Where will I go... someone said "follow me" and off I went rejoicing to find a cache. It was a little small and minty, but miraculously satisfying all the same - hallelujah! I believe... a cache a day keeps the boredom away... [:o)]Bless you for this cache listing Freddo and it's ongoing grace filled loving care. Cool------------------------------ Cool ------------------------------CoolBig GrinCoolBig GrinCoolBig GrinCool Caches are logged using the resources of gsak, garmin, and androids, occasionally AI too! (And a little rubber stamp ) Purrfect Di helps out a lot. And even Jack. Work gets in the way - and some may take longer to log than others due to mixed technology and need for sleep! The skill and talent of some Zenior Zombies helps, and maybe a spot of luck too [:o)] I do appreciate if you actually did read all this extra addition to the log word count! There's a challenge somewhere out there, or so we've been told! You win a virtual smiley for the effort and getting to the end of the log... someone actually did read to the end and alerted me to just a project GC badge that requires long logs. Is that all? Oh well, thanks for reading!Well at least it's not as bad as finding a mint tin! TwistedDid you get that... stop putting out rusty mint tins, just stop it, now!!! Big GrinMuch catching up of logs lately, as barely enough time to cache around work and logging has hit a pause... but, you know, prioriities... work's just gotta leave time for a cache Wink and notes everywhere! C'est fini... For now... ... until then Cool Ce sera !-------------------------------Oh wait... have you snagged a tag lately ? Get out there and see snagthetag dot com for a fun side game that gives f t f chasers and sparkly thing chasers something extra fun to do... It's a game where giving a little and becoming a hider shows your support and keeps the fun alive for all. And there are NO BL**DY MINT TINS Twisted so it must be good Big GrinEnjoy Razz

Visiting the Adelaide region for a week from Port Macquarie. Today was a very long and somewhat arduous day, starting with an early morning walk around Glenelg before heading out towards the hills, Hahndorf, and Mount Barker. We then finished it off by targeting as many caches on our to-do list as we could before making it back to Glenelg just on dark for some gelati. Overall, it was a mostly successful caching day and are thoroughly enjoying our visit to Adelaide thus far. What's this? A hat-trick of caches on this particular object type, wow we're on a roll Thanks for the cache

Probably not the right time to be tackling this one in peak hour traffic but after a positive response to the question posed, it was off in pursuit of the cacheAll found in good condition. Log signed and returned as foundMany thanx to Freddo for another in the series

We left Victoria to come to Adelaide for two days and stayed for four, this is what geocaching will do to you. We are fortunate that our family do not keep a close eye on where we are others may have family that worry about them when they do not come home when they say they will. Anyway onto the cache all was good and the final GZ co-ords are spot on. SL TFTC

Found at 12:34 pm after a visit to dad's nearby

05-Aug-24
For once, we managed to walk right into the zone as we arrived, and we had the coordinates. Then, it was a short drive to GZ where accurate coordinates led to a quick find, although extracting the container from its hide was a slight challenge. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks, Freddo, for the cache and for starting the series.

Something special or unusual goes here:A nice quick find on this one and another used 2B crossed of the list. Smile The Generic Bit:Another Tuesday Trekking for some members of a puzzle solving group. [^] This time I met up with Ttrogg and Mrs. S.A. Sewer Rats where X marks the spot for Freddo. Cool From there we made a clockwise circumnavigation of the Metro area picking up some newer solved puzzles and anything we came across along the way. - as you do. Big Grin Once again we stopped for a picnic lunch and had a few laughs - usually at my expense as I fell over twice twisting my ankle. Twisted At least there was only a small trickle of blood and no more torn clothing! WinkCool***Thanks Freddo for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. *** Big GrinLogs prepared and published through GSAK.

Another tuesday out with a couple of other Confused Puzzlers. This time it was Tuesday Mystery Tour as the Starfish had prepared a map to guide us in our wanders. It was almost stuck to, but of course there had to be some additions and some omissions. But, as usual, time was the enemy and the last one was one of the omissions so all would be home as desired. Another great day out with mainly newish puzzles and a couple of newish traditionals and this was one of them.Another quick find for the trio. Thanks to Freddo the Non Believer for another cache in this great series.Cache #14877 for me.*This log composed and published using GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife).*

I spotted this one as I made my approach to the spot-on coordinates. Although it makes sense for it to last longer, I was somewhat disappointed that this hide wasnt in the cool hollow tree nearby. TFTC!

Keen to get a couple of WGs today, this was the first. Nice and easy and replaced as found after signing.Had a late finish yesterday with some passenger ferrying late yesterday, and an early call for wheels this morning awake at 0415 and on the road to the airport an hour later. Took the chance, and a small hand-torch, to make some pre-dawn finds and have breakfast in Glenelg before a trip to Brighton, then back via Henley Beach. Another scorcher of a day and some great sights and sites visited. 3 X Earthcache, 3 x Wherigo (PGc badge upgrade), and a swagful of Ad Lab stages. Looks like I might surpass 17k finds whilst here! Cheers to the COs (and other lettuce types)

#14,088. I have flown over from New Zealand to South Australia to attend the Leap Day mega event. Infoferret and I are over here until 10 March. My first visit to Adelaide. We arrived late last night and are staying near the airport. In the morning we had to pick up our rental car. Then driving around picking up different cache types so we end up with 11 types in a day. I had solved the nearby reverse wherigo but IF had managed to work out the coordinates for this one. So we stopped here instead. Not quite at the calculated coordinates but found nearby in a suitable place. Signed the logbook and replaced the cache where found. Great to have this one for the project gc add-ons. Thanks Freddo for hiding it here.

Leap Day and Mega Day. A warm welcome to all visiting cachers. I was one of the unlucky breakfasters that had just left this area the moment it had been published. Certainly feels a bit strange to be back here today without a Team Waldron breakfast in the mix, but I had saved this wherigo for this special day.Another easy church wherigo, thanks for the cache and the series Freddo The Non Believer.

29 February 2024 10:27. Leap day! In Adelaide with GSEL and a fair few NZ cachers, having a lot of fun, and trying to find as many interesting caches as we can today, of which this is one. Logs signed as GI if full names not present. Many, many, thanks Freddo the Non Believer for setting this cache up. Your work is truly appreciated by this crazy Kiwi! TFTCI would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past and present.

#19302 - 4:00:58 PM; Day four of "The Great Leap Forward" road trip and the big day has arrived. The plan for today was for feathertop and I to gather as many caches as possible against the various criteria where we were missing the 29 Feb add on. All up I managed 21 caches, 2 events and a webcam, while feathertop grabbed a couple less, as she has cached more heavily in Adelaide than I have over the years. After caching in and around the city, we headed to the Mega site to sign in and join our fellow caches for the big event. Completed the gaget caches and another adventure lab before collecting finds on some newly published caches in the area. It was then time to hit the road again to collect some more caches throughout the city, including this one. All caches were found in good condition and, where appropriate, were returned as found once the log was signed. Apologies for the largely generic logs Red Face TFTC Freddo the Non Believer Smile

This church visit is my third for the day, giving me a Personal Best and smashing my original PB of 3 visits (for various reasons) over the last decade. I can now see the trap Sth Aust set in holding a Mega to convert heathen Aust States. Well done!!I'm feeling so enlightened from completing this WIG and the church visit. Thanks to Freddo and others for their missionary work.

Finally arrived in Adelaide for a week of caching with the mega event on the 29th February. Thanks for hiding and maintaining this cache and happy caching everyone! Logged with Geo Mega 29th Feb nickname BOLD7.

23-Feb-24
So the Adelaide adventure tour begins, a week long MEGA event for us. Met up with some of the crew and sorted out cars and accomadation and soforth before we finally headed out to cache. Some of the caches were ones I already had picked up the night before. We worked our way around the Glenelg area and surrounding suburbs, before joining in on a catch up event on the beach front. Some interesting caches to which we found. The logs were signed with the group name of BOLD 7. All good with this cache, thanks for placing. Another in the church micro series.

23-Feb-24
Collecting caches as we drive around filling in time before the event tonight. Another one the BOLD7 we able to knock off the map. Thankfully it was a quick find as us Brisbanites are finding it a bit chilly.

I had been to the other side of town all day with my mum's side of the family for Christmas lunch. It was now time to go celebrate the season with my sister's partners family. However, I took my own car so I could grab my daily cache beforehand.I'm always trying to increase my wherigo count, so the CO putting this out just before Christmas was like a gift. So I decided to find it on Christmas day.I gained the required numbers and once at the final, the cache was quickly located and signed.Merry Christmas to all Geocachers! I hope you all had a good holiday season! Thanks Freddo for this wherigo cache, which brings Goldy's total find count to 3906 on the 25th of December 2023.This also brings me to day #416 of my daily streak.
