde Park on a beautiful sunny dayI didn't make a note of the hint when I got the coordinates from certitude, but the old "If I was hiding one here, where would I put it?" trick worked. I grabbed it first place I lookedThe cache was in good condition. We signed the log and replaced the container as foundThanks Calypso62 for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.
Finished the AL 2 days ago. Did not notice there was a bonus back then. Picked up this one today, tftc!
A lovely late winters day saw me with Ms Atalanta, kwakav and Ms kwakav in the city looking for caches. This AL bonus was a quick find - teaching some skills to kwakav.TFTC
We're only 4 days in Sydney, so bussy enough to see and do everything (which is a joke because that will never be possible).Today we arrived and started in the park with this lab-cache which wasn't difficult when you look good to the nice fontaine. To Calypso62: thanks for placing and keeping our hobby going.
Out in the city for a caching run while the geodaughter is at a uni open day. Found with Gundrills. TFTC
Another nice quick find away from the park found with Macka. A nice way to finish off the adventure lab. Thanks.
After the weekly bathing ceremony, we were off to find the final. Just a short walk away and plenty of sights along the way. Thanks for bringing us here. Fave from me
Lovely adventure, abit quiter down this end. Giving a fav due to location. Found cache pretty quickly and nice to finally have geo husband smelling clean. TFTC.
A bit dodgy being here at midnight with some other crowds around. Im logging this but didnt really want to hang around signing it for personal safety reasons.
Quick to gather clues but plugging in the wrong coordinates made it take longer overall! Found on a morning run on my weekly trip to Sydney. tftc
Together with team Saturnus on tour through Australia. Cache was quickly found. TFTC
10046 - 13:55Together with team IkZie on tour. This was a quick find and log. Thanks for the cache
Loved visiting the gorgeous fountain, knew a bit about the people on it, thanks Percy Jackson! TFTC
After completing the AL with A Holm. Having a nice stroll thru Hyde Park. Spending our time in the city after our plane to the USA was postponed for 24 hrs due to the Microsoft hiccup. Great hideThanks Calypso for the AL and hide.
Together with Schatoh68 on a wonderful walk, we found the lab Station and the Bonus fastThank you
Over from Perth for a long weekend and taking the opportunity to pick up a few local caches around work commitments. Managed to escape early evening and went for another walk around, guided by some target caches along the way Enjoyed the short AL - have visited the fountain many times but never actually looked at it closely. Straightforward AL and the cache was a nice easy find too TFTC
The AL itself was nice, quick and pleasant with no confusing questions. Very much enjoyed the tour around what must be one of the best and most recognisable fountains in Sydney (although I'm partial to the Hornsby one myself). After obtaining GZ coords, I headed that way under the guise of night and after waiting for a muggle leaning on said structure to leave, managed to do a bit of a reach and felt something big and metallic, only to find that it wasn't part of the structure and could move! As always, fantastic cache construction by this CO. TFTC!
Nice sunny wintertime midweek geo-outing with Graubunden. Angular edges everywhere with old and new buildings all over. Eventually a find. TFTC Calypso62
Find#2368Enjoying the second week of the school holidays with a few days in Sydney down from the Hunter valley. A nice easy find with a good hint. Cache and log in good condition TFTC
Down from Brisbane with IolantheK continuing our 3 week adventure that will end up in Perth via the Indian Pacific Did the associated AL and now off to get the finalNow in Sydney over-night so we had to get a few caches before the train.TFTC Calypso62
Was in the city late afternoon so was able to complete the Adventure Lab and find this well put together cache. Great stuff. TFTC!
On Monday T-Tech and I flew from Brisbane to Williamstown then drove to Kincumber to visit my mother. On Tuesday we cached our way to Sydney and stayed at a hotel in the city. Today we will be getting on the Indian-Pacific train to Perth, but first we gathered a few caches in the Hyde Park area.We had gathered the AL then had difficulty making the app connect properly so couldn't continue with its bonus cache, so headed back to the hotel to pick up our suitcases. Back there the app suddenly came back to life so T-Tech decided to hotfoot it to GZ and find the cache, before we had to make our way to Central Station and join our train. He made a quick find. Glad to be able to claim this smiley as well. TFTC, Calypso62.
After finally snagging Australia's first cache at Lane Cove, I met up with my daughter at Sydney Tower & found a few caches on my way back to our hotel. This was my next stop as I needed a *Mystery* cache to fill a gap on my calendar today. I don't count *Adlabs* towards my main statistics so used my alter ego to get the final coordinates for this. Once again these proved spot on so I put my hand straight onto the cache at GZ & soon had the paperwork completed. There was no sign of the listed trackable...Found at 17:21Cache #10321TFTC Calypso62?????
Tftc. Arrived in Australia yesterday and for our first full day here we decided to do a sightseeing walk through Hyde park, Botanical gardens, Mrs Macquaries chair, Opera house and back to the hotel via the shopping district. Along the way, we managed to find and log multiple caches. This was one of 'em.
14:59Cold & wet? Yes! but a ferry fun day out and about around Sydney with fellow Victorians - long time caching buddies Suscoe. After completing the adventure, it was a real bonus to add our names to the log here.A BIG thank you to %Name who placed this cache.37115
A favourite from us.Thanks to Calypso62 for this bonus cache following on from your Ad Lab.The fountain was delightful in this great parkland with lots of people around this afetrnoon.Found with our very good friends Phetlern.
Day 17 of my interstate trip. Today I stayed in the Sydney area got the train into the City Center and made my way on foot checking out the sites and grabbing a few caches along the way. I managed to find 12 caches and 1 Event today and no DNF's.After chasing all te answers to the Labcaches this makes my last real cache of the day.TFTC Calypso62
Had no problem getting the information for the final coordinates. A short walk and a quick find. Everything good here - lovely quiet part of the park.
After a huge day out caching all over the place from beach to city and then the epic push to make it to the opera house in time for the drone show to discover on arrival of its cancellation, I dragged my feet going home. This adlab seemed the perfect time to duck over and grab this final.Nobody in sight and with spot on hint and coords my autograph was soon in the logbook.Interesting that a large contingent of the city's seagulls sleep nearby. Thanks Calypso Bruce for another amazing cache ! ????
#20647 - 8:47:26 AM; A quick overnight trip to Sydney and a chance to collect some of the newer caches around the city, which have appeared since my last visit. While the geohoney was getting ready for some retail therapy, I headed out for a wander to collect a few caches, including this one. I completed the AL on a previous visit, so was happy to claim this bonus on my mission this morning. A quick find once I reached GZ and the log has been signed. Have a fave for the AL and bonus. TFTC Calypso62
Adventure lab completed and cache found.was full of water but log container fine. Found with Rozway
This little turtle goes on an Adventure.. please let her come home some time (TB) - found this bonus with Philtr0nic, same procedure as everyday ??
Found whilst in Sydney for GWS v Bulldogs yesterday, a very successful weekend if I do say so myself! A very fun AL, I had to do some Googling to find the correct words but I liked the scavenger hunt-type nature of the AL. Lovely to listen to the water in the shade and answering all of the questions, a spectacular fountain. Quick find at GZ. TFTC!
I was in the area so decided to swing by my cache. I replaced the log and pencil. All is good here.
First one to sign the new log. Really enjoyed the statues in the fountain. Thanks for a fun adventure.
Did the adventure lab a while ago but never had a chance to pick up the cache till nowTFTC
The Adventure Lab was done yesterday.Today I went out for the Bonus Cache. Not as easy as I thought to find. The outer container was filled with water and a Cockroach Logbook still dryTFTC Don Paul
