Logs
Started this series with this cache. A nice easy walk in via an old FT. Then a surprisingly quick find. There really wasn't anything suspicious to see, except for .... and there it was. TFTC wshoeii
Got back to car and had internet. This was only going to be a 250 metre walk from the parking spot here, along a track. A log said arrangement of rocks, which led to a quick find. Signed and replaced. Fav. Tftc
At the event in the Bluies earlier in the morning *bisygisy* had asked me whether I would like to join him looking for this series because it looked like it could be a bit of a bush-bash. We managed to rope *gavingo4* into the adventure, too. The cache page mentioned a very overgrown and feint track that we would be following. Initially, that description was about right, but it didn't take long for the track to disappear completely, and from then on it was really just a matter of picking our way through the undergrowth and around trees. In other words, pure bush-bashing.This first cache was fairly easy to get to, but the search took quite a while. We were back and forth, checking under all the ledges and rocks. Eventually, I tried moving a bit of rock and spotted the cache. After signing the log we put the container back as we had found it, and checked around for some kind of track towards the next cache. Alas, no easy track presented itself, so we just opted to follow the compass and thread our way through the bush.
Funny !!! I was on the way to this cache when Storeyteller called me!! He did give me a hint which made for a faster find. Co-ordinates were accurate though! On the way there I heard a wallaby in the bush. Great morning to go caching! Tftc!!
Found after much searching. Once again the trusty ole pack proved more reliable than the modern gismo 's. Tftc
Meet up for breakfast with Team Canary, Brewmaker and Martin Cousins. It appears we didnt eat enough as we went hunting food caches. A good but at times strenuous bush bash that the pedometers said was not that far or hard. Some tough hides and even a wallaby spotted. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC
OCW with Team Canary, Martin Cousins, and bella at waggy. After grabbing some breakfast in Springwood, we decided we needed more sustenance in the bush and a really decent bush bash, too!It was all uphill, and we made a quick find, too. Almost full from all these meals. TFTC
Took its time to reveal but TC noticed oddly placement of rocks. Its always a sure sign to investigate. Yippee, CIH, thanks for the series, the last one always gets the FP
One week since this cache publication, finally a [FTF] at 1:22 pm today. A sneaky hide at GZ. My third visit proved a success with my geosenses recalibrated after four days avoidance of this locality. TFTC
Stopped here on way to search for my lost TOTT. Another 20 mins search, no CIH. Good luck to next finder. Footnote: found my TOTT at the fried rice & wontons.
After four hours in this area, some successful finds and some DNFs in equal balance: 3 to 3. Lost one TOTT at a visited cache so I might come back soon for that one especially. Before end of this weekend?

Couldn't find this one, the gps signal kept bouncing around and I looked in every place a small container would fit to no avail. I will have to come back to this series.
